一只2岁布偶猫,体重4.3 kg,怀孕61 d,精神不好,血常规检查严重贫血,腹部彩超检查死胎、子宫扭转、子宫破裂、血腹,诊断为子宫扭转破裂。母猫交叉配血后输血60 mL,呼吸麻醉,行卵巢子宫切除术,术后消炎止血,1周拆线恢复。

Background: We previously reported that activation of the cell cycle in human-induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CMs) enhances their remuscularization capacity after human cardiac muscle patch transplantation in infarcted mouse hearts. Herein, we sought to identify the effect of magnesium lithospermate B (MLB) on hiPSC-CMs during myocardial repair using a myocardial infarction (MI) mouse ***: In C57BL/6 mice, MI was surgically induced by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery. The mice were randomly divided into five groups (n = 10 per group); a MI group (treated with phosphate-buffered saline only), a hiPSC-CMs group, a MLB group, a hiPSC-CMs + MLB group, and a Sham operation group. Cardiac function and MLB therapeutic efficacy were evaluated by echocardiography and histochemical staining 4 weeks after surgery. To identify the associated mechanism, nuclear factor (NF)-κB p65 and intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM1) signals, cell adhesion ability, generation of reactive oxygen species, and rates of apoptosis were detected in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and ***: After 4 weeks of transplantation, the number of cells that engrafted in the hiPSC-CMs + MLB group was about five times higher than those in the hiPSC-CMs group. Additionally, MLB treatment significantly reduced tohoku hospital pediatrics-1 (THP-1) cell adhesion, ICAM1 expression, NF-κB nuclear translocation, reactive oxygen species production, NF-κB p65 phosphorylation, and cell apoptosis in HUVECs cultured under hypoxia. Similarly, treatment with MLB significantly inhibited the apoptosis of hiPSC-CMsvia enhancing signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) phosphorylation and B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL2) expression, promoting STAT3 nuclear translocation, and downregulating BCL2-Associated X, dual specificity phosphatase 2 (DUSP2), and cleaved-caspase-3 expression under hypoxia. 乳腺癌放疗是乳腺癌治疗的重要方式,传统的乳腺癌放疗技术包括术前和术后放疗,常规的放疗技术如三维适形放射治疗(3D-CRT)、强度调控放射治疗(IMRT)、部分乳腺放疗(APBI)等。这些技术通过精确照射肿瘤灶,减少对正常组织的损伤,提高放疗效果。随着科技不断发展,图像引导(IGRT)、容积旋转调强(VMAT)以及深吸气屏气(DIBH)技术、光学体表检测系统(OSMS)引导乳腺癌放疗技术等的应用逐步取代传统的照射技术,此外,真空垫、发泡胶等辅助材料的应用以及仰卧位乳腺托架、俯卧位的选择使得乳腺癌放疗也将趋向于个体化治疗,根据患者的基因型和体型特征进行精准调整放疗方案,以进一步提高治疗效果。未来,乳腺癌放疗技术将继续发展,为乳腺癌患者提供更加个体化和有效的治疗策略。

Energy-Saving Optimization Study on 700°C Double Reheat Advanced Ultra-Supercritical Coal-Fired Power Generation System

700°C double reheat advanced ultra-supercritical power generation technology is one of the most important development directions for the efficient and clean utilization of coal. To solve the great exergy loss problem caused by the high superheat degrees of regenerative steam extractions in 700°C double reheat advanced ultra-supercritical power generation system, two optimization systems are proposed in this paper. System 1 is integrated with the back pressure extraction steam turbine, and system 2 is simultaneously integrated with both the outside steam cooler and back pressure extraction steam turbine. The system performance models are built by the Ebsilon Professional software. The performances of optimized systems are analyzed by the unit consumption method. The off-design performances of optimization systems are analyzed. The results show that: the standard power generation coal consumption rates of optimization systems 1 and 2 are decreased by 1.88 g·(kW·h)–1, 2.97 g·(kW ·h)–1compared with that of the 700°C reference system; the average superheat degrees of regenerative steam extractions of optimized systems 1 and 2 are decreased by 122.2°C, 140.7°C(100% turbine heat acceptance condition), respectively. The comparison results also show that the performance of the optimized system 2 is better than those of the optimized system 1 and the 700°C reference system. The power generation standard coal consumption rate and the power generation efficiency of the optimized system 2 are about 232.08 g·(kW ·h)–1and 52.96%(100% turbine heat acceptance condition), respectively.

