Nano-diamond particles are co-deposited on Ti substrates with metal(Ti/Ni) nanoparticles(NPs) by the electrophoretic deposition(EPD) method combined with a furnace annealing at 800℃ under N_(2) atmosphere. Modifications of structural and electron field emission(EFE) properties of the metal-doped films are investigated with different metal NPs concentrations. Our results show that the surface characteristics and EFE performances of the samples are first enhanced and then reduced with metal NPs concentration increasing. Both the Ti-doped and Ni-doped nano-diamond composite films exhibit optimal EFE and microstructural performances when the doping quantity is 5 mg. Remarkably enhanced EFE properties with a low turn-on field of 1.38 V/μm and a high current density of 1.32 mA/cm^(2) at an applied field of 2.94 V/μm are achieved for Ni-doped nano-diamond films, and are superior to those for Ti-doped ones. The enhancement of the EFE properties for the Ti-doped films results from the formation of the TiC-network after annealing. However, the doping of electron-rich Ni NPs and formation of high conductive graphitic phase are considered to be the factor, which results in marvelous EFE properties for these Ni-doped nano-diamond films.

The synergistic inhibitive effect of cysteine(Cys)and iodide ions on the corrosion behavior of copper was examined in a 0.5 mol·L^(-1) Na_(2)SO_(4) *** polarization curve revealed that Cys acted as a mixed type inhibitor with a major effect on the cathodic process,consequently decreased the corrosion current density by a great extent and shifted the corrosion potential *** investigated results suggested that iodide ions can enhance the inhibition efficiency of *** inhibition mechanism of Cys and the synergistic effect of the two examined reagents were investigated by fitting experimental impedance data according to a projected equivalent circuit for metal/electrolyte *** analysis further confirmed that the corrosion inhibition was realized due to the adsorption of the inhibitor molecules at the metal/solution *** adsorption isotherm was proposed to describe inhibition mechanism of Cys on copper *** sites of Cys molecule were used to form inhibitor film on the copper *** of iodide ion increased its inhibition efficiency by enhancing adsorption of Cys cations through electrostatic interaction with I-pre-adsorbed on Cu surface.

Interfacial reactions of the Ni/AuSn/Ni and Cu/AuSn/Ni joints are experimentally studied at 330℃for various reflow *** microstructures and mechanical properties of the as-solidified solder joints are *** as-solidified solder matrix of Ni/AuSn/Ni presents a typical eutecticξ-(Au,Ni)5Sn+δ-(Au,Ni)Sn lamellar microstructure after reflow at 330℃for 30 *** reflow for 60 s,a thin and flat(Ni,Au)3Sn2intermetallic compound(IMC) layer is formed,and some needle-like(Ni,Au)3Sn2phases grow from the IMC layer into the solder *** the other hand,a cellular-typeξ(Cu) layer is found at the upper AuSn/Cu interface in the Cu/AuSn/Ni joint after reflow for 30 s,and a(Ni,Au,Cu)3Sn2IMC layer is also formed at the lower AuSn/Ni interface. For both joints the IMC layer grows significantly with the increase of reflow time,but the growth rate of(Ni,Au,Cu)3Sn2IMC in the Cu/AuSn/Ni joint is smaller than that of the(Ni,Au)3Sn2layer in the Ni/AuSn/Ni *** comparisons of the shear strength and fracture surface between the Ni/AuSn/Ni and Cu/AuSn/Ni joints suggest that the coupling effect of the Cu/AuSn/Ni sandwich joint is helpful to prevent the excessive growth of(Ni,Au)3Sn2,which in turn enhances the mechanical reliability of the solder joint.

In spinless systems,growing attention has recently been attracted to synthetic gauge fields,which redefine the fundamental crystal symmetries by utilizing the projective algebraic ***,synthetic gauge fields have been commonly investigated in single orbital systems,and explorations on hybrid orbitals remain elusive in ***,we report the experimental observation of hybrid topological phases induced by hybrid synthetic gauge flux,which is formed by the interaction between p and d orbitals embedded in acoustic *** breaking the translation symmetries of Lxand/or Ly,we unambiguously demonstrate the first-order M?bius edge states and higher-order corner *** work establishes a platform for seeking exotic topological phases induced by hybrid-orbitals interactions and initializing the framework of hybrid-orbitalsrelated topological *** applications can be anticipated in scenarios such as high-quality sensing and robust wave trapping due to the stepwise energy distribution of the hybrid topological phase.

