The construction of a new beamline,BL10U1,was completed at the Shanghai synchrotron radiation facility in *** multipurpose beamline was designed to provide X-ray scattering techniques such as ultra-small-angle X-ray scattering(USAXS),small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),wide-angle X-ray scattering,and microfocus SAXS(μSAXS)for a broad user *** realize fast time-resolved USAXS experiments,the beamline adopted an in-vacuum undulator with a total length of 1.6 m as the photon *** in-house cryogenic-cooled double multilayer monochromator was installed to deliver a photon flux of approximately 10^(13) photons/s at a photon energy of 10 *** three-year successful operation of this beamline demonstrated that the monochromator operated smoothly,as ***10U1 has three end stations in succession:USAXS end station,μSAXS end station,and end station for industrial *** minimum scattering vector q~0.0042 nm^(-1) at 10 keV can be achieved at the USAXS end station equipped with a 28 m-long and 1.8 m-diameter vacuum flight *** theμSAXS end station,a beam spot of less than 10×8μm was achieved for micro-SAXS *** contrast,in situ experimental instruments up to 5 m high and 8 m wide can be mounted at the industrial application end station,which offers industrial scientists the opportunity to use their large industrial ***10U1 opens up a new capability to investigate phenomena such as non-equilibrium and dynamic processes of materials with a wide length scale from angstroms to micrometers with millisecond time *** this paper,we also report beamline design considerations and commissioning results.

Background Pediatric antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis(AAV)is a life-threatening systemic vasculitis featured by liability to renal ***,there are few studies on the risk factors and predictive models for renal outcomes of AAV in *** Data from 179 AAV children in multiple centers between January 2012 and March 2020 were collected *** risk factors and predictive model of end-stage renal disease(ESRD)in AAV were *** Renal involvement was the most typical manifestation(95.5%),and the crescent was the predominant pathological lesion(84.9%).The estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was evaluated in 114 patients,of whom 59.6%developed ESRD,and the median time to ESRD was 3.20 *** eGFR[P=0.006,odds ratio(OR)=0.955,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.924–0.987]and the percentages of global glomerulosclerosis(pGGS;P=0.018,OR=1.060,95%CI=1.010–1.112)were independent risk factors for ESRD of renal *** on the pGGS and eGFR at renal biopsy,we developed three risk grades of ESRD and one predictive *** Kaplan‒Meier curve indicated that renal outcomes were significantly different in different risk grades(Pline,the predictive model had higher accuracy(0.86 versus 0.58,P<0.001)and a lower coefficient of variation(0.07 versus 0.92)in external *** Renal involvement is the most common manifestation of pediatric AAV in China,of which more than half deteriorates into *** predictive model based on eGFR at renal biopsy and the pGGS may be stable and accurate in speculating the risk of ESRD in AAV children.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

Plastic pipes reinforced by cross helically wound steel wires (PSP), which have exhibited excellent mechanical performance, consist of inner polyethylene (PE) layer, winding layer and outer PE layer. The winding layer is composed of two monolayers where steel wires are cross helically wound. An analytical procedure is developed to predict the short-term burst pressure of PSP as the monolayer is assumed to be elastic and orthotropic. The 3D anisotropic elasticity and Maximum Stress Failure Criterion are employed in the formulation of the elasticity problem. Good agreement between the theoretical results and the experimental data shows that the proposed approach can well predict the short-term burst pressure of PSP.

目的:观察耳穴压豆联合复方桐叶烧伤油对包皮环切术患者围手术期焦虑及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2023年8月至2023年11月在我院使用一次性包皮环切吻合器进行包皮环切手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组予包皮环切常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础之上予耳穴压豆联合复方桐叶烧伤油干预(术前1 d给予耳穴压豆,术后给予复方桐叶烧伤油纱布包扎)。比较两组患者未采取任何干预前、术前30 min、术后24 h、术后10 d焦虑评分,以及术后24 h疼痛评分、首次换药疼痛评分、睡眠觉醒次数、并发症的发生率、患者满意度等。结果:两组干预前焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术前30 min、术后24 h、术后10 d焦虑评分均低于对照组(P均0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合复方桐叶烧伤油在包皮环切术患者中的应用能有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,降低包皮环切术后切口疼痛,提高患者满意度。