石缸河矿区总体挟持于怒江断裂带与澜沧江板块结合带之间,在系统收集矿区地质资料的基础上,结合详实的野外地质调查工作,系统厘定矿区成矿地质背景,总结矿床成矿条件及成矿模式。经总结,滇西“歹”字型构造体系控制着矿床锡钨矿带的空间分布,石缸河锡钨矿床总体产于层间破碎带中,空间位置位于志本山岩体的外接触带内;区内岩浆活动剧烈、频繁,燕山晚期至喜马拉雅期的酸性花岗岩与矿床成矿关系密切;矿区内地质构造复杂,志本山背斜、石缸河平卧褶皱及北西向断裂组共同控制着矿(化)体的产出;矿床严格受构造-岩浆-变质作用控制,总体属于与混合岩化派生岩浆有关的高-中温热液矿床。

This study explores the effects of dynamic and static loading on rock bolt performance a key factor in maintaining the structural safety of coal mine roadways susceptible to coal *** a housemade load frame to simulate various failure scenarios,pretension-impact-pull tests on rock bolts were conducted to scrutinize their dynamic responses under varied static load conditions and their failure traits under combined *** experimental results denote that with increased impact energy,maximum and average impact loads on rock bolts escalate significantly under pretension,initiating plastic deformation beyond a certain *** minor reductions in the yield load due to impactinduced damage,pretension aids in constraining post-impact deformation rate and fluctuation degree of rock ***,impact-induced plastic deformation causes internal microstructure dislocation,fortifying the stiffness of the rock bolt support *** magnitude of this fortification is directly related to the plastic deformation induced by the *** findings provide crucial guidance for designing rock bolt support in coal mine roadway excavation,emphasizing the necessity to consider both static and dynamic loads for improved safety and efficiency.

The unstarted flow field in a hypersonic inlet model at a design point of Ma 6 is studied *** time-resolved spatial flow characteristics of the separation shock oscillation,which is induced by the unstarted flow,are analyzed based on a high-speed Schlieren system and an image processing *** motion of the separation shock detected by the shock-detection algorithm is compared to the results of fast-response wall-pressure measurements,and good agreement is demonstrated by comparing the frequency components in the power spectral density contours between shock oscillation and pressure *** hysteresis of the pressure and separation shock during oscillation cycles is observed from the time history of the shock motion,which means that the unsteady flow pattern of the unstarted hypersonic flow can be accurately clarified by time-resolved Schlieren image *** results convincingly demonstrate that the shock-detection technique is successfully applied to an unstarted hypersonic flow case.

随着视频获取设备和技术的不断发展,视频数量增长快速,在海量视频中精准查找目标视频片段是具有挑战的任务。跨模态视频片段检索旨在根据输入一段查询文本,模型能够从视频库中找出符合描述的视频片段。现有的研究工作多是关注文本与候选视频片段的匹配,忽略了视频上下文的“语境”信息,在视频理解时,存在对特征关系表达不足的问题。针对此,该文提出一种基于显著特征增强的跨模态视频片段检索方法,通过构建时间相邻网络学习视频的上下文信息,然后使用轻量化残差通道注意力突出视频片段的显著特征,提升神经网络对视频语义的理解能力。在公开的数据集TACoS和ActivityNet Captions的实验结果表明,该文所提方法能更好地完成视频片段检索任务,比主流的基于匹配的方法和基于视频-文本特征关系的方法取得了更好的表现。

In the quest to enhance the efficiency of sodium-ion batteries,the dynamics of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)formation are of paramount *** SEI layer’s integrity is integral to the charge–discharge efficiency and the overall longevity of the ***,a novel two-dimensional Ti_(3)C_(2)fragments enmeshed on iron-nitrogen-carbon(Fe-N-C)nanosheets(Ti_(3)C_(2)/Fe-NC)has been *** electrode features a matrix which has been shown to expedite SEI layer formation through the facilitation of selective anion adsorption,thus augmenting battery *** functional theory calculation reveals that the SEI evolution energy of NaPF6 at the Ti_(3)C_(2)/Fe-N-C interface is 0.81 eV,significantly lower than the Ti_(3)C_(2)(1.23 eV).This process is driven by the electron transportation from Ti_(3)C_(2)to Fe-N-C substrate,facilitated by their work-function difference,leading to the formation of ferromagnetic Fe species,which possesses Fe 3d d_(xz)d_(z)2 orbitals and undergoes hybridization with theπandσorbitals of NaF,creating a key intermediate during *** process diminishes the antibonding energy and attenuates the orbital interaction with NaF,thus reducing the activation energy and improving the SEI formation reaction ***,it leads to the creation of multi-interface SEI characterized by high-throughput ion transport and an efficient reaction network.
