Efficient detection of single optical centres in solids is essential for quantum information processing, sensing and single-photon generation *** this work,we use radio-frequency（RF） reflectometry to electrically detect the photoionisation induced by a single Er3+ion in *** high bandwidth and sensitivity of the RF reflectometry provide sub-100-ns time resolution for the photoionisation *** this technique,the optically excited state lifetime of a single Er3+ion in a Si nano-transistor is measured for the first time to be 0.49±0.04μ*** results demonstrate an efficient approach for detecting a charge state change induced by Er excitation and *** approach could be used for fast readout of other single optical centres in solids and is attractive for large-scale integrated optical quantum systems thanks to the multi-channel RF reflectometry demonstrated with frequency multiplexing techniques.

四川省金沙江、雅砻江、大渡河三江流域具有丰富的水风光资源,研究四川省三江流域水风光协同优化配置有利于优化流域“水风光一体化”基地配置,加速推进四川省新型电力系统建设。本研究综合考虑水电调节能力、输电通道约束、负荷需求特性、梯级上下游水力电力匹配关系、水库综合用水需求等影响因素,在总弃电率小于5%条件下进行金沙江、雅砻江、大渡河流域水风光容量优化配置,并在模型配置结果下验证了三江流域水风光协同调节效果。研究结果表明,经过水风光电源联合调节后,系统剩余负荷波动大幅降低,其中枯水期剩余负荷标准差降低了80.64%,证实了所提配置方法的合理性。

In this paper,a development of new resolved shear stress gradient criteria is performed for the study of crack propagation behavior in polycrystalline materials with an emphasis on the effect of slip plane and slip *** prediction of crack deflection behavior by the maximum resolved shear stress gradient criterion shows good agreement with the experimental *** study for the prediction of crack propagation behavior in poly crystalline materials by other criteria demonstrates that the maximum resolved shear stress gradient criterion is superior to other fracture *** suggests that the new criterion could be further applied for predicting the crack deflection behavior in other polycrystalline materials.

快递下乡的社会基础:配送模式与合作策略

围绕快递下乡论题,物流管理科学注重效率因素,而经济学则重视成本因素,两者由于忽视了乡土社会基础,因此均没有克服快递派费与派送成本不相匹配的困境。文章指出,当前的“快快合作”模式因为契合了乡土社会基础而广为存在。这种模式主要包括快递运输、网点管理和快递服务三个环节,其中,在快递运输环节,乡镇快递网点通过化零为整来降低运输成本;在网点管理环节,乡镇快递网点通过家庭经营来降低劳动组织与管理成本;在快递服务环节,乡镇快递网点通过援引社会情理机制培养客户自提快递来降低派送成本。速达快递公司从快递运输到网点管理再到快递派送诸多环节,通过动员各种乡土社会资源来降低快递派送成本,进而推动了快递下乡。

学界围绕地方政府处置社会风险议题提出了风险规避、风险转化与风险吸纳等研究视角,这些视角刻画了地方政府面临的不同类型风险以及采取的化解策略,但是缺少对社会风险治理的动态分析。在凤城县城关农贸市场空间置换过程中,政府分别采用行政机制、市场机制和社会机制来治理社会风险,既能维持市场秩序又能保持市场活力。三种机制分别对应不同的合法性基础、治理对象与治理方式,同时在市场搬迁的不同阶段发挥不同的作用,这就从动态角度为我们揭示了地方政府治理社会风险的制度逻辑。

Background:Liver cancer is a malignancy with high morbidity and mortality *** family E member 2(SERPINE2)has been reported to play a key role in the metastasis of many *** this study,we aimed to investigate the potential mechanism of SERPINE2 in liver cancer ***:The Cancer Genome Atlas database(TCGA),including DNA methy-lation and transcriptome sequencing data,was utilized to identify the crucial oncogene associated with DNA methylation and cancer progression in liver *** from the TCGA and RNA sequencing for 94 pairs of liver cancer tissues were used to explore the correlation between SERPINE2 expression and clin-ical parameters of *** methylation sequencing was used to detect the DNA methylation levels in liver cancer tissues and *** sequencing,cytokine assays,immunoprecipitation(IP)and mass spectrometry(MS)assays,protein stability assays,and ubiquitination assays were performed to explore the regulatory mechanism of SERPINE2 in liver cancer ***-derived xenografts and tumor organoid models were established to determine the role of SERPINE2 in the treatment of liver cancer using ***:Based on the public database screening,SERPINE2 was identified as a tumor promoter regulated by DNA ***2 expression was significantly higher in liver cancer tissues and was associated with the dismal prognosis in patients with liver ***2 promoted liver cancer metas-tasis by enhancing cell pseudopodia formation,cell adhesion,cancer-associated fibroblast activation,extracellular matrix remodeling,and ***/MS assays confirmed that SERPINE2 activated epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and its downstream signaling pathways by interacting with ***,SERPINE2 inhibited EGFR ubiquitination and maintained its protein stability by competing with the E3 ubiquitin ligase,***,EGFR was activated in liver cancer cells after sorafenib treatment,and SER

情感劳动理论是学界研究服务行业的重要分析视角。霍克希尔德从情感系统的转变和情感劳动的运作过程为我们呈现了主要理论观点。该理论推动了劳动社会学和情感社会学的发展,但是在情感劳动的社会后果与劳客互动等方面仍存在不足,而关系向度理论可以弥补这些不足。关系向度理论揭示出西方情感劳动理论的前提预设是以松散关系为人际交往的起点,这种社会更强调个人权利与意愿反而忽略了关系的影响,然而,以固定关系为人际交往起点的中国社会则更凸显关系的重要性。不同行业中的劳客关系可以用三种关系类型来做说明。

本文运用政策文献分析法,对20世纪50年代中期到现在的移民政策变迁进行了历史分析。文章认为,我国政府确立的移民政策和不同时期两级政府确立的财税制度以及企业与政府间的关系有密切联系。伴随市场改革的进行,企业要求劳动力自由流动的市场逻辑正在弱化原先的户籍制度,竞争式地方政府所采取的选择性移民政策则在塑造新的地方身份秩序。市场改革前,城市福利房的获得与城市居民身份资格有关;市场改革后,城市商品房成为外来移民获得本地户籍的重要条件。住房部分产权(使用权)向住房全部产权(所有权)的转变意味着,住房从再分配制度下政府对社会成员的政治控制功能,转变为市场制度下地方政府的经济增长功能。

面对公司严格的管理制度和客户多样化的快递服务需求,快递员在情感劳动过程中逐渐摸索出消极应对、逐步适应与积极成长三种策略。根据互动性与体验性两个维度,情感劳动可以划分为四种类型:调动自我积极情绪的情感劳动、平复自我消极情绪的情感劳动、调动客户积极情绪的情感劳动和平复客户消极情绪的情感劳动。依据熟悉程度与服务期待可以将客户划分为四种类型:苛刻型熟客、宽容型熟客、苛刻性生客和宽容型生客。据此,快递员面对不同类型的客户提供的是差异化的情感劳动。这不仅降低了客户投诉的风险,而且缓解了快递员的身心压力。然而,面对苛刻型生客,快递员仍需要通过识别客户类型、建立熟人关系、化解情感劳动危机和情感劳动激励来应对。
