The operating speed of the commercial electromagnetic suspension(EMs)maglev train has been over 430 km/h,making it the fastest means of land *** the increasing demands of people traveling,it is necessary to further improve the operating speed of maglev *** to examine whether the exis.ing EMs system can meet the requirements of ultra-highspeed operation(more than 600 km/h),the electromagnetic characteris.ics of an EMs linear motor under the operating speed of 600–1000 km/h fed by a square-wave voltage supply is.inves.igated in this ***,an electromagnetic field model of the EMs system under the square-wave voltage supply is established to inves.igate its electromagnetic performance,e.g.,the characteris.ics of phase current,the magnetic flux density,and the electromagnetic ***,the relations.ip between the harmonic components of the air-gap magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force is.inves.igated using the two-dimensional fast Fourier transform(2D-FFT)to reveal the mechanism of electromagnetic force ***,to address the issues of exces.ive armature current density and significant electromagnetic force ripple,the linear motor is re-designed by enlarging the stator slot area and reshaping the mover's main magnetic ***,the Taguchi method is used to further improve the electromagnetic characteris.ics of the linear electric ***,the effectiveness of the proposed optimal design is validated by the finite-element analysis(FEA)based co-simulation.

The unstable fluid flow and severe free surface fluctuations.in the wheel and belt caster can affect the quality of the cast *** lower level height tends to entrap inclusions.in the molten *** the other hand,the higher level height makes the production process more dangerous due to the overflow of high temperature fluid from the mold.A computational model of the molten metal pouring process was *** transient fluid flow and free surface fluctuations behavior were calculated using the three-dimensional large eddy simulation model and the volume of fluid *** results show that the flow velocity of the main jet gradually decreases under the influence of the low kinetic energy fluid in the *** is an obvious os.illation in the tail of the jet,while the flow field is asymmetric in *** jet is closer to the inside radius side due to the Coanda effect,and there is a recirculation zone on the inside radius and the outside radius respectively,according to the 10 s time-averaged *** with the industrial observation and simulation results,the shape of the free surface is a wave that varies with *** addition,the free surface height is lowest and the flow velocity is highest in the region near the jet.

The effect of plant type on n-alkane biomarker has been widely studied,but the influence of plant type on n-alkanoic acids(n-FAs)has received less *** the effect of the distribution of n-FAs and their hydrogen isotope composition(δ^(2)H_(FA))is critical for interpreting sedimentaryδ^(2)H_(FA)values as proxies of hydroclimate and/or vegetation *** this study,we systematically inves.igated the distribution ofn-FAs andδ^(2)H_(FA)values across seasons on the Chinese Loess Plateau(CLP).Our results showed that there were no significant seasonal differences.in n-FAs distribution andδ^(2)H_(FA)values,but there were significant differences.inδ^(2)H_(FA)values across plant ***δ^(2)H_(FA)values ranged from-185‰to-125‰in dicots(-161‰±28‰),and from-215‰to-170‰in monocots(-196‰±22‰)on the *** fractionation betweenδ^(2)H_(FA)values and precipitationδ^(2)H(ε_(FA-P))was also^(2)H-enriched in dicots relative to *** the regional scale of the CLP,δ^(2)H_(FA)values were not correlated withδ^(2)H values of ***,δ^(2)H_(FA)values from the CLP were similar to expectations from a global comparison,both in terms of their mean values and high variability among plants growing in sites with similarδ^(2)H values of *** some of this variability inεFA-Pis due to the effect of plant type,a careful assessment of the likely sources of waxes.in terrestrial sediments.is critical when usingδ^(2)H_(FA)values for paleohydroclimate reconstruction.

