The solventnatures are crucial to deeply reveal solution behavior of macromolecular chains,physical essence of condensed state structures formation of the film as well as the photoelectronic devices *** on the second virial coefficient(A2),effect of the synergistic action of solvents and external electric field on both solution behavior and the film’s condensed state structure for the semi-rigid conjugated polymer,poly[2-methoxy-5-(2’-ethylhexoxy)-1,4-phenylvinylene](MEH-PPV)was investigated by dynamic/static light scattering,photoluminescence spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy,*** was found that although the MEH-PPV solutions with different solvents(toluene,chlorobenzene,chloroform and tetrahydrofuran)all could generate a response to the external electric field,the degree of response varied significantly with the change of solvent ***,ordered degree of the film from the solutions was also obviously *** essential reason for this responsive difference was firstly revealed in the research,which actually depended on the degree of interaction between the solute and solvent,and this degree of interaction could be quantitatively described by the second virial coefficient(A2).The bigger the A2,the stronger the interaction between solvent and solute in the solution,and the stronger the response to the external electric ***,under the induction of external electric field,chains aggregations with different sizes were formed accompanied by large-scale chains ordered structure in the *** ordered structure not only can effectively transfer to film prepared by the precursor solution but also is beneficial to enhance the carrier mobility and device efficiency of the photoelectronic film.

Volatile profile analysis and quality prediction of Longjing tea(Camellia sinensis) by HS-SPME/GC-MS

This study aimed to analyze the volatile chemical profile of Longjing tea, and further develop a prediction model for aroma quality of Longjing tea based on potent odorants. A total of 21 Longjing samples were analyzed by headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).Pearson's linear correlation analysis and partial least square (PLS) regression were applied to investigate the relationship between sensory aroma scores and the volatile compounds. Results showed that 60 volatile compound scould be commonly detected in this famous green tea. Terpenes and esters were two major groups characterized,representing 33.89% and 15.53% of the total peak area respectively. Ten compounds were determined to contribute significantly to the perceived aroma quality of Longjing tea, especially linalool (0.701), nonanal (0.738), (Z)-3-hexenyl hexanoate (-0.785), and β-ionone (-0.763). On the basis of these 10 compounds, a model (correlation coefficient of89.4% and cross-validated correlation coefficient of 80.4%) was constructed to predict the aroma quality of Longjingtea. Summarily, this study has provided a novel option for quality prediction of green tea based on HS-SPME/GC-MStechnique.

As an important indicator parameter of fluid identification,fluid factor has always been a concern for ***,when predicting Russell fluid factor or effective pore-fluid bulk modulus,it is necessary to introduce a new rock skeleton parameter which is the dry-rock VP/VS ratio squared(DVRS).In the process of fluid factor calculation or inversion,the existing methods take this parameter as a static constant,which has been estimated in advance,and then apply it to the fluid factor calculation and *** fluid identification analysis based on a portion of the Marmousi 2 model and numerical forward modeling test show that,taking the DVRS as a static constant will limit the identification ability of fluid factor and reduce the inversion *** solve the above problems,we proposed a new method to regard the DVRS as a dynamic variable varying with depth and lithology for the first time,then apply it to fluid factor calculation and ***,the exact Zoeppritz equations are rewritten into a new form containing the fluid factor and DVRS of upper and lower ***,the new equations are applied to the four parameters simultaneous inversion based on the generalized nonlinear inversion(GNI)*** testing results on a portion of the Marmousi 2 model and field data show that dynamic DVRS can significantly improve the fluid factor identification ability,effectively suppress *** synthetic and filed data tests also demonstrate that the GNI method based on Bayesian deterministic inversion(BDI)theory can successfully solve the above four parameter simultaneous inversion problem,and taking the dynamic DVRS as a target inversion parameter can effectively improve the inversion accuracy of fluid *** these results completely verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

To realize the continuous production of hydrogen energy,the efficient photocatalysts are required in the heterogeneous reaction for water ***,we reported a surface modulation strategy,via doping oxygen atoms to tune the surface state of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)nanosheets with cocatalyst MoS_(2)modification,to enhance water adsorption and surface catalytic reaction for boosting the photocatalytic ***,MoS_(2)/O-ZnIn_(2)S_(4)photocatalysts showed a remarkably superior photocatalytic H_(2)production performance of 4.002 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)and an apparent quantum yield(AQY)of~2.53%,5.4 folds higher than ZnIn_(2)S_(4).Using operando infrared spectroscopy and DFT calculation,we revealed the dynamic structural evolution,as well as the active sites for water adsorption and the catalytic reaction at the MoS_(2)/O ZnIn_(2)S_(4)*** work reveals the effect of surface modulation on the photocatalytic activity for MoS_(2)/O-ZnIn_(2)S_(4)and offers a feasible method to devise excellent nanomaterial photocatalysts for H_(2)production.

