A novel macrocyclic complex 2{[（n-Bu2Sn）4O2-L2]2DMF} was synthesized by the reaction of 4-（1,2- dithioethylene）methylene-3,5-disoxo-1,6-heptadiene-1,7-dis-（o-formy~）-dis-p-phenoxyacetic acid（LH2, compound 1） with di-n-butyltin oxide. Compound 1 and complex 2 were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR spectroscopy, and ~H NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of complex 2 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. There are two crystallographic independent molecules in complex 2, and each molecule structure is centro-symmetric and features a central rhombus cyclic Bu4Sn2O2 unit with two exocyclic Sn atoms linked at the O atoms of the four-membered ring. In molecule A, the four Sn atoms are five-coordinated. However, in molecule B, the four Sn atoms have two different coordination geometries, the endocyclic Sn atoms are five-coordinated and the exocyclic Sn atoms are four-coordinated. The dicarboxylate ligands in molecules A and B bridge exocylic or endocyclic tin atoms, forming two macroheterocycles with 26 atoms. Pilot studies have indicated that complex 2 has good anti- bacterial and antitumour activities.

A novel redox calix[4]arene derivative with 1,3-substituted large conjugated ferrocene bridge was designed and synthesized in high yield. Its structure was characterized by element analysis, IR, ESI-MS, NMR spectrum, etc. The primary study of cyclic voltammetry showed it possessed excellent reversible electrochemistry response property. 2009 Fa Fu yang. Background We have previously found that connective tissue growth factor （CTGF） is highly expressed in a rat model of liver cancer. Here, we examined expression of CTGF in human hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） cells and its effect on celt growth. Methods Real-time PCR was used to observe expression of CTGF in human HCC cell lines HepG2, SMMC-7721, MHCC-97H and LO2. siRNA for the CTGFgene was designed, synthesized and cloned into a PIk0.1-GFP-SP6 vector to construct a lentivirus-mediated shRNA/CTGF. CTGF mRNA and protein expression in HepG2 cells treated by CTGF-specific shRNA was evaluated by real-time PCR and Western blotting. 3-（4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl）- 2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide （MTT） assay was utilized to evaluate the growth effect, and a colony formation assay was used for observing clonogenic growth. In vivo, tumor cell proliferation was evaluated in a nude mouse model of xenotransplantation. Statistical significance was determined by t test for comparison between two groups, or analysis of variance （ANOVA） for multiple groups. Results Immunohistochemical staining of CTGF was seen in 35 of 40 HCC samples （87.5%）. CTGF was overexpressed 5-fold in 20 HCC tissues, compared with surrounding non-tumor liver tissue. CTGF mRNA level was 5-8-fold higher in HepG2, SMMC-7721 and MHCC-97H than in LO2 cells. This indicated that the inhibition rate of cell growth was 43% after knockdown of CTGF expression （P 〈0.05）. Soft agar colony formation assay showed that siRNA mediated knockdown of CTGF inhibited colony formation in soft agar of HepG2 cells （P 〈0.05）. The volume of tumors from CTGF-shRNA-expressing cells only accounted for 35% of the tumors from the scrambled control-infected HepG2 cells （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions CTGF was overexpressed in human HCC cells and downregulation of CTGF inhibited HCC growth in vitro and in vivo. Knockdown of CTGFmay be a potential therapeutic strategy for treatment of HCC.

Since the carbon neutrality target was proposed,many countries have been facing severe challenges to carbon emission reduction *** study is conducted using a tripartite evolutionary game model to explore the impact of the central environmental protection inspection(CEPI)on driving carbon emission reduction,and to study what factors influence the strategic choices of each party and how they interact with each *** research results suggest that local governments and manufacturing enterprises would choose strategies that are beneficial to carbon reduction when CEPI *** the initial willingness of all parties increases 20%,50%—80%,the time spent for the whole system to achieve stability decreases from 100%,60%—30%.The evolutionary result of“thorough inspection,regulation implementation,low-carbon management”is the best strategy for the tripartite evolutionary ***,the smaller the cost and the larger the benefit,the greater the likelihood of the three-party game stability strategy *** study has important guiding significance for other developing countries to promote carbon emission reduction by environmental policy.

Recently,an environmentally friendly electrolysis process of soluble vanadates is proposed and successfully confirmed for V_(2)O_(3) *** this paper,the solubilities of various vanadates(***_(3),Na_(4)V_(2)O_(7) and Na_(3)VO_(4))in NaCl molten salt are *** dependences of V_(2)O_(3) extraction on vanadate form,anode material and molten salt system are studied.A long-term electrolysis is carried *** result indicates that the solubilities of all vanadates are high and meet electrolytic *** to Na_(4)V_(2)O_(7) and Na_(3)VO_(4),NaVO_(3) exhibits larger current efficiency and lower electricity *** using SnO_(2) anode instead of graphite anode,the current efficiency of NaVO_(3) electrolysis can be increased to 58.1%and carbon pollution is avoided at 700℃.The extraction rate of V_(2)O_(3) reaches 81.3%after long-term electrolysis of 51 *** work optimizes the electrochemical preparation process of V_(2)O_(3) from various vanadates and contributes to the improvement of current efficiency and extraction rate.
