Several pulsar timing array(PTA)collaborations,including NANOGrav,EPTA,PPTA,and CPTA,have announced the evidence for a stochastic signal consistent with a stochastic gravitational wave background(SGWB).Supermassive black hole binaries(SMBHBs)are supposed to be the most promising gravitational-wave(GW)sources for this *** this paper,we use the NANOGrav 15-year data set to constrain the parameter space in an astro-informed formation model for *** results prefer a large turn-over eccentricity of the SMBHB orbit when GWs begin to dominate the SMBHB ***,the SGWB spectrum is extrapolated to the space-borne GW detector frequency band by including inspiral-merge-cutoff phases of SMBHBs,indicating that the SGWB from SMBHBs should be detected by LISA,Taiji and Tian Qin in the near future.

Background:Few studies have compared the surgical outcomes of different surgical procedures currently used to treat refractory colonic slow-transit constipation(STC),despite the increase in the number of *** study aimed to analyse the long-termsurgical outcomes of subtotal colectomy with antiperistaltic caecorectal anastomosis(SC-ACRA)vs total colectomy with ileorectal anastomosis(TC-IRA)for severe ***:Between January 2005 and January 2015,we retrospectively collected clinical data of 55 patients who underwent TC-IRA(n=35)or SC-ACRA(n=20)for severe STC at our *** post-operative functional outcomes between the two groups were ***:There were no significant differences in age(P=0.655),sex(P=0.234),period of constipation(P=0.105)and defecation frequency(P=0.698)between the TC-IRA and SC-ACRA *** a median follow-up period of 72 months(range,12–120 months),there were no significant differences between the TC-IRA and SC-ACRA groups regarding the median number of bowel movements per day[3(1/6–7)vs 3(1/6–5),P=0.578],Cleveland Clinic Florida Constipation Score[2(0–20)vs 2(0–19),P=0.454],Cleveland Clinic Incontinence Score[0(0–5)vs 0(0–2),P=0.333]and Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index[122(81–132)vs 120(80–132),P=0.661].Moreover,there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(37.1%vs 25.0%,P=0.285).Conclusions:Our findings indicate that both TC-IRA and SC-ACRA are effective treatments for severe STC,with similar long-termoutcomes.

光电一体化处理杀扑磷农药废水

为了解决有机磷农药引起的严重环境污染问题,采用一种新的催化氧化方法———光电一体化高级氧化工艺,处理杀扑磷农药废水.实验表明,光电结合能有效地降低废水的化学需氧量(COD),与单独光催化和单独电催化相比,杀扑磷的降解效率大大提高,且存在协同作用,协同效率可达96%.加入少量电解质后,废水COD去除率迅速提高到80%以上.光电催化过程产生大量强氧化性羟基自由基(.OH),诱发链反应产生,杀扑磷被有效降解,生成小分子有机酸,导致溶液pH值降低.由于NaCl在电解中产生氧化能力较强的ClO-,加入NaCl电解质比加入Na2SO4能更好地降低废水的COD.不同初始浓度对降解效率有较大影响,杀扑磷农药废水的降解符合表观一级动力学方程.光电结合能有效降低杀扑磷废水的毒性,适于作为高浓度难降解废水的预处理过程.

BACKGROUND Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)is a prodrug of a nucleotide *** an antiviral drug,TDF has been proposed in the first-line treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB).qingzhong,a brand name of TDF,commercialized by Jiangsu Chia-tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Co Ltd.,and Viread,another brand name of TDF,commercialized by GlaxoSmithKline,have both been approved by the State Food and Drug Administration,*** To investigate the efficacy and safety of the two TDF agents in the treatment of Chinese CHB *** This trial was registered at *** with the identifier number of NCT02287857.A total of 330 Chinese CHB patients,among which 232 were hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive,were included in this 5-year-long,multicenter,double-blinded,double-dummy,randomized-controlled,noninferiority phase III *** participants were initially randomized into two groups:Group A(n=161),in which the participants received 300 mg qingzhong once a day for 48 wk;and Group B,in which the participants received 300 mg Viread once a day for 48 *** from week 49,all the participants in Groups A and B received 300 mg qingzhong once a day until the 96th *** this study,the primary endpoint was the decrease in plasma level of hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA at the 96th week,while the secondary endpoints were suppression of HBV replication,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)normalization,HBeAg loss,and HBeAg seroconversion *** For the participants with HBeAg-positive CHB,the decrease in mean HBV DNA level relative to the baseline value was comparable between Groups A and B(5.77 vs 5.73 log10 IU/mL,P>0.05)at the 96th *** addition,similar percentages of HBeAg-positive participants in the two groups exhibited undetectable levels of HBV DNA,HBeAg loss,and HBeAg seroconversion(71.05%vs 77.97%,31.00%vs 27.27%,and 20.22%vs 15.79%,respectively,in Group A vs Group B;P>0.05).For the participants with HBeAg-negative CHB,the decrease in mean HBV DNA level r

