A copper-catalyzed oxidative intermolecular phosphonoheteroarylation of alkenes with phosphonates and nucleophilic N-heteroarenes(such as indoles and pyrroles)involving P-H/C-H functionalization for the synthesis of highly valuable β-(N-heteroaryl)-alkylphosphonates is disclosed.This method allows the incorporation of two functional groups,a phosphonate and a N-heteroarene,into the alkene in a single reaction step through oxidative formation of the P-centered radicals,addition across the CvC bond,single electron oxidation and C-H functionalization cascades.

The corrosion resistance behavior of TA2 pure titanium processed by tungsten inert gas(TIG)welding was investigated in artificial saliva solution at 37℃.By metallographic examination,electrochemical measurement technology,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),the corrosion resistance of the base metal(BM),heat-affected zone(HAZ),and weld metal(WM)were investigated.Metallographic examination experiments show that welding process would cause the growth of grain size.In addition,phase change happens in the HAZ and WM.The change of grain size and phase would influence the generation of the original passive film.The electrochemical tests show that the BM,HAZ,and WM are all equipped with good corrosion resistance.The welded joint shows a better corrosion resistance than the original TA2.It is shown that the BM with the lowest corrosion potential and the biggest corrosion current has a worse corrosion resistance than WM as well as HAZ.Silver(Ag)nanoparticles can be distributed on the WM zone of Ti uniformly.The WM zone of Ti with Ag coating considerably enhances the antibacterial activity of Ti implants.

Objective The Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi Province is a severely afflicted hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)epidemic area,while HFRS prevalence has decreased in most epidemic areas in China.Little information is available regarding the leading fine-scale influencing factors in this highly HFRSconcentrated area and the roles of natural environmental and socioeconomic factors.To investigate this,two regions in the Guanzhong Plain,that is,the Chang’an District and Hu County,with similar geographical environments,different levels of economic development,and high epidemic prevalence,were chosen as representative areas of the HFRS epidemic.Methods Maximum entropy models were constructed based on HFRS cases and fine-scale influencing factors,including meteorological,natural environmental,and socioeconomic factors,from 2014 to 2016.Results More than 95% of the HFRS cases in the study area were located in the northern plains,which has an altitude of less than 800 m,with topography contributed 84.1% of the impact on the spatial differentiation of the HFRS epidemic.In the northern plains,precipitation and population density jointly affected the spatial differentiation of the HFRS epidemic,with contribution rates of 60.7% and 28.0%,respectively.By comparing the influencing factors of the northern plains of Chang’an District and Hu County,we found that precipitation and the normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)dominated the HFRS epidemic in the relatively developed Chang’an District,while land-use type,temperature,precipitation and population density dominated the HFRS epidemic in the relatively undeveloped Hu County.Conclusion Topography was the primary key factor for HFRS prevalence in the Chang’an District and Hu County,and the spatial differentiation of HFRS was dominated by precipitation and population density in the northern plains.Compared with the influencing factors of the relatively developed Chang’an District,the developing Hu County was more affected by socioeconomic factors.When formulating target

In order to meet low-latency and ultra-reliable requirements on safety services in vehicular networks, this paper proposes a novel Collision supervision and avoidance(CSA) algorithm for the contention based scalable media access control protocol. The two-dimensional Markov chain model of adaptive backoff state transition criterion in CSA has been built, which could efficiently match the backoff states of nodes to the dynamic changes of vehicular networks. The scalable transmissions can be achieved through supervised trend and matching backoff mechanisms with three adaptive backoff modes.The packet transmit probabilities for the backoff modes have been derived with the theoretical result of the enhanced throughput. The simulation results show the remarkable scalability performance such as normalized throughput > 0.92, PDR > 86% and delay < 6.5 ms even in the high-density and high-mobility environment.

In this paper,the shape of the object is reconstructed based on the fiber Bragg grating(FBG)flexible sensor encapsulated by polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)material,and the influence of the number and layout of the sensors on the reconstruction accuracy of the object is studied.The COMSOL simulation software is used to verify the accuracy of the algorithm,and four sensors are prepared to measure and reconstruct the bent aluminum plate under set conditions.The maximum relative error of the shape reconstruction span is 1.203%,and the maximum relative error of the height is 2.802%.The research results provide the application basis for the shape detection of soft robots.

Intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)is widely recognized as a promising technique to enhance the system perfor-mance,and thus is a hot research topic in future wireless communications.In this context,this paper proposes a robust BF scheme to improve the spectrum and energy harvesting efficiencies for the IRS-aided simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT)in a cognitive radio network(CRN).Here,the base station(BS)utilizes spectrum assigned to the primary users(PUs)to simultaneously serve multiple energy receivers(ERs)and information receivers(IRs)through IRS-aided multicast technology.In particular,by assuming that only the imperfect channel state information(CSI)is available,we first formulate a constrained problem to maximize the minimal achievable rate of IRs,while satisfying the harvesting energy threshold of ERs,the quality-of-service requirement of IRs,the interference threshold of PUs and transmit power budget of BS.To address the non-convex problem,we then adopt triangle inequality to deal with the channel uncertainty,and propose a low-complexity algorithm combining alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)with alternating optimi-zation(AO)to jointly optimize the active and passive beamformers for the BS and IRS,respectively.Finally,our simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed BF scheme and also provide useful insights into the importance of introducing IRS into the CRN with SWIPT.

An I_(2)-mediated[3+2]annulation of methyl-azaarenes with alkyl_(2)-isocyanoacetates or amino acid ester hydrochlorides has been demonstrated.This strategy involves CuN bond cleavage of isocyanides and can selectively synthesize iodine-functionalized and non-iodine-functionalized fused imidazoles.Scale-up experiments and arylation,alkynylation,alkenylation and selenization of iodine-functionalized products demonstrated the potential applications of this reaction.

Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills(QSYQ) is a compound of Chinese medicine, which has been used to treat coronary heart disease and cardiac dysfunction. Its natural components include astragaloside Ⅳ, flavonoids, danshensu, protocatechualdehyde, salvianolic acid B, salvianolic acid A, ginsenosides Rg1, ginsenosides Rb1, and essential oils, etc. It exerts effects of nourishing qi and promoting blood circulation to relieve pain. In this review, the bioactive components of QSYQ and its effects for treating cardiovascular diseases and possible mechanism were summarized, providing references for further study and clinical application of QSYQ.

Management of early mobilization in intensive care units:a multicenter cross-sectional study

Objective: The aim of this study was to assess the management of early mobilization(EM) in Chinese intensive care units(ICUs).Methods: This survey used a cross-sectional, observational design. A total of 65 tertiary and secondary hospitals were enrolled by convenience sampling and investigated using self-designed questionnaires.Results: We identified 69 ICUs in Jiangsu, China(response rate: 94.2%). 74.2%(1,004/1,353) of the nurses and nursing managers from 65 ICUs reported mobility practice. For the mobility level, 98.1%(1,327) reported use of in-bed exercise, 5.7%(77) sitting on a side of bed, 21.7%(294) transfer to chair, and 2.4%(33) walking. The most frequently reported barriers to early mobility were unplanned extubation, nursing resource, and absence of physical therapist. Nurses' educational backgrounds, nursing experience, the lack of nursing resources, absence of physician, and the weakness of patient were the factors that influenced ICU early rehabilitation(P<0.01).Conclusions: Although implementation rates for EM in critically ill patients are high, the activity level is generally poor in most of the involved ICUs.