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs),a rapidly developing category of crystalline conjugated organic polymers,possess highly ordered structures,large specific surface areas,stable chemical properties,and tunable pore *** the first report of boroxine/boronate ester-linked COFs.in 2005,COFs have rapidly gained popularity,showing important application prospects.in various fields,such as sensing,catalysis,separation,and energy *** them,COFs-based electrochemical(EC)sensors with upgraded analytical performance are arousing extensive *** this review,therefore,we summarize the basic properties and the general synthesis methods of COFs used in the field of electroanalytical chemistry,with special emphasis on their usages.in the fabrication of chemical sensors.ions sensors.immunosensors,and ***,the emerged COFs.in the electrochemiluminescence(ECL)realm are thoroughly covered along with their preliminary ***,final conclusions on state-of-the-art COFs are provided in terms of EC and ECL sensors,as well as challenges and prospects for extending and improving the research and applications of COFs.in electroanalytical chemistry.

Exosome-encapsulated lncRNA HOTAiRM1 contributes to PM_(2.5)-aggravated COPD airway remodeling by enhancing myofibroblast differentiation

Emphysema,myofibroblast accumulation and airway remodeling can occur in the lungs due to exposure to atmospheric pollution,especially fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),leading to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).specifically,bronchial epithelium-fibroblast communication participates.in airway remodeling,which results.in *** increasing number of studies are now being conducted on the role of exosome-mediated cell-cell communication in disease ***,we inves.igated whether exosomes generated from bronchial epithelial cells could deliver information to normal stromal fibroblasts and provoke cellular responses,resulting in airway obstruction in *** studied the mechanism of exosome-mediated intercellular communication between human bronchial epithelial(HBE) cells and primary lung fibroblasts(pLFs).We found that PM_(2.5)-induced HBE-derived exosomes promoted myofibroblast differentiation in ***,the exosomal lncRNA expres.ion profiles derived from PM_(2.5)-treated HBE cells and nontreated HBE cells were inves.igated using an Agilent Human LncRNA *** coculture assays and direct exosome treatment,we found that HBE cell-derived exosomal HOTAiRM1 facilitated the myofibroblast differentiation of ***,we discovered that exosomal HOTAiRM1 enhanced p LF proliferation to secrete exces.ive collagen secretion,leading to airway obstruction by s.imulating the TGF-β/sMAD3 signaling ***,PM_(2.5)reduced FEV1/FVC and FEV1 and increased the level of serum exosomal HOTAiRM1 in healthy people;moreover,serum exosomal HOTAiRM1 was associated with PM_(2.5)-related reductions.in FEV1/FVC and *** findings show that PM_(2.5)triggers alterations.in exosome components and clarify that one of the paracrine mediators of myofibroblast differentiation is bronchial epithelial cell-derived HOTAiRM1,which has the potential to be an effective prevention and therapeutic target for PM_(2.5)-induced COPD.

At present,the role of many long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)as tumor suppressors.in the formation and development of cervical cancer(CC)has been ***,lncRNA prostate cancer gene expres.ion marker 1(PCGEM1),whose high expres.ion not only aggravates ovarian cancer but also can induce tumorigenesis and endometrial cancer progres.ion,has not been studied in *** objective of this study was to inves.igate the expres.ion and the underlying role of PCGEM1 in *** relative expres.ion of PCGEM1 in CC cells was detected by real-time *** the suppres.ion of PCGEM1 expres.ion by shRNA,the changes.in the proliferation,migration,and invasion capacities were detected via CCK-8 assay,EdU assay,and colony formation assay wound healing *** assay and the changes.in expres.ions of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT)markers were determined by western blot and immunoﬂ*** interplay among PCGEM1,miR-642a-5p,and kinesin family member 5B(KiF5B)was conﬁrmed by bioinformatics analyses and luciferase reporter *** showed that PCGEM1 expres.ions were up-regulated within CC *** viabilities,migration,and invasion were remarkably reduced after the suppres.ion of PCGEM1 expres.ion by shRNA in Hela and siHa cells.N-cadherin was silenced,but E-cadherin expres.ion was elevated by ***,by sponging miR-642a-5p in CC,PCGEM1 was veriﬁed as a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)that modulates KiF5B ***-642a-5p down-regulation partially rescued sh-PCGEM1’s.inhibitory effects on cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and EMT *** conclusion,the PCGEM1/miR-642a-5p/KiF5B signaling axis might be a novel therapeutic target in *** study provides a research basis and new direction for targeted therapy of CC.
