Highly thermally conductive graphitic film(GF)materials have become a competitive solution for the thermal management of high-power electronic ***,their catastrophic structural failure under extreme alternating thermal/cold shock poses a significant challenge to reliability and ***,we present the first investigation into the structural failure mechanism of GF during cyclic liquid nitrogen shocks(LNS),which reveals a bubbling process characterized by“permeation-diffusion-deformation”*** overcome this long-standing structural weakness,a novel metal-nanoarmor strategy is proposed to construct a Cu-modified graphitic film(GF@Cu)with seamless *** well-designed interface ensures superior structural stability for GF@Cu after hundreds of LNS cycles from 77 to 300 ***,GF@Cu maintains high thermal conductivity up to 1088 W m^(−1)K^(−1)with degradation of less than 5%even after 150 LNS cycles,superior to that of pure GF(50%degradation).Our work not only offers an opportunity to improve the robustness of graphitic films by the rational structural design but also facilitates the applications of thermally conductive carbon-based materials for future extreme thermal management in complex aerospace electronics.

Baicalin Prevents Colon Cancer by Suppressing CDKN2A Protein Expression

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects and underlying mechanism of baicalin against colon ***:The effects of baicalin on the proliferation and growth of colon cancer cells MC38 and *** were observed and predicted potential molecular targets of baicalin for colon cancer therapy were studied by network ***,molecular docking and drug affinity responsive target stability（DARTS）analysis were performed to confirm the interaction between potential targets and ***,the mechanisms predicted by in silico analyses were experimentally verified in-vitro and ***:Baicalin significantly inhibited proliferation,invasion,migration,and induced apoptosis in MC38 and CT26 cells（all Pminute 2 homolog signaling（all P<0.05）.Conclusion:Baicalin suppressed the CDKN2A protein level to prevent colon cancer and could be used as a therapeutic target for colon cancer.

Risk of cardiovascular death in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma based on the Fine-Gray model

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common types of cancers worldwide,ranking fifth among men and seventh among women,resulting in more than 7 million deaths *** the development of medical tech-nology,the 5-year survival rate of HCC patients can be increased to 70%.How-ever,HCC patients are often at increased risk of cardiovascular disease(CVD)death due to exposure to potentially cardiotoxic treatments compared with non-HCC ***,CVD and cancer have become major disease burdens ***,further research is needed to lessen the risk of CVD death in HCC patient *** This study was conducted on the basis of the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results database and included HCC patients with a diagnosis period from 2010 to *** independent risk factors were identified using the Fine-Gray model.A nomograph was constructed to predict the CVM in HCC *** nomograph performance was measured using Harrell’s concordance index(C-index),calibration curve,receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,and area under the ROC curve(AUC)***,the net benefit was estimated via decision curve analysis(DCA).RESULTS The study included 21545 HCC patients,of whom 619 died of ***(5 cm:2.090(1.543-2.830),Pmination and calibration of the nomograph were *** C-index values for the training and validation sets were 0.736 and 0.665,*** AUC values of the ROC curves at 2,4,and 6 years were 0.702,0.725,0.740 in the training set and 0.697,0.710,0.744 in the validation set,*** calibration curves showed that the

Post-synthetic modifications(PSM)have drawn great attention as a vigoroso tool to tune or enhance the performance of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs).However,the current PSM method usually have to sacrifice the porosity of MOFs to enrich their functionality,such as pore space partition(PSP)and postsynthetic elimination and insertion(PSE&I),causing a trade-off in this *** address this issue,we herein propose a new PSM strategy of using the size-matching ligands as the bolts to lock MOFs'pores,which could be anchored onto open metal sites(OMSs)after guest loading through a stepwise *** a result,the loaded cargoes undergo a controlled releasing process with respect to different bolt *** proposed strategy provides a promising way to balance the functionality and porosity of MOFs.

Interleukin-21(IL-21)is produced mainly by activated CD4^(+)T cells and promotes the proliferation,survival and differentiation of immune *** study characterised a high affinity binding receptor of IL-21(IL-21 Rα)from grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella,Ci)and analyzed the expression of CiIL-21 and CiIL-21 Rα.It has been shown that they were modulated by PAMPs and during infection with bacterial and viral *** CiIL-21 protein produced in bacteria was active in inducing the expression of genes involved in Th responses.A monoclonal CiIL-21 antibody was generated against the rCiIL-21 and showed good reactive specificity with the rCiIL-21 proteins expressed in *** cells,and HEK293 T cells and the native protein from PHA-stimulated kidney *** addition,the IL-21-producing cells detected by the CiIL-21 monoclonal antibody were found to be increased to in the kidney,spleen and hindgut after infection with Flavobacterium *** data indicate that IL-21 is involved in the regulation of immune response to bacterial and viral infection.

The Gamma-ray Transient Monitor(GTM) is an all-sky monitor onboard the Distant Retrograde Orbit-A(DRO-A) satellite with the scientific objective of detecting gamma-ray transients ranging from 20 ke V to 1 MeV. The GTM was equipped with five Gamma-ray Transient Probe(GTP) detector modules utilizing a NaI(Tl) scintillator coupled with a SiPM array. To reduce the SiPM noise, GTP uses a dedicated dual-channel coincident readout design. In this work, we first studied the impact of different coincidence times on the detection efficiency and ultimately selected a 0.5 μs time coincidence window for offline data processing. To test the performance of the GTPs and validate the Monte-Carlo-simulated energy response, we conducted comprehensive ground calibration tests using the Hard X-ray Calibration Facility(HXCF) and radioactive sources, including the energy response, detection efficiency, spatial response, bias-voltage response, and temperature dependence. We extensively present the ground calibration results and validate the design and mass model of the GTP detector, thus providing the foundation for in-flight observations and scientific data analysis.

GRB 210610B:The Internal and External Plateau as Evidence for the Delayed Outflow of Magnetar

After launching a jet,outflows of magnetar were used to account for the achromatic plateau of afterglow and the early X-ray flux plateau known as“internal plateau”.The lack of detecting magnetic dipole emission together with the energy injection feature in a single observation poses confusion until the long gamma-ray burst(GRB)210610B is *** 210610B is presented with an optical bump following an early X-ray plateau during the afterglow *** plateau followed by a steep decline flux overlays in the steadily decaying X-ray flux with indexα_(X,1)~2.06,indicating an internal origin and that can be fitted by the spin-down luminosity law with the initial plateau luminosity log_(10)L_(X)~48.29 erg s~(-1)and the characteristic spin-down timescale T~2818 s.A subsequent bump begins at~4000 s in the R band with a rising indexα_(R,1)~-0.30 and peaks at~14125 s,after which a decay indexα_(R,2)~0.87 and finally transiting to a steep decay withα_(R,3)~1.77 achieve the closure relation of the external shock for the normal decay phase as well as the magnetar spin-down energy injection phase,provided that the average value of the photon indexΓ_γ=1.80 derived from the spectral energy distributions(SEDs)between the X-ray and optical *** closure relation also works for the late X-ray *** to the traditional picture of GRB,the outflow powers the early X-ray plateau by dissipating energy internally and collides with the leading decelerating blast burst as time goes on,which could interpret the exotic feature of GRB *** carry out a Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulation and obtain a set of best parameters:■.The artificial light curve can fit the afterglow data *** that,we estimated the average Lorentz factor and the X-ray radiation efficiency of the later ejecta are 35%and 0.13%,respectively.
