The Quaternary biogenetic gas reservoirs in the east of Qaidam Basin have many characteristics such as late forming time,shallow burial depth,low diagenetic grade,high porosity and high permeability and so *** cannot be considered as caprock according to the traditional evaluation ***, the large scale and high efficient biogenetic gas reservoirs of the Qaidam Basin are really formed under these kinds of caprocks,so it does have some specialty in its sealing *** at the special sealing mechanism,some simulating experiments have been *** research results show that the sealing ability of biogenetic gas caprock is related with water saturation,the caprock that is saturated with salt water can effectively block seepage and ***,the multiple reservoir-caprock groups have accumulated sealing effect,causing the formation of big gas *** evaluation method with traditional caprock parameters cannot be adopted in evaluating the study area.

We have previously shown that N-n-butyl haloperidol iodide (F) derived from haloperidolreduces ischemia/reperfusion-induced myocardial injury by blocking intracellular *** studytested the hypothesis that cardio-protection with F2 is associated with an attenuation in the expression ofearly growth response gene 1 (Egr-l).In an in vivo rat model of 60 rain coronary occlusion followed by180 rain of reperfusion,treatment with Fsignificantly reduced myocardial injury evidenced by the reductionin release of plasma creatine kinase,myocardial creatine kinase isoenzyme and lactate *** neonatal rat cardiomyocytes of hypoxia for 3 h and reoxygenation for 1 h,F2 treatment attenuatednecrotic and apoptotic cell death,as demonstrated by electron *** with cardio-protectionby F,the increased expression levels of Egr-l mRNA and protein were significantly reduced in myocardialtissue and cultured cardiomyocytes as detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,immunohistochemistry and *** conclusion,these results suggest that the protectiveeffect of Fon ischemia/reperfusion-or hypoxia/reoxygenation-induced myocardial injury might be partlymediated by downregulating Egr-l expression.

Lung cancer is one of the most lethal cancers in China because of its high incidence and *** decarboxylase （ODC）,an important enzyme in polyamine biosynthesis,is increased incancer *** chemotherapeutic agents aimed at reducing ODC expression show inhibitory effects oncancer cell growth,so ODC can be useful in gene diagnosis and gene therapy of *** this study,weexamined the effect of antisense ODC on lung cancer cells.A-549 cells were infected with rAd-ODC/Ex3as,a recombinant adenovirus containing the cytomegalovirus promoter,green fluorescent protein gene and 120bp antisense *** cell cycle was evaluated by flow cytometry.A nude mouse xenograft model wasused in the tumorigenicity *** transcription-polymerase chain reaction,Western blot and immuno-histochernistry were used to study the expressions of ODC on lung *** was found that the growth ofcells infected with rAd-ODC/Ex3as was substantially inhibited and cells were arrested at *** with rAd-ODC/Ex3as can suppress tumor formation in a nude mouse xenograft *** of ODC mRNA and ODC protein levels in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than thatin normal tissues （Pyan important role in lung cancer and the overexpression of ODC might be related to the occurrence anddevelopment of lung cancer.

The effects of Sc addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the ZK60 wrought magnesium alloy were investigated by using optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and tensile *** experimental results show that a minor Sc addition to ZK60 alloy has an obvious effect on the refinement of the microstructure of the ZK60 alloy. During hot extrusion,incomplete dynamic recrystallization occurs in all the alloys,and the recrystallized grains become much finer with increasing Sc *** tensile strengths of ZK60 evidently increase with the addition of Sc,but the elongations decrease. The ZK60 alloy with 0.6%(mass fraction) Sc addition is found to have the tensile strength of about 350 MPa and the yield strength of about 280 *** T6 heat treatment,the tensile strength of the alloy containing 0.6%Sc remains almost ***, the yield strength of the alloy increases up to 352 MPa,and the ratio of the tensile strength to the yield strength is close to 1.

Ornithine decarboxylase (ODC),the first enzyme of polyamine biosynthesis,was found toincrease in cancer cells,especially lung cancer *** chemotherapeutic agents aimed at decreasingODC gene expression showed inhibitory effects on cancer cells,ha this study,we examined the effects ofadenoviral transduced antisense ODC on lung cancer *** adenovirus carrying antisense ODC(rAd-ODC/Ex3as) was used to infect lung cancer cell line *** 3-(4,5-methylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide assay was used to analyze the effect on cell *** of ODC and concentrationof polyamines in cells were determined by Western blot analysis and high performance liquid *** deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated biotin-dUTP nick-end labeling was used to analyze *** expression of ODC in A-549 cells was reduced to 54%,and that of three polyamines wasalso decreased through the rAd-ODC/Ex3as ***,cell growth was substantially inhibitedand terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated biotin-dUTP nick-end labeling showed that rAd-ODC/Ex3ascould lead to cell apoptosis,with apoptosis index of 46%.This study suggests that rAd-ODC/Ex3as has anantitumor effect on the human lung cancer cells.

