Recent studies confirm that current antiviral drugs are not fully effective on *** research team introduced the idea of radiotherapy at low doses for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in March *** issue later received much attention from many scientists around the *** dose radiation therapy exerts modulatory effects in acute inflammation,potentiate the anti-viral immune responses,and can be localized to the organ affected by inflammatory reactions,such as *** findings of the first clinical trial show that low dose radiation therapy is safe,and reveal early promise of ***,plasma exchange therapy may be a rescue therapy in severe COVID-19 patients,as it can quickly eliminate the cytokines and chemokines from the *** was introduced as an anti-virus agent that prevents viral RNA synthesis and coronavirus replication and reduces the viral *** antiviral therapy is poor,the virus has ample opportunity to mutate and increase its fitness through adaptive *** this consideration,instead a single treatment,we preferentially recommend a combination therapy using low dose radiation therapy plasma exchange and a robust antiviral agent(not yet available).This review provides a viewpoint concerning the potential synergistic effects of low dose radiation therapy,plasma exchange therapy and robust antiviral agent in severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2(SARS-CoV-2)-infected patients as a more effective strategy for possible treatment of severe COVID-19 patients.

【Research Objectives】 Short term extreme temperature(ET) has been predicted to fluctuate in rice yield and quality under future climate. The objectives of this study were to explore the mechanism by which the extreme temperature impacts on rice yield and quality during the diverse growth stages through morpho-physiology, physiochemical and particular gene expressions observation.【Methods】From the verdict of last decade climate, extreme high temperature(EHT) and extreme low temperature(ELT) were exposed(from 7-0 days before heading(DBH);1-7 days after heading(DAH);8-14 DAH and 15-21 DAH) to Wanxiangyouhuazhan(V1) and Rongyouhuazhan(V2) cultivars in controlled climatic chamber.【Results】ET significantly decline yield, seed setting rate, filled grain number, chlorophyll fluorescence, chlorophyll index and photosynthetic components across both cultivars. Averaged across both the cultivars, grain yield was reduced by12%-17%. Conversely, EHT and ELT significantly reduced the amylose content, peak, trough and final viscosity, breakdown, peak time, brown rice(%), milled rice(%), head rice(%) and grain length-width ratio across cultivars and stages. Inversely, a significant enhanced response in case of protein content, gelatinization temperature, broken rice(%), chalkiness number(%), chalkiness area(%) and transparency with extreme temperature. Interestingly, 8-14 DAH stage showed the most prominent impact among almost all the parameters under EHT exposure and we focused to examine the gene expression at 4 th and 7 th days of treatment. EHT significantly increased the expression of Os AAP6 gene and decrease expression of Waxy gene, which results consistently with protein and amylose content in both rice cultivars, respectively.【Conclusion】Interestingly, EHT exhibited prominent strain than ELT at initial grain filling and will severely distress global food quality, nutrition and security. ＜正＞ Due to the advent of the Internet, electronic business transactions have exploded around the globe. Along with the Internet, wireless technology has exponentially developed as well. Today, new technologies that allow mobile （cellular） phones and other handheld devices to access the Internet have made wireless business transactions possible. This phenomenon is known as mobile commerce or M-Commerce. It has been predicted that the number of mobile phones connected to the mobile Internet will exceed the number of Internet-connected PCs before 2007. The mobile phone will therefore become the most prevalent device for accessing the Internet. Several industry analysts predict that M-commerce will constitute a multibillion dollar business by 2005. However, M-Commerce brings new challenges in providing information security as information travels through multiple networks often across wireless links. What must be done to secure financial transactions via mobile commerce? Generally speaking, M-Commerce creates more security concerns than traditional E-Commerce. In this paper, security measures in M-Commerce, wireless security, and the application of cryptography for key generation, authentication, digital signature and digital certificate are discussed.

In this paper, we present a modified version of the LEACH protocol, which we refer to as B4-LEACH. We have performed simulations to compare the performance of B4-LEACH with LEACH and its variant M-LEACH. Our results show that B4-LEACH performs better than the other two protocols in the sense that it provides a longer network lifetime.

背景：加巴喷丁是一种抗癫痫药物,可用于治疗急性疼痛和慢性神经病理性疼痛。本研究旨在观察术前单剂量口服加巴喷丁对术后疼痛及术中血流动力学改变的影响。方法：32例ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级拟在择期全麻下行腹式子宫切除术的患者,随机分为两组,加巴喷丁组术前2小时口服1200毫克加巴喷丁和术中输注0.3μg/kg/min瑞芬太尼;安慰剂组,术前2小时口服安慰剂胶囊和术中输注0.3μg/kg/min瑞芬太尼。临床相关的疼痛评估包括直接法和间接法。直接法包括用von Frey细丝在非优势臂于术前、术后24小时测试机械痛阈值,及术后24小时,测试切口周围痛觉敏感区域的机械痛阈值。间接法包括术后1,6,12和24h小时分别评估疼痛强度VAS值,记录术后首次需求镇痛药的时间和术后24h PCA的累积使用量。同时观察记录围手术期不同时间点血流动力学变量,如心率,收缩压,舒张压,平均动脉压。对两组患者的不良反应发生率也进行观察和评估。结果：与加巴喷丁组比较,安慰剂组术后首次需求镇痛药的时间明显较短,术后24h PCA的累积使用量较大。加巴喷丁组术后24小时归一化切口周痛觉敏感面积显著小于安慰剂组。术后24小时安慰剂组非优势臂机械痛阈值与术前相比显著降低。加巴喷丁组在喉及气管插管操作时的心率,收缩压,舒张压,平均动脉压波动明显减少。加巴喷丁组眩晕的发生率较明显,需予拟交感药物治疗的低血压发生率较高。结论：术前2小时顿服加巴喷丁1200mg可以有效的减少术后阿片类药物的用量、减轻术后疼痛,预防阿片类药物引起的痛觉过敏。加巴喷丁作为辅助用药,可以有效地减弱手术开始时喉部操作对血流动力学的影响。

Cloud computing is a kind of computing that depends on shared figuring assets instead of having nearby servers or individual gadgets to deal with applications. Technology is moving to the cloud more and more. It’s not just a trend, the shift away from ancient package models to package as service has steadily gained momentum over the last ten years. Looking forward, the following decade of cloud computing guarantees significantly more approaches to work from anyplace, utilizing cell phones. Cloud computing focused on better performances, better scalability and resource consumption but it also has some security issue with the data stored in it. The proposed algorithm intents to come with some solutions that will reduce the security threats and ensure far better security to the data stored in cloud.

Background and Aim: Hepatic focal lesions differ in their tissue composition and in the degree of stiffness, so our aim was to evaluate the role of Ultrasonic Transient Elastography (Fibroscan) in the measurement of hepatic focal lesions stiffness in order to differentiate hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) focal lesions from other non HCC focal lesions. Methods: The study was conducted on 34 patients with hepatic focal lesion(s) in the right lobe located near the liver surface and more than or equal4 cmin diameter, detected by imaging studies and diagnosed by CT and histopathology. Stiffness over the focal lesions was measured by the fibroscan. Results: The median value of stiffness was 72.5 kPa over HCC focal lesions, 17.2 kPa over lymphoma focal lesions, 6.5 kPa over metastatic focal lesions and 10.5 kPa over the sarcoidosis focal lesion. Conclusions: Hepatocellular carcinoma focal lesions are much stiffer than lymphoma, metastasis or sarcoidosis focal lesions. Fibroscan may be a useful non-invasive method in the prediction of hepatocellular carcinoma in the future.
