Classification and spectrum optimization method of grease based on infrared spectrum

The infrared(IR)absorption spectral data of 63 kinds of lubricating greases containing six different types of thickeners were obtained using the IR *** Kohonen neural network algorithm was used to identify the type of the lubricating *** results show that this machine learning method can effectively eliminate the interference fringes in the IR spectrum,and complete the feature selection and dimensionality reduction of the high-dimensional spectral *** 63 kinds of greases exhibit spatial clustering under certain IR spectrum recognition spectral bands,which are linked to characteristic peaks of lubricating greases and improve the recognition accuracy of these *** model achieved recognition accuracy of 100.00%,96.08%,94.87%,100.00%,and 87.50%for polyurea grease,calcium sulfonate composite grease,aluminum(Al)-based grease,bentonite grease,and lithium-based grease,*** on the different IR absorption spectrum bands produced by each kind of lubricating grease,the three-dimensional spatial distribution map of the lubricating grease drawn also verifies the accuracy of classification while recognizing the *** paper demonstrates fast recognition speed and high accuracy,proving that the Kohonen neural network algorithm has an efficient recognition ability for identifying the types of the lubricating grease.

The composition of base oils affects the performance of lubricants made from *** paper proposes a hybrid model based on gradient-boosted decision tree(GBDT)to analyze the effect of different ratios of KN4.10,PAO4.,and PriEco3000 component in a composite base oil system on the performance of *** study was conducted under small laboratory sample conditions,and a data expansion method using the Gaussian Copula function was proposed to improve the prediction ability of the hybrid *** study also compared four optimization algorithms,sticky mushroom algorithm(SMA),genetic algorithm(GA),whale optimization algorithm(WOA),and seagull optimization algorithm(SOA),to predict the kinematic viscosity at 4.℃,kinematic viscosity at 100℃,viscosity index,and oxidation induction time performance of the *** results showed that the Gaussian Copula function data expansion method improved the prediction ability of the hybrid model in the case of small *** SOA-GBDT hybrid model had the fastest convergence speed for the samples and the best prediction effect,with determination coefficients(R^(2))for the four indicators of lubricants reaching 0.98,0.99,0.96 and 0.96,***,this model can significantly reduce the model’s prediction error and has good prediction ability.

Lighter and more powerful next generation vehicles and other rotary machinery demand bearings to operate in harsher conditions for higher efficiency,and the continuous development of advanced low-wear and friction materials is thus becoming even more important to meet these *** aluminium composites reinforced with high performance lubricate phases such as graphene nanoplatelets(GNPs)are very promising and have been vigorously *** maintaining a low coefficient of friction(COF)and offering great strength against wear due to their self-lubricating capability,the solid lubricant like GNPs protect the bearing surface from wear damage and prevent change in metallurgical properties during temperature *** paper first studies the high-temperature tribological performance of aluminium matrix composites reinforced with GNP,consolidated via powder metallurgy,then elucidates their tribological *** report that the best tribological performance is achieved by the composite containing 2.0 wt%GNP,with an extraordinarily low COF of 0.09 and a specific wear rate of 3.5×10^(−2)mm^(3)·N^(−1)·m^(−1),which represent 75%and 4.%reduction respectively,against the plain aluminium consolidated under identical *** in-track and out-of-track Raman analysis have confirmed the role of GNPs in creating a tribofilm on the counterpart surface which contributed to the excellent performance.

To address the problem of identifying multiple types of additives in lubricating oil,a method based on midinfrared spectral band selection using the eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)algorithm combined with the ant colony optimization(ACO)algorithm is *** XGBoost algorithm was used to train and test three additives,T534.alkyl diphenylamine),T308(isooctyl acid thiophospholipid octadecylamine),and T306(trimethylphenol phosphate),separately,in order to screen for the optimal combination of spectral bands for each *** ACO algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the XGBoost algorithm to improve the identification *** this process,the support vector machine(SVM)and hybrid bat algorithms(HBA)were included as a comparison,generating four models:ACO-XGBoost,ACO-SVM,HBA-XGboost,and *** results showed that all four models could identify the three additives efficiently,with the ACO-XGBoost model achieving 100%recognition of all three *** addition,the generalizability of the ACO-XGBoost model was further demonstrated by predicting a lubricating oil containing the three additives prepared in our laboratory and a collected sample of commercial oil currently in use。

Mindfulness-based interventions(MBIs)are emerging non-pharmacological treatments for mild traumatic brain injury(mTBI).In this systematic review,the authors aimed to evaluate the potential efficacy of MBIs to provide recommendations for treating patients with *** searched of the English literature on MBIs for patients with mTBI as of 01 September,2023,using the PubMed,Web of Science,PsycINFO,and Scopus *** author performed data extraction and quality scoring of the included literature according to the proposed protocol,and another conducted the *** review was not registered.A total of 11 studies met the final inclusion criteria,5 of which involved military personnel(veterans).MBIs covered in this review include goal-oriented attention self-regulation(GOALS),mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR),acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT),and so *** shows that MBSR mainly reduces mental fatigue symptoms in mTBI patients,and GOALS tend to improve their cognitive *** effect of MBIs on psychological symptoms needs further *** studies,such as mindfulness-based group therapy and intervention studies targeting mTBI military personnel,are relatively *** have specific effects on mental fatigue and cognitive dysfunction in patients with ***,the effect on psychological distress and the sustained effectiveness across all symptoms still need further *** the particularity of military personnel suffering from mTBI,researchers need to do more intervention studies targeting mTBI military ***,the design of future MBIs trials for mTBI patients’needs to take into account all the factors,such as different populations and severity of traumatic brain injury,to verify the effectiveness of MBIs in alleviating mTBI symptoms and explore the mechanism of intervention.

Electrolysis tanks are used to smeltmetals based on electrochemical principles,and the short-circuiting of the pole plates in the tanks in the production process will lead to high temperatures,thus affecting normal *** at the problems of time-consuming and poor accuracy of existing infrared methods for high-temperature detection of dense pole plates in electrolysis tanks,an infrared dense pole plate anomalous target detection network YOLOv5-RMF based on You Only Look Once version 5(YOLOv5)is ***,we modified the Real-Time Enhanced Super-Resolution Generative Adversarial Network(Real-ESRGAN)by changing the U-shaped network(U-Net)to Attention U-Net,to preprocess the images;secondly,we propose a new Focus module that introduces the Marr operator,which can provide more boundary information for the network;again,because Complete Intersection over Union(CIOU)cannot accommodate target borders that are increasing and decreasing,replace CIOU with Extended Intersection over Union(EIOU),while the loss function is changed to Focal and Efficient IOU(Focal-EIOU)due to the different difficulty of sample *** the homemade dataset,the precision of our method is 94.,the recall is 70.8%,and the map@.5 is 83.6%,which is an improvement of 1.3%in precision,9.7%in recall,and 7%in map@.5 over the original *** algorithm can meet the needs of electrolysis tank pole plate abnormal temperature detection,which can lay a technical foundation for improving production efficiency and reducing production waste.
