An authoritative parenting style has been shown to promote children’s emotion regulation in European-American family studies.However,little is known about how sleep problems and the child’s sibling status in Chinese families affect this relationship.Based on family system theory,this study attempts to better understand the relationship between authoritative parenting style and emotion regulation.Mothers of preschool children in Chinese kindergartens completed questionnaires about their children’s sleep habits,their authoritative parenting styles,and children’s emotion regulation.A total of 531 children participated in this study.Results showed that authoritative parenting was positively associated with emotional regulation.Sleep problems mediated the effects of authoritative parenting style on emotion regulation.The child’s sibling status moderated the mediating effects of sleep problems in authoritative parenting and emotion regulation relationships.Specifically,the relationship between the authoritative parenting style and sleep problems was significant for only children,while birth order had no significant influence on the authoritative parenting style and sleep problems in two-child families.These findings suggest that a lowauthoritative parenting style predicts low emotion regulation through sleep problems,and this depends on the child’s sibling status,indicating that children without siblings may impair emotion regulation due to increased sleep problems.

Accurate prediction of formation pore pressure is essential to predict fluid flow and manage hydrocarbon production in petroleum engineering.Recent deep learning technique has been receiving more interest due to the great potential to deal with pore pressure prediction.However,most of the traditional deep learning models are less efficient to address generalization problems.To fill this technical gap,in this work,we developed a new adaptive physics-informed deep learning model with high generalization capability to predict pore pressure values directly from seismic data.Specifically,the new model,named CGP-NN,consists of a novel parametric features extraction approach(1DCPP),a stacked multilayer gated recurrent model(multilayer GRU),and an adaptive physics-informed loss function.Through machine training,the developed model can automatically select the optimal physical model to constrain the results for each pore pressure prediction.The CGP-NN model has the best generalization when the physicsrelated metricλ=0.5.A hybrid approach combining Eaton and Bowers methods is also proposed to build machine-learnable labels for solving the problem of few labels.To validate the developed model and methodology,a case study on a complex reservoir in Tarim Basin was further performed to demonstrate the high accuracy on the pore pressure prediction of new wells along with the strong generalization ability.The adaptive physics-informed deep learning approach presented here has potential application in the prediction of pore pressures coupled with multiple genesis mechanisms using seismic data.

Pre-harvest water deficit(PHWD)plays an important role in sugar accumulation of citrus fruit.However,the mechanism is not known well.Here,it was confirmed that PHWD promoted sucrose accumulation of citrus fruit,but had limited effect on fructose,glucose and total acid.A sucrose transporter,Cs SUT1,which localizes to the plasma membrane,was demonstrated to function in sucrose transport induced by PHWD.Compared to wild-type,Cs SUT1 overexpression in citrus calli stimulated sucrose,fructose and glucose accumulation,while its silencing in juice sacs reduced sucrose accumulation.Increased sugar accumulation in transgenic lines enhanced plant drought tolerance,and resulted in decreased electrolyte leakage,malondialdehyde and hydrogen peroxide contents,as well as increased superoxide dismutase activity and proline contents.An abscisic acid(ABA)-responsive transcription factor,Cs ABF3,was found with a same expression pattern with Cs SUT1 under PHWD.Yeast one-hybrid,electrophoretic mobility shift assay and dual-luciferase assays all revealed that Cs ABF3 directly bound with the Cs SUT1 promoter by ABA responsive elements.When Cs ABF3 was overexpressed in citrus calli,the sucrose,fructose and glucose concentration increased correspondingly.Further,transgenic studies demonstrated that Cs ABF3 could affect sucrose accumulation by regulating Cs SUT1.Overall,this study revealed a regulation of Cs ABF3 promoting Cs SUT1 expression and sucrose accumulation in response to PHWD.Our results provide a detail insight into the quality formation of citrus fruit.

