Garnet-type solid-state batteries(SSBs)are considered to be one of the most promising candidates to realize next-generation lithium metal batteries with high energy density and ***,the dendrite-induced short-circuit and the poor interfacial contact impeded the practical ***,interface engineering to achieve low interfacial resistance without high temperature calcination was developed,which Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)was simply coated with complex hydride(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I(3L1L))in various mass ratios n(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I)-(100−n)LLZTO(10≤n≤40).The interfacial conductivity increases by more than three orders of magnitude from 8.29×10^(−6)S·cm^(−1)to 1.10×10^(−2)S·cm^(−1).Symmetric Li cells exhibit a high critical current density(CCD)of 4.0 mA·cm^(−2) and an excellent cycling stability for 200 h at 4.0 mA·cm^(−2).SSBs with polymeric sulfur-polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)cathode achieve a high discharge capacity of 1149 mAh·g^(−1) with a capacity retention of 91%after 100 cycles(0.2 C).This attempt guides a simple yet efficient strategy for obtaining a stable Li/LLZTO interface,which would promote the development of solid-state batteries.

Background Evidence remains limited on the association between maternal ozone(O,)exposure and congenital heart defects(CHDs)in offspring,and few studies have investigated the interaction and modification of paternal smoking on this *** Using a sample including pregnant women at high risk of fetal CHD(with metabolic disease,first-trimester viral infection,family history of CHD,etc.)from a maternal-fetal medicine study covering 1313 referral hospitals in China during 2013-2021,we examined the associations between maternal O_(3)exposure during 3-8 weeks of gestational age and fetal CHD in offspring and investigated the interaction and modification of paternal smoking on this *** was diagnosed by fetal echocardiograms,maximum daily 8-hour average O,exposure data at a 10 km×10 km spatial resolution came from the Tracking Air Pollution in China dataset,and paternal smoking was collected using *** regression models were used to estimate adjusted odds ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs).Results Among 27,834 pregnant women at high risk of fetal CHD,17.4%of fetuses were diagnosed with *** 10μg/m^(3)increase in maternal O_(3)exposure was associated with a 17%increased risk of CHD in offspring(OR=1.17,95%CI=1.14-1.20).Compared with paternal nonsmoking and maternal low O_(3)exposure,the ORs(95%CI)of CHD for smoking and low O_(3)exposure,nonsmoking and high O_(3)exposure,and smoking and high O_(3)exposure were 1.25(1.08-1.45),1.81(1.56-2.08),and 2.23(1.84-2.71),*** smoking cessation seemingly mitigated the increased risk of *** Maternal O_(3)exposure and paternal smoking were interactively associated with an increased risk of fetal CHD in offspring,which calls for effective measures to decrease maternal exposure to O_(3)pollution and secondhand smoke for CHDprevention.

This study aims to conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis of three different anesthesia strategies,namely chatting while under local anesthesia(Chat-LA),total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA),and general anesthesia with laryngeal mask airway(GA-LMA),employed in transperineal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)/ultrasound(US)fusion prostate biopsy(TP-MUF-PB).A retrospective study was conducted involving 1202 patients who underwent TP-MUF-PB from June 2016 to April 2023 at The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University(Suzhou,China).Clinical data and outcomes,including total costs,complications,and quality-adjusted life years(QALYs),were *** sensitivity and subgroup analyses were also ***-LA was found to be the most cost-effective option,outperforming both TIVA and ***,subgroup analyses revealed that in younger patients(under 65 years old)and those with smaller prostate volumes(<40 ml),TIVA emerged as a more cost-effective *** Chat-LA may generally be the most cost-effective and safer anesthesia method for TP-MUF-PB,personalization of anesthesia strategies is crucial,considering specific patient demographics such as age and prostate volume.

Efficacy and safety of yangxinshi tablet for chronic heart failure:A systematic review and meta-analysis

BACKGROUND The specific benefits of yangxinshi tablet(YXST)in the treating chronic heart failure(CHF)remain *** To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of YXST in the treatment of *** Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating YXST for CHF treatment were retrieved from eight public databases up to November ***-analyses of the included clinical studies were conducted using Review Manager *** Twenty RCTs and 1845 patients were *** meta-analysis results showed that the YXST combination group,compared to the conventional drug group,significantly increased the clinical efficacy rate by 23%[relative risk(RR)=1.23,95%CI:1.17-1.29],(P<0.00001),left ventricular ejection fraction by 6.69%[mean difference(MD)=6.69,95%CI:4.42-8.95,P<0.00001]and 6-min walk test by 49.82 m(MD=49.82,95%C:38.84-60.80,P<0.00001),and reduced N-terminal pro-Btype natriuretic peptide by 1.03 ng/L[standardized MD(SMD)=-1.03,95%CI:-1.32 to-0.74,P<0.00001],brain natriuretic peptide by 80.95 ng/L(MD=-80.95,95%CI:-143.31 to-18.59,P=0.01),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter by 3.92 mm(MD=-3.92,95%CI:-5.06 to-2.78,P<0.00001),and left ventricular endsystolic diameter by 4.34 mm(MD=-4.34,95%CI:-6.22 to-2.47,P<0.00001).Regarding safety,neither group reported any serious adverse events during treatment(RR=0.54,95%CI:0.15-1.90,P=0.33).In addition,Egger's test results indicated no significant publication bias(P=0.557).CONCLUSION YXST effectively improves clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with CHF while maintaining a favorable safety profile,suggesting its potential as a therapeutic strategy for CHF.

