BACKGROUND Prostate cancer(PCa)is one of the most common cancers among *** strategies for targeted biopsy based on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging(mp-MRI)have emerged,which may improve the accuracy of detecting clinically significant PCa in recent *** To investigate the diagnostic efficiency of a template for cognitive MRIultrasound fusion transperineal targeted plus randomized biopsy in detecting *** Data from patients with an increasing prostate-specific antigen(PSA)level but less than 20 ng/mL and at least one lesion suspicious for PCa on MRI from December 2015 to June 2018 were retrospectively *** patients underwent cognitive fusion transperineal template-guided targeted biopsy followed by randomized biopsy outside the targeted area.A total of 127 patients with complete data were included in the final analysis.A multivariable logistic regression analysis was conducted,and a two-sided P<0.05 was considered statistically *** PCa was detected in 66 of 127 patients,and 56 cases presented clinically significant *** fusion targeted biopsy alone detected 59/127 cases of PCa,specifically 52/59 cases with clinically significant PCa and 7/59 cases with clinically insignificant PCa.A randomized biopsy detected seven cases of PCa negative on targeted biopsy,and four cases had clinically significant *** density(OR:1.008,95%CI:1.003-1.012,P=0.001;OR:1.006,95%CI:1.002-1.010,P=0.004)and Prostate Imaging-Reporting and Data System(PI-RADS)scores(both P<0.001)were independently associated with the results of cognitive fusion targeted biopsy combined with randomized biopsy and targeted biopsy *** This single-centered study proposed a feasible template for cognitive MRIultrasound fusion transperineal targeted plus randomized *** with higher PSAD and PI-RADS scores were more likely to be diagnosed with PCa.

Dirac-geodesics with curvature term are Dirac-harmonic maps with curvature term from onedimensional domains. In this paper, we first describe the structure of Dirac-geodesics with curvature term in surfaces and give solutions on the unit 2-sphere and the hyperbolic plane, and then we give the structure of solutions in warped product spaces. Finally, we define the heat flow of Dirac-geodesics with curvature term and prove the global existence and sub-convergence of the heat flow into any closed surfaces and space forms. Our results provide the first examples and general existence theorems of Dirac-geodesics with curvature term.

Microbial oxidation and the mechanism of Sb(Ⅲ)are key governing elements in biogeochemical cycling.A novel Sb oxidizing bacterium,Klebsiella aerogenes HC10,was attracted early and revealed that extracellular metabolites were the main fractions driving Sb ***,linkages between the extracellular metabolite driven Sb oxidation process and mechanism remain ***,model phenolic and quinone compounds,i.e.,anthraquinone-2,6-disulfonate(AQDS)and hydroquinone(HYD),representing extracellular oxidants secreted by *** HC10,were chosen to further study the Sb(Ⅲ)oxidation mechanism.N_(2)purging and free radical quenching showed that oxygen-induced oxidation accounted for 36.78%of Sb(Ⅲ)in the metabolite reaction system,while hydroxyl free radicals(·OH)accounted for 15.52%.·OH and H_(2)O_(2)are the main driving factors for Sb *** quenching,methanol purification and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)analysis revealed that·OH,superoxide radical(O_(2)^(•-))and semiquinone(SQ-•)were reactive intermediates of the phenolic induced oxidation ***-induced ROS are one of the main oxidants in *** voltammetry(CV)showed that electron transfer of quinone also mediated Sb(Ⅲ)*** of Sb(V)was scavenged by the formation of the secondary Sb(V)-bearing mineral mopungite[NaSb(OH)6]in the incubation *** study demonstrates the microbial role of oxidation detoxification and mineralization of Sb and provides scientific references for the biochemical remediation of Sb-contaminated soil.

