Corrosion failure accidents owing to flow erosion and pipeline corrosion frequently occur during *** welding reinforcement height(WRH)can induce locally micro-turbulent flow field,which aggravates local corrosion of welded joints.A high wall shear stress(WsS)experimental setup was established to conduct the online electrochemical corrosion *** influence of WRH sizes on local corrosion of welded joints was studied at different flow *** electrochemical signals of the local corrosion of X80 welded joints at different flow rates were monitored in real time using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and wire beam *** addition,the corrosion products composition and properties were *** results show that the micro-turbulent flow fields induced by the WRHs can enhance ion mass transfer near the welded *** corrosion products on the WRH surface also present different microscopic morphologies at different flow *** strong flow fields,the locally enhanced wsS can peel off the dense corrosion product partially,leading to the electrochemical distribution of large cathode and small anode,which accelerates the occurrence and development processes of the local corrosion of welded *** scientific guidelines for the corrosion protection of long-distance oil and gas pipelines can be potentially provided.

The available modelling data shortage issue makes it difficult to guarantee the performance of data-driven building energy prediction(BEP)models for both the newly built buildings and existing information-poor *** knowledge transfer learning(KTL)and data incremental learning(DIL)can address the data shortage issue of such *** new building scenarios with continuous data accumulation,the performance of BEP models has not been fully investigated considering the data accumulation ***,which can learn dynamic features from accumulated data adapting to the developing trend of new building time-series data and extend BEP model's knowledge,has been rarely *** studies have shown that the performance of KTL models trained with fixed data can be further improved in scenarios with dynamically changing ***,this study proposes an improved transfer learning cross-BEP strategy continuously updated using the coarse data incremental(CDI)*** hybrid KTL-DIL strategy(LSTM-DAnn-CDI)uses domain adversarial neural network(DAnn)for KLT and long short-term memory(LSTM)as the Baseline BEP *** evaluation is conducted to systematically qualify the effectiveness and applicability of KTL and improved ***-world data from six-type 36 buildings of six types are adopted to evaluate the performance of KTL and KTL-DIL in data-driven BEP tasks considering factors like the model increment time interval,the available target and source building data *** with LSTM,results indicate that KTL(LSTM-DAnn)and the proposed KTL-DIL(LSTM-DAnn-CDI)can significantly improve the BEP performance for new buildings with limited *** with the pure KTL strategy LSTM-DAnn,the improved KTL-DIL strategy LSTM-DAnn-CDI has better prediction performance with an average performance improvement ratio of 60%.

Mythimna separata is a notorious phytophagous pest which poses serious threats to cereal crops owing to the gluttony of the *** short neuropeptide F(snPF)and its receptor snPFR are involved in a diversity of physiological functions,especially in functions related to feeding in insects,it is a molecular target for pest ***,an snPF and 2 snPFRs were identified and cloned from *** analysis revealed that the snPF and its receptors had a highly conserved RLRFamide C-terminus and 7 transmembrane domains,*** snPF and its receptor genes were distributed across larval periods and tissues,but 2 receptors had distinct expression *** starvation-induced assay elucidated that snPF and snPFR expression levels were downregulated under food deprivation and recovered with subsequent *** interference knockdown of snPF,snPFR1,and snPFR2 by injection of double-stranded RnA into larvae not only suppressed food consumption and increased body size and weight,but also led to decrease of glycogen and total lipid contents,and increase of trehalose compared with double-stranded green fluorescent protein ***,molecular docking was performed on the interaction mode between snPFR protein and its ligand snPF based on the 3-dimensional models constructed by AlphaFold;the results indicated that both receptors were presumably activated by the mature peptide *** results revealed that snPF signaling played a considerably vital role in the feeding regulation of *** and represents a potential control target for this pest.

