Mycorrhizal fungi mitigate nitrogen losses of an experimental grassland by facilitating plant uptake and soil microbial immobilization

Nitrogen(N)is one of the most limited nutrients of terrestrial ecosystems,whose losses are prevented in tightly coupled cycles in finely tuned *** change-induced N enrichment through atmospheric deposition and application of vast amounts of fertilizer are now challenging the terrestrial N *** mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)are known drivers of plant-soil nutrient fluxes,but a comprehensive assessment of AMF involvement in N cycling under global change is still ***,we simulated N enrichment by fertilization(low/high)in experimental grassland microcosms under greenhouse conditions in the presence or absence of AMF and continuously monitored different N pathways over nine *** found that high N enrichment by fertilization decreased the relative abundance of legumes and the plant species dominating the plant community changed from grasses to forbs in the presence of AMF,based on aboveground *** presence of AMF always maintained plant N:phosphorus(P)ratios between 14 and 16,no matter how the soil N availability *** in plant N:P ratios due to the increased plant N and P uptake might thus be a primary pathway of AMF altering plant community ***,we constructed a comprehensive picture of AMF’s role in N cycling,highlighting that AMF reduced N losses primarily by mitigating N leaching,while N_(2)O emissions played a marginal *** mycorrhizal fungi reduced N_(2)O emissions directly through the promotion of N_(2)O-consuming *** underlying mechanism for reducing N leaching is mainly the AMF-mediated improved nutrient uptake and AMF-associated microbial *** results indicate that synergies between AMF and other soil microorganisms cannot be ignored in N cycling and that the integral role of AMF in N cycling terrestrial ecosystems can buffer the upcoming global changes.

基于Web of Science核心合集和CNKI数据库,综合利用CiteSpace、HistCite、VOSviewer等软件,对污废水处理领域碳纳米管(Carbon nanotubes,CNTs)应用研究进行梳理和分析,对国内外研究现状、研究热点、发展趋势等进行了全面剖析。结果表明:受政策激励的影响,2015年以来污废水处理领域CNTs研究发文量呈明显增长趋势,并在2020年达到成熟增长阶段。中国在该技术领域处于国际第一梯队。中国科学院在该领域的研究中处于领先地位,发表的论文数量居于前沿位置。目前,CNTs的“吸附”功能是主要研究热点,而“可生化性”、“修饰电极”、“过氧单硫酸盐”、“界面聚合”等研究正逐渐成为新的研究热点和方向。

文章从历史哲学和政治哲学的高度出发,认为教育信息化是教育领域的“工业革命”,目标是实现作为“信息型”实践的教育从劳动密集型向技术密集型的制度转型,UGBS机制的产生在这一进程中有其逻辑必然性且揭示了这一转型独特的动力学机制。对此,文章提出了UGBS概念化这一理论命题,即明确四大行动主体及其交互关系。基于“大学—产业—政府”三螺旋结构这一概念框架,结合中国教育信息化发展历史对UGBS机制的产生与发展进行了回顾与阐释,实现了历史与逻辑的统一。文章从系统论和生态学视角出发,尝试对教育数字化进程中“UGBS机制究竟向何处去”这一问题进行了回答,提出教育变革的历史轨迹正从“布朗运动”向“莱维飞行”切换,UGBS机制未来需要应对教育创新之“莱维飞行”中潜藏的风险,教育数字化让教育生态系统进化始终处于混沌边缘,UGBS机制中蕴涵着教育数字化可持续发展的密码,在破解UGBS基因组密码的同时要谨防其发生负面的基因突变。

Phenotype and metabolism alterations in PCB-degrading Rhodococcus biphenylivorans TG9^(T) under acid stress

Environmental acidification impairs microorganism diversity and their functions on substance *** is a ubiquitously distributed genus for contaminant detoxification in the environment,and it can also adapt a certain range of *** work interpreted the acid responses from both phenotype and metabolism in strain Rhodococcus biphenylivorans TG9^(T)(TG9)induced at pH *** phenotype alterations were described with the number of culturable and viable cells,intracellular ATP concentrations,cell shape and entocyte,degradation efficiency of polychlorinated biphenyl(PCB)31 and *** number of culturable cells maintained rather stable within the first 10 days,even though the other phenotypes had noticeable alterations,indicating that TG9 possesses certain capacities to survive under acid *** metabolism responses were interpreted based on transcription analyses with four treatments including log phase(LP),acid-induced(PER),early recovery after removing acid(RE)and later recovery(REL).With the overview on the expression regulations among the 4 treatments,the RE sample presented more upregulated and less downregulated genes,suggesting that its metabolism was somehow more active after recovering from acid *** addition,the response mechanism was interpreted on 10 individual metabolism pathways mainly covering protein modification,antioxidation,antipermeability,H+consumption,neutralization and ***,the transcription variations were verified with RT-qPCR on 8 genes with 24-hr,48-hr and 72-hr acid *** together,TG9 possesses comprehensive metabolism strategies defending against acid ***,a model was built to provide an integrate insight to understand the acid resistance/tolerance metabolisms in microorganisms.