Liver metastasis models of human colorectal carcinoma established in nude mice by orthotopic transplantation and their biologic characteristics

AIM To establish a liver metastasis model of human colorectal carcinoma in nude *** Orthotopic transplantation of histologically intact colorectal tissues from patients into colorectal mucosa of nude mice. Tumorgenicity, invasion, metastasis and morphological characteristics of the transplanted tumors were studied by light microscopy, electron microscopy and *** Liver metastasis models of human colon carcinoma (HCA-HMN-1) and human rectal carcinoma (HRA-HMN-2) were established after screening from 34 colorectal carcinomas. They had been passaged in vivo for 18 and 21 generations respectively. There were lymphatic, hemotogenous and implanting metastasesis. CEA secretion was maintained after transplantation. The primary and liver metastatic tumors were similar to the original human carcinoma in histopathological and ultrastructural features, DNA content and chromosomal *** The liver metastasis models provide useful tools for the study of mechanism of metastasis and its treatment of human colorectal *** models of nude mice that fresh human colorectal carcinoma tissue or cells were successfully transplanted subcuteneously have been reported at home and abroad[1,2]. But until now there has been no report on a liver metastasis model of human colorectal carcinoma established by orthotopic transplantation in nude mice in China. Based on our previous models of human liver and pancreas carcinoma by orthotopic transplantation[3,4], we established liver metastasis models of colon and rectum carcinoma with a spontaneous metastasis rate of 100%.

Regulatory T cells (Treg) play important roles in immune system homeostasis, and may also be involved in tumorimmunotolerance by suppressing Th1 immune response which is involved in anti-tumor immunity. We have previouslyreported that immunization with attenuated activated autologous T cells leads to enhanced anti-tumor immunity andupregulated Th1 responses in vivo. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms are not well understood. Here weshow that Treg function was significantly downregulated in mice that received immunization of attenuated activatedautologous T cells. We found that Foxp3 expression decreased in CD4+CD25+ T cells from the immunized ***, CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg obtained from immunized mice exhibited diminished immunosuppression abilitycompared to those from naive mice. Further analysis showed that the serum of immunized mice contains a high levelof anti-CD25 antibody (about 30ng/ml, p1 vs controls). Consistent with a role of anti-CD25 response in the down-regulation of Treg, adoptive transfer of serum from immunized mice to naive mice led to a significant decrease in Tregpopulation and function in recipient mice. The triggering of anti-CD25 response in immunized mice can be explainedby the fact that CD25 was induced to a high level in the ConA activated autologous T cells used for immunization. Ourresults demonstrate for the first time that immunization with attenuated activated autologous T cells evokes anti-CD25antibody production, which leads to impeded CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Treg expansion and function in vivo. We suggestthat dampened Treg function likely contributes to enhanced Thl response in immunized mice and is at least part of themechanism underlying the boosted anti-tumor immunity.

Pyridine(Py)-modified Keggin-type vanadium-substituted heteropoly acids(PynPMo10V2O40,n=1 to 5) were prepared by a precipitation method as organic/inorganic hybrid catalysts for direct hydroxylation of benzene to phenol in a pressured batch reactor and their structures were detected by *** various catalysts,Py3PMo10V2O40 exhibits the highest catalytic activity(yield of phenol,11.5%),without observing the formation of catechol,hydroquinone and benzoquinone in the reaction with 80 vol% aqueous acetic acid,molecular oxygen and ascorbic acid used as the solvent,oxidant and reducing reagent,*** of reaction temperature,reaction time,oxygen pressure,amount of ascorbic acid and catalyst on yield of phenol were investigated to obtain the optimal reaction conditions for phenol *** can greatly promote the catalytic activity of the Py-free catalyst(H5PMo10V2O40),mostly because the organic π electrons in the hybrid catalyst may extend their conjugation to the inorganic framework of heteropoly acid and dramatically modify the redox properties,at the same time,pyridine adsorbed on heteropoly acids can promote the effect of "pseudo-liquid phase",thus accounting for the enhancement of phenol yield.