nanomaterials as lubricating oil additives have attracted significant attention because of their designable composition and structure,suitable mechanical property,and tunable surface ***,the poor compatibility between nanomaterials and base oil limits their further *** this work,we demonstrated oil-soluble poly(lauryl methacrylate)(PLMA)brushes-grafted metal-organic frameworks nanoparticles(nanoMOFs)as lubricating oil additives that can achieve efficient friction reduction and anti-wear *** were synthesized by free-radical polymerization,which was coordinatively grafted onto the surface of the UiO-67 ***,PLMA brushes were grown on the macroinitiator-modified UiO-67 by surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization,which greatly improved the lipophilic property of the UiO-67 nanoparticles and significantly enhanced the colloidal stability and long-term dispersity in both non-polar solvent and base *** adding UiO-67@PLMA nanoparticles into the 500 Sn base oil,coefficient of friction and wear volume reductions of 45.3%and 75.5%were achieved due to their excellent mechanical properties and oil ***,the load-carrying capacity of 500 Sn was greatly increased from 100 to 500 n by the UiO-67@PLMA additives,and their excellent tribological performance was demonstrated even at a high friction frequency of 65 Hz and high temperature of 120℃.Our work highlights oil-soluble polymer brushes-functionalized nanoMOFs for highly efficient lubricating additives.

Spinning disk reactor(SDR)has emerged as a novel process intensification photocatalytic reactor,and it has higher mass transfer efficiency and photon utilization for the degradation of toxic organic pollutants by advanced oxidation processes(AOPs).In this study,ZnO—TiO_(2)nanocomposites were prepared by solgel method,and coated on the disk of SDR by impregnation-pull-drying-calcination *** performance of catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,photoluminescence and ultraviolet—visible diffuse reflectance *** ozonation in SDR was used to remove phenol,and various factors on degradation effect were studied in *** results showed that the rate of degradation and mineralization reached 100%and 83.4%under UV light irradiation after 50 min,compared with photocatalysis and ozonation,the removal rate increased by 69.3%and 34.7%,and mineralization rate increased by 56.7%and 62.9%,which indicated that the coupling of photocatalysis and ozonation had a synergistic *** radical capture experiments demonstrated that the active species such as photogenerated holes(h^(+)),hydroxyl radicals(·OH),superoxide radical(·O_(2)-)were responsible for phenol degradation,and·OH played a leading role in the degradation process,while h+and·O_(2)^(-)played a non-leading role.

Several studies have confirmed that the health status of the paternal affects the health of the offspring,however,it remains unknown whether paternal exposure to pesticides affect the offspring ***,we used untargeted metabolomics and 16S rRnA sequencing technology,combined with tail suspension test and RT-qPCR to explore the effects of paternal exposure to nitenpyram on the neurotoxicity of *** results found that the paternal exposure to nitenpyram led to the offspring’s depressive-like behaviors,accompanied by the reduction of tryptophan content and the disorder of microbial abundance in the gut of the ***,we determined the expression of tryptophan metabolism-related genes tryptophanase(tnaA)and tryptophan hydroxylase 1(TpH1)in gut bacteria and colonic *** found that tryptophan is metabolized to indoles rather than being absorbed into colonocytes,which coursed the reduce of tryptophan availability after nitenpyram *** conclusion,our study deepens our understanding of the intergenerational toxic effects of pesticides.

Chiroptical switches based on circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)have shown the promising applications in advanced information ***,a pair of lanthanide coordination polymer enantiomers[Eu_(2)(L^(R))_(3)(BTFPO)_(2)]_(n) and[Eu_(2)(L^(S))_(3)(BTFPO)_(2)]_(n) with light-regulated CPL property are designed,which are assembled by a chiral binuclear triple-stranded Eu^(3+) helicates[Eu_(2)(L^(R/S))_(3)]coordinated with two photochromic triphenylphosphine oxides(BTFPO).Upon the alternative UV and 526 nm light irradiation,the complexes show the reversible photochromism,PL and CPL ***,the luminescence dissymmetry factor,g lum of ^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1)(591 nm)transition shows an obvious increase from 0.19 to 0.29 before and after 275 nm light ***,the emission from Eu^(3+) center is not completely quenched in closed-ring state due to the low photocyclization(Ф_(o-c))quantum yield of the *** partial maintenance of emissive intensity is of essential importance for the monitor of CPL *** importantly,the CPL photo-switching property of the complexes in solid hybrid film is maintained,and still displays the enhanced CPL emission in photostationary ***,the potential applications of the doping film in logic gate and anti-counterfeiting were investigated.