The configuration of Au^(δ+)-ZrO_(2)^(δ−)species induced activation enhances electrocatalytic CO_(2)to formate conversion

Electrochemical CO_(2)conversion into value-added chemicals is a promising technology to solve the greenhouse effect and recycle chemical ***,the electrochemical CO_(2)reduction reaction(e-CO_(2)RR)is seriously compromised by weak CO_(2)adsorption and a rough CO_(2)activation process based on the chemical inertness of the CO_(2)molecule and the formed fragile metal–C/O *** this paper,we designed and fabricated Au particles embedded in ZrO_(2).The configuration of Au particles being of positive charge and ZrO_(2)with negative charge is induced and generated by metal–support interactions(MSIs).As a result,Au/ZrO_(2)@C presents a big difference in the CO_(2)conversion compared with the known work,affording a formate yield of 112.5μmol·cm^(−2)·h^(−1)at−1.1 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),and a max formate Faradaic efficiency of up to 94.1%at−0.9 V *** superior performance was attributed to the activated Au–ZrO_(2)interface to form the Au^(δ+)*** insitu Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and theoretical calculations show that the MSIs configuration can be inclined to the*OCO intermediate generation on Au^(δ+)species activating CO_(2)molecules and then accelerate the formation of the*OCHO intermediate in e-CO_(2)RR,thereby favoring the CO_(2)conversion to formate.

为提高建筑施工效率和推广环保理念,提出了预制内置钢板混凝土剪力墙结构。利用ABAQUS软件建立了现浇钢板混凝土剪力墙与预制钢板混凝土剪力墙模型,对比了两者的受力性能。同时,还建立了不同影响参数下的预制钢板混凝土剪力墙模型,分析了各参数对剪力墙性能的影响。结果表明:预制钢板混凝土剪力墙与现浇钢板混凝土剪力墙受力性能相似。对于预制钢板混凝土剪力墙,随着栓钉个数的增加,节点极限承载力会先提升后下降,研究建议将剪力墙螺栓个数设计为24个。增加轴压比和混凝土强度等级均可使节点极限承载力有所提升。

为了实现对香菇多糖的高效提取,本文采用二段式超声辅助沸水提取香菇多糖,在单因素的基础上,运用响应面法优化二段式超声最佳提取工艺条件。结果发现,二段式超声辅助沸水提取香菇多糖条件为料液比1∶20(g/mL),超声功率300 W,超声温度60℃,一段超声时间30 min,二段时超声时间5 min,香菇多糖得率可达13.38%。二段式超声辅助沸水提取工艺比传统沸水提取工艺能显著提高香菇多糖得率,可为香菇多糖工业化生产提供可靠的理论依据。

Phomaketals A(1)and B(2),two tropolonic meroterpenoids with the unprecedented pentacyclic skeletons,were isolated from the solid-substrate fermentation cultures of a eupC overexpressed mutant strain of the fungus Phoma sp.,together with a biogenetically related secondary metabolite pughiinin B(3),and the known one noreupenifeldin B(4).The structures of 1–3 were elucidated primarily by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)*** absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were assigned by electronic circular dichroism calculations and the calculated NMR with DP4+analysis,while that of 3 was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis using Cu Kα***,phomaketals A(1)and B(2)could be derived from the hypothetical tropolonic sesquiterpene intermediates neosetophomone B(6)and 9-R-neosetophomone B(6),respectively,via different reactions *** 1 showed antiproliferative effect only against the SUPB15 cells,with an 50%inhibitory concentration(IC50)value of 4.85μmol/L,while the co-isolated known meroterpenoid 4 displayed potent effects against three tumor cell lines,SUPB15,EL4,and H9,showing IC50values of 0.36–27.08μmol/L.

The auxin transporter OsAUX1 regulates tillering in rice(Oryza sativa)

Tillering is an important agronomic trait of rice(Oryza sativa)that affects the number of effective panicles,thereby affecting *** phytohormone auxin plays a key role in *** we identified the high tillering and semi-dwarf 1(htsd1)mutant with auxin-deficiency root characteristics,such as shortened lateral roots,reduced lateral root density,and enlarged root ***1 showed reduced sensitivity to auxin,but the external application of indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)inhibited its *** identified the mutated gene in htsd1 as AUXIN1(OsAUX1,LOC_Os01g63770),which encodes an auxin influx *** promoter sequence of OsAUX1 contains many SQUAMOSA PROMOTER BINDING PROTEIN-LIKE(SPL)binding sites,and we demonstrated that SPL7 binds to the OsAUX1 *** BRANCHED1(OsTB1),a key gene that negatively regulates tillering,was significantly downregulated in *** was enhanced in the OsTB1 knockout mutant,and the external application of IAA inhibited tiller elongation in this *** OsTB1 restored the multi-tiller phenotype of *** results suggest that SPL7 directly binds to the OsAUX1 promoter and regulates tillering in rice by altering OsTB1 expression to modulate auxin signaling.

Polygonatum Sibiricum Saponin-Lactic acid bacteria combination attenuate hyperglycemia in T2DM mice by modulating amino acid metabolism

Some researches have shown that the combination of plant extracts and probiotics may be a better way to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) than a single intervention. However， there are still relatively few relevant reports in this aspect. Therefore， this study aims to investigate whether the treatment of polygonatum sibiricum saponin (PSS) and lactic acid bacteria (LAB) combination can better manage T2DM. And the anti-diabetes mechanism of the combination was studied from the perspectives of glucose metabolism， microbiome and metabolome. The results showed that PSS+LAB could better improve FBG level， insulin sensitivity， lipid metabolism disorder， and liver function. Protein analysis showed that PSS+LAB treatment significantly increased the expression of p-PI3K/PI3K， p-AKT/AKT， GLUT2， IRS2， and GSK-3β in the liver of T2DM mice， while inhibiting the expression of FOXO1. This combination positively regulated the composition and abundance of the gut microbiota. Metabolomic analysis showed that the combination treatment exhibited more changes in gut microbiota metabolites compared to PSS treatment alone. The alteration of gut microbiota by LAB+PSS led to significant changes in alanine， aspartate and glucose metabolism pathways. This study may provide a theoretical basis for the combined application of plant extracts and probiotics for the management of T2DM.