Network pruning has a significant role in reducing network parameters and accelerating the inference time of the network. Some existing methods prune the network based on the frequency of the data, and finally obtain a sub-network with high accuracy. However, according to our experimental analysis, different frequencies of information in the data contribute differently to the accuracy of the model, and using this information directly for pruning without making a selection will lead to incorrect results. We believe that pruning should retain the convolutional kernels in the network that process important information, while those kernels that process unimportant information should be removed. In this paper, we first investigate the meaning of each frequency band information in the spectrum and their contribution to the prediction accuracy of the network,and according to these results, we propose a new pruning method based on frequency response(PFR). Our PFR finds and removes the convolutional kernels in the network that specialize in processing unimportant information, resulting in a compact neural network model. PFR obtains significant experimental results on different datasets, for example, a 56.0% raduction of float points operations(FLOPs) on Res Net-50 and only 0.37% of Top-1 accuracy degradation on the Image Net dataset.

Vaccinations are essential for preventing and treating disease,especially cancer nanovaccines,which have gained considerable interest recently for their strong anti-tumor immune *** can prompt the immune system to generate antibodies and activate various immune cells,leading to a response against tumor tissues and reducing the negative effects and recurrence risks of traditional chemotherapy and *** enhance the flexibility and targeting of vaccines,nanovaccines utilize nanotechnology to encapsulate or carry antigens at the nanoscale level,enabling more controlled and precise drug delivery to enhance immune *** nanovaccines function by encapsulating tumor-specific antigens or tumor-associated antigens within *** small size of these nanomaterials allows for precise targeting of T cells,dendritic cells,or cancer cells,thereby eliciting a more potent anti-tumor *** this paper,we focus on the classification of carriers for cancer nanovaccines,the roles of different target cells,and clinically tested cancer nanovaccines,discussing strategies for effectively inducing cytotoxic T lymphocytes responses and optimizing antigen presentation,while also looking ahead to the translational challenges of moving from animal experiments to clinical trials.

随着近红外声光可调滤波器(Near Infrared Acousto-Optic Tunable Filter,AOTF-NIR)光谱成像技术在深空探测的广泛应用,超声换能器作为AOTF-NIR核心部件,对其工作带宽、光谱衍射效率及功率效率提出了更高的要求.超声换能器在不同频率下具有不同的输入阻抗,当驱动信号源输出阻抗与换能器输入阻抗失配时将会产生能量损耗,导致无法把功率最大限度的传递给换能器,从而使AOTF-NIR光谱衍射效率降低,影响光谱灵敏度.该文通过射频电路先进设计系统(Advanced Design System,ADS)仿真及实验测试,运用滤波器网络理论,采用LC无耗储能元件设计了一种带通型宽带匹配网络.最终在60-120MHz带宽范围内阻抗匹配网络的回波损耗S_(11)>-29.8d B,阻抗匹配网络功率效率达到90%以上.通过不断地微调优化匹配阻抗值及LC参数值,以此来提高光谱衍射效率,使光谱衍射效率最高达90%以上,提高了在620-1150nm波段内的光谱灵敏度及光谱成像清晰度.

Transition metal sulfides have great potential as anode mterials for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to their high theoretical specific ***,the inferior intrinsic conductivity and large volume variation during sodiation-desodiation processes seriously affect its high-rate and long-cyde performance,unbeneficial for the application as fast-charging and long-cycling SIBs ***,the three-dimensional porous Cu_(1.81)S/nitrogen-doped carbon frameworks(Cu_(1.81)S/NC)are synthesized by the simple and facile sol-gel and annealing processes,which can accommodate the volumetric expansion of Cu_(1.81)S nanoparticles and accelerate the transmission of ions and electrons during Na^(+)insertion/extraction processes,exhibiting the excellent rate capability(250.6 mA·g^(-1)at 20.0 A·g^(-1))and outstanding cycling stability(70% capacity retention for 6000 cycles at 10.0 A·g^(-1))for ***,the Na-ion full cells coupled with Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C cathode also demonstrate the satisfactory reversible specific capacity of 330.5 mAh·g^(-1)at 5.0 A·g^(-1)and long-cycle performance with the 86.9% capacity retention at 2.0 A·g^(-1)after 750 *** work proposes a promising way for the conversionbased metal sulfides for the applications as fast-charging sodium-ion battery anode.

Conversion of CO2back to hydrocarbons is the most direct way of closing the“carbon cycle”,and its significance is further enlarged if this process is driven by renewable energies such as ***,precisely controlling the product selectivity towards hydrocarbons against the competitive hydrogen evolution remains challenging,especially for Cu-based ***,we report a novel defect engineering strategy,by which Cu-doping-induced oxygen vacancies on CeO2nanorods were effectively created,with adjustable vacancy/Cu *** resulting optimum catalyst shows up to 79% catalytic current density to hydrocarbons （excluding CO）,with 49% faradaic efficiency to *** and density functional theory unveil that the ratio between oxygen vacancy and Cu affects significantly the formation of*CHO and activation of H2O,which leads to the following deep hydrogenation to *** findings may spur new insights for designing and developing more controllable chemical process relevant to CO2utilization.
