Biologic drugs have been increasingly used in the treatment of psoriasis and are especially favorable for severe,recalcitrant,and special-type ***,appropriate,effective,and safe use of biologic drugs has drawn attention from *** this purpose,Chinese experts majoring in psoriasis analyzed domestic and international research data,summarized current clinical experiences,investigated features of Chinese patients with psoriasis,and finally formulated the present consensus,which provides detailed guidances to clinicians in terms of the principles and methods of the application of biologics,the efficacy and safety profile,patient screening and monitoring,main adverse events and corresponding solutions,and precautions for special patient populations.

Background:To investigate the mutation types and mutation rate of the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)gene in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and the clinical features of lung adenocarcinoma with EGFR gene mutations in Karamay,xinjiang,***:Paraffin-embedded tissue samples of adenocarcinoma patients were collected in the Karamay Central Hospital from March 2016 to June 2019,and mutations in exon 18–21 of the EGFR gene were detected by the allele-specific amplification polymerase chain reaction(Amplification RefractoryMutation System–PCR)*** relationships between themutation types,mutation incidence,and clinical features were ***:Of the 170 patients with lung adenocarcinoma,83 had EGFR *** total mutation rate of EGFR in patients with lung adenocarcinoma was 48.8%,which included mutations in exons 18(1.2%[2/170]),19(19.4%[33/170]),20(2.4%[4/170]),and 21(20.6%[35/170]).Intriguingly,there was a case with 9 mutations in exons 20 and *** mutations in exon 19 of EGFR resulted in the deletion of codons 746 to *** main mutation in exon 21 was L858R(91.4%[32/35]).There was no significant difference in exons 19 and 21 mutation rates(P>0.05).The mutation rate of EGFR in female patients was significantly higher than that in male patients(P0.05).The EGFR mutation rate may be related to the degree of tumor ***:Among patients with lung adenocarcinoma in Kelamayi(city in xinjiang),EGFR mutations were more frequently detected in female patients,and the main sites of mutations were exons 19 and 21.

背景高血压肾损伤是高血压常见靶器官损害,若能及早识别并干预,有可能延缓甚至逆转肾功能损伤。有研究显示,肾素活性(PRA)对原发性高血压患者的合理治疗及预后评估有非常重要的指导价值,但PRA是否对原发性高血压早期肾功能损伤有预测作用尚不清楚。目的探讨PRA对原发性高血压早期肾功能损伤的影响。方法选取2007年1月—2014年10月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院高血压科住院的原发性高血压汉族患者1 614例为研究对象。根据所有入选患者PRA水平按四分位法将其分为低肾素组(Q1组,2.36μg·L^(-1)·h^(-1))。收集患者性别、年龄、BMI、病程、血压、空腹血糖、肾功能、血脂、PRA、血浆醛固酮(PAC)、肾脏功能[尿素氮、肌酐、胱抑素C(Cyst C)、24 h尿蛋白、24 h微量白蛋白]等资料。采用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨原发性高血压患者早期肾功能损伤的影响因素。结果 Q1组男性占比、舒张压、PRA、TG小于Q2组、Q3组、Q4组,年龄、ARR比值大于Q2组、Q3组、Q4组,PAC、TC、LDL-C小于Q3组、Q4组,病程大于Q3组、Q4组(P<0.05);Q2组男性占比、舒张压小于Q4组,年龄、病程大于Q3组、Q4组,PRA小于Q3组、Q4组,PAC小于Q4组,ARR比值大于Q4组(P<0.05);Q3组男性占比、舒张压、PRA、PAC小于Q4组,年龄大于Q4组(P<0.05)。Q1组肌酐小于Q2组、Q3组、Q4组,Cyst C小于Q4组(P<0.05);Q3组肌酐、Cyst C小于Q4组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、病程、BMI、收缩压、舒张压、PRA水平是原发性高血压患者早期肾功能损伤的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论女性、超重、病程长,血压高、高PRA是原发性高血压患者早期肾功能损伤的危险因素。

Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that primarily affects the centrofacial areas and mainly manifests as recurrent flushing and erythema. In recent years, there has been progress in the understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of rosacea. Therefore, a group of dermatological experts updated the guidelines based on the 2016 expert consensus statement on rosacea diagnosis and treatment in china. These new guidelines propose diagnostic criteria for rosacea at different sites to further standardize the diagnosis and treatment of rosacea in china.

为建立适宜新疆维吾尔自治区的土地整治后耕地质量评价指标体系,以衡量土地整治工程对耕地质量的影响。结合定性与定量的方法选取评价指标因子,采用特尔菲法确定各指标权重,衡量已实施土地整治项目的耕地的质量变化情况。结果表明:实施土地整治工程之后的耕地,基础设施建设较土地整治前得到了一定程度的完善,耕地利用等别和自然等别都有所提升,提高农业生产效益,方便农户生活,为提高耕地产出率奠定了基础。说明构建土地整治后耕地质量评价指标体系,分析耕地质量等别在土地整治前后的变化程度,有利于今后耕地质量评价工作的开展,为国土部门的常规工作提供科学的依据。

