Background Alzheimer’s disease is a neurodegenerative disorder.Therapeutically,a transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs)can play a beneficial role in animal models of Alzheimer’s disease.However,the relevant mechanism remains to be fully elucidated.Main body Subsequent to the transplantation of BMMSCs,memory loss and cognitive impairment were significantly improved in animal models with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Potential mechanisms involved neurogenesis,apoptosis,angiogenesis,inflammation,immunomodulation,etc.The above mechanisms might play different roles at certain stages.It was revealed that the transplantation of BMMSCs could alter some gene levels.Moreover,the differential expression of representative genes was responsible for neuropathological phenotypes in Alzheimer’s disease,which could be used to construct gene-specific patterns.Conclusions Multiple signal pathways involve therapeutic mechanisms by which the transplantation of BMMSCs improves cognitive and behavioral deficits in AD models.Gene expression profile can be utilized to establish statistical regression model for the evaluation of therapeutic effect.The transplantation of autologous BMMSCs maybe a prospective therapy for patients with Alzheimer’s disease.

针对包含细小结构场景的三维表面重建精度和完整度难以提高的问题,提出一种融合三维点云尺度与信心指数的三维表面重建算法。构建了一个表面隐函数,采用高斯函数为其基函数,三阶贝塞尔函数为其权重函数,并根据点云尺度与信心指数大小自适应调整基函数覆盖范围与权重函数取值。采用八叉树存储与处理数据,根据点云尺度大小自适应划分八叉树结构,从而自适应调整表面隐函数三维采样密度。通过无约束等值面提取方法,提取隐函数等值面,从而得到三维表面。与几种典型表面重建算法对比实验,结果表明所提算法重建三维表面细节清晰,整体重建精度与完整度均有提高。

植被净初级生产力(net primary productivity,NPP)是评价生态系统碳循环的重要指标,研究植被NPP的时空演变规律及影响因子对于制定科学合理的可持续发展战略具有实际参考意义。本研究基于土地覆被数据、气候数据(气温和降水)和MODIS平台的NPP产品,采用相关性分析、贡献度分析和土地覆被转移矩阵等结合空间分析方法,研究2001—2020年厦漳泉地区植被NPP的演变特征,定量阐述土地覆被变化和气候变化对植被NPP的影响,并对植被NPP变化驱动因子进行分析。结果表明:厦漳泉地区植被NPP年均值在938.1~1100.9 g C·m^(-2)·a^(-1)范围内波动,整体减少趋势不明显;林地的植被NPP总值(11117.40 Gg C)和增速(103.75 Gg C·a^(-1))在所有土地覆被类型中最高;厦漳泉地区植被NPP与气温呈正相关,与降水呈负相关,与气温的偏相关显著性要强于降水量,且厦漳泉地区大部分地区植被NPP受非气候因素影响;不同时期不同土地覆被类型植被NPP变化的主导因素在气候变化和土地覆被变化之间转化。

牛肉营养物质丰富,是受消费者青睐的肉类之一。牛肉品质的优劣影响市场价格、消费者的购买意愿与满意度,因此牛肉品质的检测工作十分重要。目前传统的牛肉品质检测方法存在耗时、样品损坏以及操作复杂等问题。近年来,无损检测技术凭借其快速、高效、无损、绿色无污染的优势被广泛应用于牛肉品质检测。本文对无损检测技术在牛肉的品质分析(感官品质、营养品质和其他品质)进展进行了总结,系统阐述了近红外光谱、拉曼光谱、高光谱成像、电子舌和电子鼻等无损检测技术的原理,详细论述了近5年内无损检测技术在牛肉品质分析的进展,提出了无损检测技术在牛肉品质分析中存在的问题,并对未来的应用前景进行了展望,以期为牛肉品质无损检测技术的研究与应用提供参考。

Zr-based metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been developed in recent years to treat heavy metals,e.***.hexavalent chromium Cr^(6+)pollution,which damages the surrounding ecosystem and threaten human health.This kind of MOF is stable and convenient to prepare,but has the disadvantage of low adsorption capacity,limiting its wide application.To this end,a novel formic acid and amino modified MOFs were prepared,referred to as Form-UiO-66-NH_(2).Due to the modification of formic acid,its specific surface area,pore size,and crystal size were effectively expanded,and the adsorption capacity of Cr6+was significantly enhanced.Under optimal conditions,Form-UiO-66-NH_(2) exhibited an excellent adsorption capacity(338.98 mg/g),∼10 times higher than that reported for unmodified Zr-based MOFs and most other adsorbents.An in-depth study on the photoelectronic properties and pH confirmed that the adsorption mechanism of Form-UiO-66-NH2 to Cr^(6+)was electrostatic adsorption.After modification,the improvement of Cr^(6+)adsorption capacity by Form-UiO-66-NH_(2) was attributed to the expansion of its specific surface area and the increase in its surface charge.The present study revealed an important finding that Form-UiO-66-NH_(2) elucidated selective adsorption to Cr^(6+)in mixed wastewater containing toxic heavymetal ions and common nonmetallic water quality factors.This research provided a new acid and amino functionalization perspective for improving the adsorption capacity of Zr-based MOF adsorbents while simultaneously demonstrating their pertinence to target contaminant adsorption.