When facilitating other species and sustaining plant community structures and biodiversity,alpine cushion plants simultaneously experience negative feedback effects from surrounding ***,the impact of surrounding vegetation on cushion dynamics remains poorly understood,particularly in terms of allelopathic *** investigate the allelopathic potentials of surrounding vegetation on seedling establishment of the typical cushion plant Arenaria polytrichoides *** an elevational gradient,we extracted potential allelopathic compounds and tested their impacts on seed germination and seedling growth of *** addition,exclusion experiments using activated carbon were conducted to further elucidate these *** results demonstrate that surrounding vegetation exhibits certain allelopathic potentials on *** seedling establishment,with variations observed based on elevation,source and concentration of allelopathy compounds,as well as growing ***,low-elevation vegetation exerts pronounced suppression on seedling ***,higher-elevation vegetation generally shows no effect on seed germination but stimulates seedling growth through allelopathy ***,aboveground vegetation predominantly inhibits both seed germination and seedling growth in low-elevation communities;however,the effects of belowground vegetation depend on elevation and extract concentration *** identifed allelopathic potentials of surrounding vegetation signifcantly infuence the population dynamics of cushion *** by potentially accelerating population degeneration in lower-elevation communities while ensuring consistent population recruitment and expansion in higher-elevation communities.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)are regarded as promising energy storage devices due to their low cost,high capacity,and ecological ***,the severe dendritic growth and side reactions hinder their practical applicability ***,an ultrathin Cu coating layer(~200 nm)is decorated on zinc foils via filtered cathodic vacuum arc deposition technology,aiming to achieve high-performance *** Cu layer effectively suppresses chemical corrosion and hydrogen evolution reactions and enables preferential(002)Zn deposition during the stripping/plating ***,the Cu@Zn anode represents an elongated cycle life over 4,000 h at 2 mA·cm^(-2)/2 mAh·cm^(-2).Even in conditions of high current density of 5 and 10 mA·cm^(-2),the Cu@Zn anode shows prolonged cycling stability exceeding 4000 and 2000 h,*** advantages also bring high Coulombic efficiency of 99.87%under 5 mAh·cm^(-2)in Cu@Ti||Zn half-cell over 1500 ***,the Cu@Zn||MnO_(2)full cell demonstrates a superior cyclability with a specific capacity of 203 mAh·g^(-1)after 500 cycles a1 A·g^(-1).

The interventional effect of Polygonatum cyrtonema hua polysaccharide on atherosclerosis in mice of different sexes

In the present study,we investigated the intervention effects of a purified Polygonatum cyrtonema polysaccharide(PCP)on high-fat diet(HFD)-induced atherosclerosis in male and female LDLr-/-*** showed that HFD caused severe dyslipidemia,atherosclerotic lesions,oxidative damages and inflammation in male and female mice,and these effects seemed to be more pronounced in males than in ***,the above variations could be dose-dependently reversed by PCP treatment,and the intervention effects on males were greater than those on *** factor kappa-B(NF-κB),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPKs)and protein kinase B(Akt)are 3 pivotal signaling pathways mediating the development of ***,PCP was also found to significantly decrease the phosphorylation of p65,p38,extracellular-regulated kinase 1/2(ERK1/2)and Akt,and increase the protein expression of inhibitor of NF-κB(IκB)in the aortas of male and female mice induced by *** together,these findings indicated that PCP could be effective for the prevention of atherosclerosis,and the intervention effect of PCP on male mice was more obvious than that of female mice.

Objective:To study the effect of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill(STDP)on angiogenesis in diabetic cardiomyopathy mice with coronary microcirculation dysfunction(CMD).Methods:According to a random number table,6 of 36 SPF male C57BL/6 mice were randomly selected as the control group,and the remaining 30 mice were injected with streptozotocin intraperitoneally to replicate the type 1 diabetes *** successfully copied the diabetes model were randomly divided into the model group,STDP low-dose group[15 mg/(kg·d)],medium-dose group[30 mg/(kg·d)],high-dose group[60 mg/(kg·d)],and nicorandil group[15 mg/(kg·d)],6 in each *** drug was given by continuous gavage for 12 *** cardiac function of mice in each group was detected at the end of the experiment,and coronary flow reserve(CFR)was detected by chest Doppler *** changes of myocardium were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining,collagen fiber deposition was detected by masson staining,the number of myocardial capillaries was detected by platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 staining,and the degree of myocardial hypertrophy was detected by wheat germ agglutinin *** expression of the vascular endothlial growth factor(VEGF)/endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)signaling pathway-related proteins in myocardial tissue was detected by Western ***:Compared with the model group,medium-and high-dose STDP significantly increased the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular fraction shortening(P<0.01),obviously repaired the disordered cardiac muscle structure,reduced myocardial fibrosis,reduced myocardial cell area,increased capillary density,and increased CFR level(all P<0.01).Western blot showed that high-dose STDP could significantly increase the expression of VEGF and promote the phosphorylation of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2,phosphoinositide 3-kinase,protein kinase B,and eNOS(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:STDP has a definite therapeuti
