T-2 toxin is one of the most widespread and toxic fungal toxins in food and *** can cause gastrointestinal toxicity,hepatotoxicity,immunotoxicity,reproductive toxicity,neurotoxicity,and nephrotoxicity in humans and animals.T-2 toxin is physicochemically stable and does not readily degrade during food and feed ***,suppressing T-2 toxin-induced organ toxicity through antidotes is an urgent *** agents against the organ toxicity of T-2 toxin have been recorded widely in the literature,but these protective agents and their molecular mechanisms of detoxification have not been comprehensively *** this review,we provide an overview of the various protective agents to T-2 toxin and the molecular mechanisms underlying the detoxification *** appropriate targets to antagonize T-2 toxin toxicity is also an important *** review will provide essential guidance and strategies for the better application and development of T-2 toxin antidotes specific for organ toxicity in the future.

激光对准是激光无线电能传输系统中接收端获得稳定能源的前提,激光传能对对准精度、稳定性和实时性提出了较高的要求,因此,提出了一种激光对准系统设计方法,并对感兴趣区域提取以及图像预处理方法进行了优化改进:一方面,通过引入MobileNet、增加空间注意力机制以及融合语义的方式改进SSD(single shot multi-Box detector)模型,使用改进模型训练并预测感兴趣区域,相较于原始模型,训练速度提升了71.67%,模型大小减小了52.48%,实时检测速度提升了295.30%,检测偏差显著减小;另一方面,对灰度化的权值进行了优化,并利用直方图实现阈值的自适应选取,采用椭圆拟合法及形心法检测光斑与信标中心点,优化图像处理方法能够有效提取光斑,减小光斑定位的误差。实验结果表明,改进的激光对准系统精度稳定在95%以上,能够满足实际应用中精度、速度与稳定性的要求。

An approach utilizing N-heterocyclic carbene for nitrile formation and desymmetrization reaction is developed. The process involves kinetic resolution, with the axially chiral aryl monoaldehydes obtained in moderate yields with excellent optical purities. These axially chiral aryl monoaldehydes can be conveniently transformed into functionalized molecules, showing great potential as catalysts in organic chemistry.

Membrane separation strategies offer promising platform for the emulsion ***,the low mechanical strength of membrane separation layers and the trade-off between separation flux and efficiency present significant *** this study,we report a CFM@UiO-66-NH_(2)membrane with high separation flux,efficiency and stability,through utilizing a robust anti-abrasion collagen fiber membrane(CFM)as the multifunctional support and UiO-66-NH_(2)by an in-situ growth as the separation *** high mechanical strength of the CFM compensated for the weakness of the separation layer,while the charge-breaking effect of UiO-66-NH_(2),along with the size sieving of its constituent separating layers and the capillary effect of the collagen fibers,contributed to the potential for efficient ***,the CFM@UiO-66-NH_(2)membrane exhibited superhydrophilic properties,making it suitable for separating oil-in-water microemulsions and nanoemulsions stabilized by anionic *** membrane demonstrated remarkable separation efficiencies of up to 99.960%and a separation flux of370.05 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1).Moreover,it exhibits stability,durability,and abrasion resistance,maintaining excellent separation performance even when exposed to strong acids and alkalis without any damage to its structure and *** six cycles of reuse,it achieved a separation flux of 417.97 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)and a separation efficiency of 99.747%.Furthermore,after undergoing 500 cycles of strong abrasion,the separation flux remained at 124.39 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1),with a separation efficiency of 99.992%.These properties make it suitable for the long-term use in harsh operating *** attribute these properties to the electrostatic effect resulting from the amino group on UiO-66-NH_(2)and its in-situ growth on the CFM,which forms a size-screening separation *** work highlights the potential of the CFM@UiO-66-NH_(2)membrane as an environmentally friendly size-screening

Lightweight refractory materials with thermal insulation properties and erosion resistance are advantageous for hightemperature *** zirconia refractories were prepared using starch as a pore-forming agent,basic magnesium carbonate as a stabilizer,and nano-zirconia as an *** effects of the nano-zirconia content on the pore and thermal insulation properties of the lightweight zirconia refractories were investigated based on the porosity,phase composition,microstructure,and thermal ***-zirconia was shown to have a high surface energy,and its addition effectively increased the driving force for sintering,reduced the sintering temperature,and promoted the sintering reaction,thereby reducing the apparent porosity and improving the density of the prepared *** to the superplasticity of nano-zirconia,the surface stress caused plastic deformation between particles,which increased the migration rate of grain boundaries and trapped more gas inside the material before it diffused to the surface,thereby enhancing the closed porosity of the *** presence of closed pores could extend the thermal conduction path,decrease the conduction rate,and hinder the conduction effect to effectively reduce the thermal conductivity of the *** a nano-zirconia content of 0.75 wt.%,the prepared lightweight zirconia had the highest closed porosity and the lowest thermal *** apparent porosity,closed porosity,and total porosity of the material were 2.8%,7.0%,and 9.8%,respectively,and the thermal conductivity at 800℃was 1.37 W m^(-1)k^(-1).

As a calculation method based on the Galerkin variation,the numerical manifold method(NMM)adopts a double covering system,which can easily deal with discontinuous deformation problems and has a high calculation *** at the thermo-mechanical(TM)coupling problem of fractured rock masses,this study uses the NMM to simulate the processes of crack initiation and propagation in a rock mass under the influence of temperature field,deduces related system equations,and proposes a penalty function method to deal with boundary *** examples are employed to confirm the effectiveness and high accuracy of this *** the thermal stress analysis of a thick-walled cylinder(TWC),the simulation of cracking in the TWC under heating and cooling conditions,and the simulation of thermal cracking of the SwedishÄspöPillar Stability Experiment(APSE)rock column,the thermal stress,and TM coupling are *** numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the test data and other numerical results,thus verifying the effectiveness of the NMM in dealing with thermal stress and crack propagation problems of fractured rock masses.