Cadmium(Cd)has received widespread attention owing to its persistent toxicity and non-degradability.Cd in the human body is mainly absorbed from the external environment and is usually assessed using urinary Cd.Hunan Province is the heartland of the Chinese non-ferrous mining area,where several serious Cd pollution events have occurred,including high levels of Cd in the urine of residents.However,the environmental factors influencing high urinary Cd levels(UCLs)in nearby residents remain unclear.Therefore,211 nearby residents’UCLs and the corresponding sociological characteristics from nine groundwater samples in this area were analyzed using statistical analysis models.Groundwater Cd concentration ranged from 0.02 to 1.15μg/L,aligning with class III of the national standard;the range of UCL of nearby residents was 0.37–36.60μg/L,exceeding the national guideline of 0–2.5μg/L.Groundwater Cd levels were positively correlated with the UCL(Plution.This study is the first to systematically evaluate the relationship between groundwater Cd and UCL using internal and external environmental exposure data.These findings provide essential bases for relevant departments to reduce Cd exposure in regions where the heavy metal industry is globally prevalent.

Cobalt oxide(Co_(3)O_(4))is currently suitable in energy storage applications because of its high capacity based on the conversion reaction mechanism.However,unmodified Co_(3)O_(4)suffers from distinctly inferior rate capability and poor cycling stability.On the basis of the aforementioned considerations and density functional theory(DFT)simulations,the three-dimensional hierarchical porous structure(HPS)ultrasmall Co_(3)O_(4)anchored into ionic liquid(IL)modified graphene oxide(GO)has been successfully prepared(ultrasmall/Co_(3)O_(4)-GA-IL).The ultrasmall/Co_(3)O_(4)-GA-IL consists of Co_(3)O_(4)co-assembled with IL modified GO to generate the HPS which can facilitate ion transfer channels through reduction of the electron and ion transportation path and transmission impedance.In addition,N-doping graphene can enhance the inherent electrical conductivity of Co_(3)O_(4),which is proved by the DFT calculations.By virtue of the novel superstructure,the ultrasmall/Co_(3)O_(4)-GA-IL electrode demonstrates a high reversible capacity of 1,304 mAh·g^(−1),an enhanced high-rate capability(715 mAh·g^(−1)at 5 C),and a capacity retention of 98.4%even after 500 cycles at 5 C rate,which corresponds to 0.0003%capacity loss per cycle.Pouch cells based on the cathode are further fabricated and demonstrate excellent mechanical and electrochemical properties under bent and folded state,highlighting the practical application of our deliberately designed electrode in wearable electronics.

城市的快速发展导致部分区域生境质量下降,斑块破碎化程度加深。通过构建生态网络可以促进城市生境物质能量流动,提升城市生态系统服务功能。本研究以济南市为研究区域,运用MSPA分析土地利用数据提取出生态源地,通过构建综合阻力面结合Linkage Mapper工具识别生态廊道构建济南市生态网络。并运用电路理论识别生态节点进一步完善生态网络。其次,将生态节点抽象为点,廊道抽象为边,将重力模型计算的廊道间引力作为边权导入Gephi中进行拓扑指标度、介数中心性计算。通过边权与度计算生态节点权重,运用权-度相关性理论对生态网络进行增边优化,并对优化前后的生态网络进行不同攻击模式下的鲁棒性分析。结果显示济南市生态网络由36个生态节点与42条生态廊道构成,主要分布在中南部地区。对济南市生态网络进行优化,共增加6个生态源地,3个踏脚石,12条生态廊道。优化后的生态网络连接鲁棒性明显增强,网络的稳定性与连通性都有所提升。

Prolonged activation of nuclear factor(NF)-кB signaling significantly contributes to the development of colorectal cancer(CRC).New therapeutic opportunities are emerging from targeting this distorted cell signaling transduction.Here,we discovered the critical role of RING finger 138(RNF138)in CRC tumorigenesis through regulating the NF-кB signaling,which is independent of its Ubiquitin-E3 ligase activity involved in DNA damage response.RNF138^(−/−) mice were hyper-susceptible to the switch from colitis to aggressive malignancy,which coincided with sustained aberrant NF-кB signaling in the colonic cells.Furthermore,RNF138 suppresses the activation of NF-кB signaling pathway through preventing the translocation of NIK and IKK-Beta Binding Protein(NIBP)to the cytoplasm,which requires the ubiquitin interaction motif(UIM)domain.More importantly,we uncovered a significant correlation between poor prognosis and the downregulation of RNF138 associated with reinforced NF-кB signaling in clinical settings,raising the possibility of RNF138 dysregulation as an indicator for the therapeutic intervention targeting NF-кB signaling.Using the xenograft models built upon either RNF138-dificient CRC cells or the cells derived from the RNF138-dysregulated CRC patients,we demonstrated that the inhibition of NF-кB signaling effectively hampered tumor growth.Overall,our work defined the pathogenic role of aberrant NF-кB signaling due to RNF138 downregulation in the cascade events from the colitis switch to colonic neoplastic transformation and progression,and also highlights the possibility of targeting the NF-кB signaling in treating specific subtypes of CRC indicated by RNF138-ablation.