Due to the complexity and variability of carbonate formation leakage zones, lost circulation prediction and control is one of the major challenges of carbonate drilling. It raises well-control risks and production expenses. This research utilizes the H oilfield as an example, employs seismic features to analyze mud loss prediction, and produces a complete set of pre-drilling mud loss prediction solutions. Firstly, 16seismic attributes are calculated based on the post-stack seismic data, and the mud loss rate per unit footage is specified. The sample set is constructed by extracting each attribute from the seismic trace surrounding 15 typical wells, with a ratio of 8:2 between the training set and the test set. With the calibration results for mud loss rate per unit footage, the nonlinear mapping relationship between seismic attributes and mud loss rate per unit size is established using the mixed density network model.Then, the influence of the number of sub-Gausses and the uncertainty coefficient on the model's prediction is evaluated. Finally, the model is used in conjunction with downhole drilling conditions to assess the risk of mud loss in various layers and along the wellbore trajectory. The study demonstrates that the mean relative errors of the model for training data and test data are 6.9% and 7.5%, respectively, and that R2is 90% and 88%, respectively, for training data and test data. The accuracy and efficacy of mud loss prediction may be greatly enhanced by combining 16 seismic attributes with the mud loss rate per unit footage and applying machine learning methods. The mud loss prediction model based on the MDN model can not only predict the mud loss rate but also objectively evaluate the prediction based on the quality of the data and the model.

Deep shale gas reservoirs have geological characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, high stress,and inferior ability to pass through fluids. The multi-stage fractured horizontal well is the key to exploiting the deep shale gas reservoir. However, during the production process, the effectiveness of the hydraulic fracture network decreases with the closure of fractures, which accelerates the decline of shale gas production. In this paper, we addressed the problems of unclear fracture closure mechanisms and low accuracy of shale gas production prediction during deep shale gas production. Then we established the fluid—solid—heat coupled model coupling the deformation and fluid flow among the fracture surface,proppant and the shale matrix. When the fluid—solid—heat coupled model was applied to the fracture network, it was well solved by our numerical method named discontinuous discrete fracture method.Compared with the conventional discrete fracture method, the discontinuous discrete fracture method can describe the three-dimensional morphology of the fracture while considering the effect of the change of fracture surface permeation coefficient on the coupled fracture—matrix flow and describing the displacement discontinuity across the fracture. Numerical simulations revealed that the degree of fracture closure increases as the production time proceeds, and the degree of closure of the secondary fractures is higher than that of the primary fractures. Shale creep and proppant embedment both increase the degree of fracture closure. The reduction in fracture surface permeability due to proppant embedment reduces the rate of fluid transfer between matrix and fracture, which has often been overlooked in the past. However, it significantly impacts shale gas production, with calculations showing a 24.7% cumulative three-year yield reduction. 蒸发皿蒸发量(E_(pan))是衡量大气蒸发需求的重要指标。基于物理模型对西双版纳热带植物园中热带雨林综合气象观测场(XTBG气象站)的气象资料进行分析,有助于提高我们对西双版纳热带雨林区域水文循环状况的认识。本文利用1959-2021年的观测资料,研究了E_(pan)的长期变化趋势,并进行了趋势检验、周期性评价和突变分析等相关分析。基于1979-2008年D20 E_(pan)数据和相关气象资料,利用Penman-Monteith和PenPan模型对E_(pan)进行模拟,采用偏微分归因法分析了影响E_(pan)的主导因素。研究结果表明,E_(pan)具有明显的周期变化,19 a为第一主周期。而且,西双版纳地区存在明显的‘蒸发悖论’现象。E_(pan)在1959-2008年和2009-2018年均呈下降趋势,其中1959-2008年下降幅度达到显著水平,为-3.404 mm·a^(-2)。通过对比分析,认为PenPan模型更适合用于模拟西双版纳地区的E_(pan)。为了确定影响E_(pan)的主要气象因子,选取了D20蒸发皿完整监测时期的数据(1979-2008)进行归因计算。太阳净辐射和饱和蒸汽压差的减小趋势可以有效抵消气温上升对E_(pan)的促进作用。因此,净辐射和饱和蒸汽压差的变化是西双版纳‘蒸发悖论’现象的主要触发因素。

The Gerdjikov-Ivanov(GI)hierarchy is derived via recursion operator,in this article,we mainly investigate the third-order flow GI equation.In the framework of the Riemann-Hilbert method,the soliton matrices of the third-order flow GI equation with simple zeros and elementary high-order zeros of Riemann-Hilbert problem are constructed through the standard dressing process.Taking advantage of this result,some properties and asymptotic analysis of single soliton solution and two soliton solution are discussed,and the simple elastic interaction of two soliton are proved.Compared with soliton solution of the classical second-order flow,we find that the higher-order dispersion term affects the propagation velocity,propagation direction and amplitude of the soliton.Finally,by means of a certain limit technique,the high-order soliton solution matrix for the third-order flow GI equation is derived.