This study innovatively evaluated ecological civilization in China from the perspective of environment and health.A Composite Environmental Health Index(CEHI)was constructed based on the Driving force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response(DPSIR)and Coupling Coordination Degree(CCD)*** showed that significant and sustained improvements were observed in the ecological environment after ecological civilization,while economic development continued to progress at a steady ***,the advancement in population health(impact subsystem),exhibited comparatively modest progress,potentially linked to issues such as demographic aging and the enduring consequences of past exposure to environmental *** the provincial level,the regional development was *** CEHI performance was highest in the eastern regions,followed by the central regions,with the western regions showing the least ***,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Shanghai,and Zhejiang emerged as top performers with higher CEHI scores,which can be attributed to their favorable geographical positioning and the response ***,northeastern regions(Heilongjiang,Jilin,and Liaoning)and northwestern regions(Shaanxi,Gansu,Ningxia,and Qinghai)experienced limited advancements in post-ecological civilization *** these underperforming regions,there is a pressing need to intensify efforts aimed at enhancing their response *** summary,China's pursuit of ecological civilization has yielded significant successes,potentially offering valuable insights for other nations striving for sustainable *** ecological civilization model's integration of ecological environmental protection into economic,political,cultural,and social constructs may serve as a meaningful reference for the sustainable development of other countries.

Objective:To explore the effect of Hupo powder(HP)on autophagy in menstrual blood-derived stem cells(MenSCs)with endometriosis(EMT).Methods:EMT MenSCs(E-MenSCs)and healthy MenSCs(H-MenSCs)were isolated from the menstrual blood of patients with EMT and healthy female participants,*** identified their stem cells’characteristics via adipogenic and osteogenic *** male SpragueeDawley rats received 0.9% NaCl and HP-dispensing granules by gastric irrigation to prepare blank serum and medicated serum,*** used serum concentrations of 5%,10%,and 20%,each at administered times of 12,24,and 48 h to select the best *** cells were divided into three groups:blank serum of the control group,blank serum of the model group,and medicated serum of the HP group.H-MenSCs were used in the control group,while E-MenSCs were used in the model and HP *** analyzed cell viability using a cell counting kit-8 assay,observed cell morphology,evaluated the amounts of auto-phagosomes and autolysosomes by transmission electron microscopy,and detected the protein expression of autophagy markers(LC3-II and Beclin1)by Western ***:E-MenSCs and H-MenSCs became long fusiform with a diffuse radial pattern,forming lipid droplets and calcium nodules after adipogenic and osteogenic *** then used the best conditiond 20% serum and 48 hdfor the subsequent *** contrast to the model group,the HP group exhibited lower cell viability(=0.007),larger amounts of autophagosomes and autolysosomes(P<0.001 and P=0.001,respectively),and higher expression of LC3-II and Beclin1(P=0.021 and P=0.019,respectively).Conclusion:Hupo powder can promote autophagy in E-MenSCs,which might be one of the mechanisms underlying its therapeutic effects.

The preparation and crystal structure of complex Co（Hsae）2·2H2O （1, H2sae = N-salicylidene-2-iminoethanol） are reported. X- ray analysis revealed that every six Co（Hsae）2 forms a cyclic chip and every 12 water forms a novel gear-like cluster. Acting as building blocks, the gear-like water cluster and complex chip are connected in A-B fashion and extend into one-dimensional supramolecular chain. Hydrogen bond is the primary bridging force in the formation of supramolecular framework.

Objective Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease(CMT)severely affects patient activity,and may cause ***,no clinical treatment is available to reverse the disease *** combination of CRISPR/Cas9 and iPSCs may have therapeutic potential against nervous diseases,such as *** In the present study,the skin fibroblasts of CMT type 2D(CMT2D)patients with the c.880G>A heterozygous nucleotide mutation in the GARS gene were reprogrammed into iPSCs using three plasmids(pCXLE-hSK,pCXLE-hUL and pCXLE-hOCT3/4-shp5-F).Then,CRISPR/Cas9 technology was used to repair the mutated gene sites at the iPSC *** An iPSC line derived from the GARS(G294R)family with fibular atrophy was successfully induced,and the mutated gene loci were repaired at the iPSC level using CRISPR/Cas9 *** findings lay the foundation for future research on drug screening and cell *** iPSCs can differentiate into different cell types,and originate from autologous ***,they are promising for the development of autologous cell therapies for degenerative *** combination of CRISPR/Cas9 and iPSCs may open a new avenue for the treatment of nervous diseases,such as CMT.

To the Editor:We read with interest the case reported by Chen and Guan[1] about a 37-year-old male with a 5-year history of Behcet's syndrome (BS)complicated by deep vein thrombosis (DVT)for 2 *** patient developed upper abdominal pain after his warfarin was discontinued for 7 days and urgent abdominal computed tomography revealed multiple microstones in the left kidney and no other abnormality was *** symptoms recurred the following morning with chest pain, dyspnea,and cardiac arrest,and he was declared dead after 1 hour of resuscitation.