Background： The European Society of Urogenital Radiology has built the Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System （PI-RADS） for standardizing the diagnosis of prostate cancer （PCa）. This study evaluated the PI-RADS diagnosis method in patients with prostate-specific antigen （PSA）〈20 ng/ml. Methods： A total of 133 patients with PSA 〈20 ng/ml were prospectively recruited. T2-weighted （T2WI） and diffusion-weighted （DWI） magnetic resonance images of the prostate were acquired before a 12-core transrectal prostate biopsy. Each patient＇s peripheral zone was divided into six regions on the images; each region corresponded to two of the 12 biopsy cores. T2WI, DWI, and T2W1 ＋ DWI scores were computed according to PI-RADS. The diagnostic accuracy of the PI-RADS score was evaluated using histopathology of prostate biopsies as the reference standard. Results： PCa was histologically diagnosed in 169 （21.2%） regions. Increased PI-RADS score correlated positively with increased cancer detection rate. The cancer detection rate for scores 1 to 5 was 2.8%, 15.0%, 34.6%, 52.6%, and 88.9%, respectively, using T2W1 and 12.0%, 20.2%, 48.0%, 85.7%, and 93.3%, respectively, using DWI. For T2WI ＋ DWI, the cancer detection rate was 1.5% （score 2）, 13.5% （scores 3-4）, 41.3% （scores 5-6）, 75.9% （scores 7-8）, and 92.3% （scores 9-10）. The area under the curve for cancer detection was 0.700 （T2WI）, 0.735 （DWI） and 0.749 （T2WI ＋ DWI）. Neoichnological characterization of modern depositional settings addresses the response of benthic animals to ecological conditions and their fluctuations, usually on a relatively short time scale. In this way, analogue models for interpretation of sedimentary strata in the geological record can be *** japonicus(De Haan, 1835), a crab, is commonly found in the Pearl River Delta front of southern China. The burrows of M. japonicus are vertical or inclined, I-, U-, Y-, J-and L-shaped tubes, and these are imaged in 7.5-cm-diameter sediment cores. The cores were studied by X-ray radiography, computed tomography, and VG Studio MAX reconstruction to obtain three-dimensional images for elaborate morphological study. This crab's burrows are analogous to the trace fossil Psilonichnus. Several environmental parameters, i.e., sediment grain size and its total organic carbon(TOC) content, and turbidity and salinity of water, have been measured. The results indicated that M. japonicus prefers to live in mesohaline water with turbidity levels of 20-170 NTU, where bioturbation is more abundant. It prefers to occur in mud and silty sand substrates, with TOC content decreasing as particle size increases. The sedimentary environment, grain size and ichnofacies of analogical trace fossils Psilonichnus are discussed which supports the interpretation that Psilonichnus is a good indicator of delta front environments.

Quantum information masking（QIM） is a crucial technique for protecting quantum data from being accessed by local subsystems. In this paper, we introduce a novel method for achieving1-uniform QIM in multipartite systems utilizing a Fourier matrix. We further extend this approach to construct an orthogonal array with the aid of a Hadamard matrix, which is a specific type of Fourier matrix. This allows us to explore the relationship between 2-uniform QIM and orthogonal arrays. Through this framework, we derive two distinct 2-uniform quantum states,enabling the 2-uniform masking of original information within multipartite ***, we prove that the maximum number of quantum bits required for achieving a2-uniformly masked state is 2~n-1, and the minimum is 2n-1+ 3. Moreover, our scheme effectively demonstrates the rich quantum correlations between multipartite systems and has potential application value in quantum secret sharing.

Transition metal-based nanomaterials have emerged as promising electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Considerable research efforts have shown that self-reconstruction occurs on these nanomaterials under operating conditions of OER ***,most of them undergo incomplete reconstruction with limited thickness of reconstruction layer,leading to low component utilization and arduous exploration of real catalytic ***,we identify the dynamic behaviors in complete reconstruction of Co-based complexes during *** hollow phytic acid(PA)cross-linked CoFe-based complex nanoboxes with porous nanowalls are designed because of their good electrolyte penetration and mass transport ability,in favor of the fast and complete reconstruction.A series of experiment characterizations demonstrate that the reconstruction process includes the fast substitution of PA by OH-to form Co(Fe)(OH)xand subsequent potential-driven oxidation to Co(Fe)*** obtained CoFeOOH delivers a low overpotential of 290 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)and a long-term *** experiment results together with theory calculations reveal that the Fe incorporation can result in the electron rearrangement of reconstructed CoFeOOH and optimization of their electronic structure,accounting for the enhanced OER *** work provides new insights into complete reconstruction of metal-based complexes during OER and offers guidelines for rational design of high-performance electrocatalysts.

Deformable Perfect Vortex Wave-Front Modulation Based on Geometric Metasurface in Microwave Regime

Perfect vortex(PV) beam, as a novel paradigm to carry orbital angular momentum(OAM), owns constant radius of energy intensity and infinite mode of helical patterns, which overcomes the divergence performances of conventional vortex beam. However, common approaches for PV beam generation require optical cascading systems that should constitute of various lenses and components with bulk volume and high alignment standards,also cannot realize PV customization. Thus, in this paper, we propose a general scheme based on compact platform of geometric metasurface to achieve PV beams generations and deformable wave-front modulations. The adopted unit cell is designed with “ABA”-shaped configuration, which can high-efficiently transform circular polarization incident wave into its cross-polarized state and impose required PV phase patterns. Here, we construct series of metasurface lenses to achieve PVs with eight different OAM modes at operating frequency 10 GHz, and additionally conduct quasi-elliptical energy-ring intensities and fractional modals of PVs by introducing asymmetric periodicity and extra singularities. By exploiting compact metasurface platform, this general scheme for PV beam generation and modulation would provide a theoretical foundation for the electromagnetic waves controlling in modern wireless communication systems.