Two-Staged Method for Ice Channel Identification Based on Image Segmentation and Corner Point Regression

Identification of the ice channel is the basic technology for developing intelligent ships in ice-covered waters,which is important to ensure the safety and economy of navigation.In the Arctic,merchant ships with low ice class often navigate in channels opened up by icebreakers.Navigation in the ice channel often depends on good maneuverability skills and abundant experience from the captain to a large extent.The ship may get stuck if steered into ice fields off the channel.Under this circumstance,it is very important to study how to identify the boundary lines of ice channels with a reliable method.In this paper,a two-staged ice channel identification method is developed based on image segmentation and corner point regression.The first stage employs the image segmentation method to extract channel regions.In the second stage,an intelligent corner regression network is proposed to extract the channel boundary lines from the channel region.A non-intelligent angle-based filtering and clustering method is proposed and compared with corner point regression network.The training and evaluation of the segmentation method and corner regression network are carried out on the synthetic and real ice channel dataset.The evaluation results show that the accuracy of the method using the corner point regression network in the second stage is achieved as high as 73.33%on the synthetic ice channel dataset and 70.66%on the real ice channel dataset,and the processing speed can reach up to 14.58frames per second.

Autonomous trajectory tracking control method for an agricultural robotic vehicle

To address the nonlinearities and external disturbances in unstructured and complex agricultural environments,this paper investigates an autonomous trajectory tracking control method for agricultural ground vehicles.Firstly,this paper presents the design and implementation of a lightweight,modular two-wheeled differential drive vehicle equipped with two drive wheels and two caster wheels.The vehicle comprises drive wheel modules,passive wheel modules,battery modules,a vehicle frame,a sensor system,and a control system.Secondly,a novel robust trajectory tracking method was proposed,utilizing an improved pure pursuit algorithm.Additionally,an Online Particle Swarm Optimization Continuously Tuned PID(OPSO-CTPID)controller was introduced to dynamically search for optimal control gains for the PID controller.Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of the improved pure pursuit algorithm and the OPSO-CTPID control strategy.To validate the performance,the vehicle was integrated with a seeding and fertilizing machine to realize autonomous wheat seeding in an agricultural environment.Experimental outcomes reveal that the vehicle of this study completed a seeding operation exceeding 1 km in distance.The proposed method can robustly and smoothly track the desired trajectory with an accuracy of less than 10 cm for the root mean square error(RMSE)of the curve and straight lines,given a suitable set of parameters,meeting the requirements of agricultural applications.The findings of this study hold significant reference value for subsequent research on trajectory tracking algorithms for ground-based agricultural robots.

BACKGROUND Atherosclerosis(AS),a chronic inflammatory disease of blood vessels,is a major contributor to cardiovascular disease.Dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)are capable of exerting immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects by secreting cytokines and exosomes and are widely used to treat autoimmune and inflam-mation-related diseases.Hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)is a pleiotropic cytokine that plays a key role in many inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.AIM To modify DPSCs with HGF(DPSC-HGF)and evaluate the therapeutic effect of DPSC-HGF on AS using an apolipoprotein E-knockout(ApoE-/-)mouse model and an in vitro cellular model.METHODS ApoE-/-mice were fed with a high-fat diet(HFD)for 12 wk and injected with DPSC-HGF or Ad-Null modified DPSCs(DPSC-Null)through tail vein at weeks 4,7,and 11,respectively,and the therapeutic efficacy and mechanisms were analyzed by histopathology,flow cytometry,lipid and glucose measurements,real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay at the different time points of the experiment.An in vitro inflammatory cell model was established by using RAW264.7 cells and human aortic endothelial cells(HAOECs),and indirect co-cultured with supernatant of DPSC-Null(DPSC-Null-CM)or DPSC-HGF-CM,and the effect and mechanisms were analyzed by flow cytometry,RT-PCR and western blot.Nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)activators and inhibitors were also used to validate the related signaling pathways.RESULTS DPSC-Null and DPSC-HGF treatments decreased the area of atherosclerotic plaques and reduced the expression of inflammatory factors,and the percentage of macrophages in the aorta,and DPSC-HGF treatment had more pronounced effects.DPSCs treatment had no effect on serum lipoprotein levels.The FACS results showed that DPSCs treatment reduced the percentages of monocytes,neutrophils,and M1 macrophages in the peripheral blood and spleen.DPSC-Null-CM and DPSC-HGF-CM reduced adhesion molecule expression in tumor necrosis factor-αstimulated HAOECs and regul