金钗石斛提取物对慢性不可预见应激模型小鼠的抗抑郁作用

为了探讨金钗石斛提取物对慢性不可预见应激模型小鼠的抗抑郁作用,将BALB/c小鼠分为6组,即正常组、模型组、阳性药组(帕罗西汀),金钗石斛低(50 mg/kg)、中(100 mg/kg)、高(200 mg/kg)剂量组,灌胃给药两周后,除正常组外,其他组给予慢性不可预见性应激造模35天。造模结束后,通过糖水偏爱、新奇抑制摄食、强迫游泳实验和悬尾实验检测其行为学改变,采用LC-MS/MS测定各组小鼠应激后海马及皮层单胺类神经递质包括多巴胺(dopamine,DA)和5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)的含量改变。结果显示,与正常组相比,模型组小鼠糖水偏爱指数下降(P0.05)。与正常组相比,模型组小鼠皮层和海马中的DA和5-HT含量明显减少(P<0.05);帕罗西汀能使模型小鼠海马和皮层DA、海马5-HT含量明显增加(P<0.05);金钗石斛低、高剂量组皮层DA含量与模型组相比显著性升高(P<0.05),金钗石斛中、高剂量组海马DA含量与模型组相比显著性升高(P<0.05);金钗石斛高剂量组皮层和海马5-HT含量显著高于模型组(P<0.05),但金钗石斛中剂量组仅海马5-HT含量显著高于模型组(P<0.01)。以上结果提示,慢性不可预见应激可导致小鼠的类抑郁样行为出现,而金钗石斛提取物能有效改善慢性不可预见应激模型动物的抑郁样行为学表现,并提高小鼠脑内的DA和5-HT水平。

西州密25号是新疆维吾尔自治区葡萄瓜果开发研究中心以05-89为母本、02-17为父本杂交选育的哈密瓜类型甜瓜新品种。该品种全生育期115～125d(新疆鄯善露地直播75～80d、春季日光温室77～80d、秋季日光温室80d),秋茬95～105d,果实发育期53～58d(新疆鄯善露地直播40～45d、春季日光温室40～45d、秋季日光温室50d);果实椭圆形,麻绿底,网纹细密全,果形指数约为1.22,平均单果质量2.0kg;果肉橘红色,肉质细、松脆,蜜甜、风味好,肉厚3.1～4.8cm,中心可溶性固形物含量15.6%～18%,品质稳定;抗蚜虫,抗病性较强。适合我国南北方保护地或西北露地栽培。2012年3月通过广西壮族自治区非主要农作物品种审定。

Background Small noncoding microRNAs regulate gene expression in cardiac development and disease and have been implicated in the aging process and in the regulation of extracellular matrix proteins. However, their role in age-related cardiac remodeling and atrial fibrillation （AF） was not well understood. The present study was designed to decipher molecular mechanisms underlying age-related atrial structural remodeling and AF. Methods Three groups of dogs were studied： adult and aged dogs in sinus rhythm and with persistent AF induced by rapid atrial pacing. The expressions of microRNAs were measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Pathohistological and ultrastructural changes were tested by light and electron microscopy. Apoptosis index of myocytes was detected by TUNEL. Results Samples of atrial tissue showed the abnormal pathohistological and ultrastructural changes, the accelerated fibrosis, and apoptosis with aging and/or in AF dogs. Compared to the adult group, the expressions of microRNAs-21 and -29 were significantly increased, whereas the expressions of microRNAs-1 and -133 showed obvious downregulation tendency in the aged group. Compared to the aged group, the expressions of microRNAs-1, -21, and -29 was significantly increased in the old group in AF; contrastingly, the expressions of microRNA-133 showed obvious downregulation tendency. Conclusion These multiple aberrantly expressed microRNAs may be responsible for modulating the transition from adaptation to pathological atrial remodeling with aging and/or in AE

Objective: To analyze the clinical epidemiological characteristics of patients with gallbladder carcinoma recruited from 17 hospitals in five northwestern provinces of china (Shaanxi Province, Gansu Province, Qinghai Province, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, and xinjiang uygur autonomous region) from 2009 to 2013, and to summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods: Clinical information of 2379 patients with gallbladder carcinoma from 17 hospitals in five northwestern provinces of china was retrospectively collected and analyzed using the 'Questionnaire for Gallbladder Carcinoma Patients in Northwestern Area of china.' All information was verified with EpiData software and analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software. Results: (1) Gallbladder carcinoma accounted for 2.7% (2379/86,609) of all biliary tract diseases during the study period, which was significantly higher than that from 1986 to 1998 (P < 0.001). (2) Gallbladder carcinoma was more prone to occur in elderly women. The male:female incidence ratio was 1.0:2.1, the average age of onset of disease was 63.7 ± 11.3 years, and the incidence was higher in farmers than in other occupational groups. (3) A total of 57.2% (1360/2379) of patients with gallbladder carcinoma also had gallstones. (4) Abdominal pain (1796/2379, 75.5%) and jaundice (727/2379, 30.6%) were the most common clinical manifestations, 81.2% (1527/1881) were positive in those receiving B ultrasound examinations and 90.7% (1567/1727) were positive in those undergoing computed tomography, and 64.5% (1124/1742) of patients with gallbladder carcinoma were positive for carbohydrate antigen (CA) 19-9. (5) The pathological type of gallbladder carcinoma was mainly moderately and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma with a high degree of malignancy.