High-quality Bi2-xPbxSr2 CaCu2O8+δ(Bi2212) single crystals have been successfully grown by the traveling solvent floating zone technique with a wide range of Pb substitution(x = 0–0.8).The samples are characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and measured by high resolution laser-based angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(ARPES) with different photon energies.A systematic evolution of the electronic structure and superstructure with Pb substitution has been revealed for the first *** superstructure shows a significant change with Pb substitution and the incommensurate modulation vector(Q) decreases with increasing Pb *** the meantime, the superstructure intensity from ARPES measurements also decreases dramatically with increasing Pb *** superstructure in Bi2212 can be effectively suppressed by Pb substitution and it nearly disappears with a Pb substitution of x = *** also find that the superstructure bands in ARPES measurements depend sensitively on the photon energy of lasers used;they can become even stronger than the main band when using a laser photon energy of 10.897 *** results provide important information on the origin of the incommensurate superstructure and its control and suppression in bismuth-based high temperature superconductors.

By partially doping Pb to effectively suppress the superstructure in single-layered cuprate Bi_2Sr_2CuO_(6+δ)(Pb-Bi2201) and annealing them in vacuum or in high pressure oxygen atmosphere, a series of high quality Pb-Bi2201 single crystals are obtained with T_c covering from 17 K to non-superconducting in the overdoped region. High resolution angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy measurements are carried out on these samples to investigate the evolution of the Fermi surface topology with doping in the normal state. Clear and complete Fermi surfaces are observed and quantitatively analyzed in all of these overdoped Pb-Bi2201 samples. A Lifshitz transition from holelike Fermi surface to electron-like Fermi surface with increasing doping is observed at a doping level of ~0.35. This transition coincides with the change that the sample undergoes superconducting-to-non-superconducting *** results reveal the emergence of an electron-like Fermi surface and the existence of a Lifshitz transition in heavily overdoped Bi2201 samples. This provides important information in understanding the connection between the disappearance of superconductivity and the Lifshitz transition in the overdoped region.

目的观察巴戟天寡糖胶囊用于治疗轻、中度抑郁症患者的24周巩固期的疗效和安全性。方法本研究采用开放、单臂、多中心设计,纳入已完成巴戟天寡糖急性期治疗的成人轻、中度抑郁症患者,继续给予巴戟天寡糖胶囊24周,巩固期维持治疗剂量不变,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、临床总体印象量表-严重度(CGI-S)和亚利桑那性体验量表(ASEX)评估治疗前后的变化,评估患者的缓解率、复燃率及复燃时间,观察患者治疗相关不良事件的发生情况。结果治疗前后患者的HAMD-17评分分别为(6.60±1.87)和(5.85±4.18)分,HAMA评分分别为(6.36±3.02)和(4.93±3.09)分,CGI-S评分分别为(1.49±0.56)和(1.29±0.81)分,ASEX评分分别为(15.92±4.72)和(15.57±5.26)分,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。用药24周末,患者的缓解率为54.59%(202例/370例),复燃率为6.49%(24例/370例),复燃时间为(64.67±42.47)d。巴戟天寡糖胶囊药物不良反应发生率为15.35%(64例/417例)。结论巴戟天寡糖胶囊能用于轻、中度抑郁症患者的巩固期治疗,且具有良好的耐受性和安全性。
