The H_∞state estimation problem for a class of stochastic neural networks with Markovian jumping parameters and leakage delay is investigated in this *** employing a suitable Lyapunov functional and inequality technic,the suffcient conditions for exponential stability as well as prescribed H_∞norm level of the state estimation error system are proposed and verified,and all obtained results are expressed in terms of strict linear matrix inequalities(LMIs).Examples and simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods,at the same time,the effect of leakage delay on stability of neural networks system and on the attenuation level of state estimator are discussed.

The transplantation of polylactic glycolic acid conduits combining bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and extracellular matrix gel for the repair of sciatic nerve injury is effective in some respects, but few data comparing the biomechanical factors related to the sciatic nerve are available. In the present study, rabbit models of 10-mm sciatic nerve defects were prepared. The rabbit models were repaired with autologous nerve, a polylactic glycolic acid conduit ＋ bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, or a polylactic glycolic acid conduit ＋ bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells ＋ extracellular matrix gel. After 24 weeks, mechanical testing was performed to determine the stress relaxation and creep parameters. Following sciatic nerve injury, the magnitudes of the stress decrease and strain increase at 7,200 seconds were largest in the polylactic glycolic acid conduit ＋ bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells ＋ extracellular matrix gel group, followed by the polylactic glycolic acid conduit ＋ bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells group, and then the autologous nerve group. Hematoxylin-eosin staining demonstrated that compared with the polylactic glycolic acid conduit ＋ bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells group and the autologous nerve group, a more complete sciatic nerve regeneration was found, including good myelination, regularly arranged nerve fibers, and a completely degraded and resorbed conduit, in the polylactic glycolic acid conduit ＋ bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells ＋ extracellular matrix gel group. These results indicate that bridging 10-mm conduit ＋ bone marrow mesenchymal stem sciatic nerve defects with a polylactic glycolic acid cells ＋ extracellular matrix gel construct increases the stress relaxation under a constant strain, reducing anastomotic tension. Adaptive Modulation and Coding （AMC） has gained a lot of attentions in the research of High Speed Downlink Packet Access （HSDPA）. The idea is to adapt the transmission to the fast changing channel conditions by the use of different Modulation and Coding Schemes （MCS）. This paper presents an adaptive AMC algorithm and introduces a theoretical analysis model in order to to investigate its throughput and Frame Error Rate （FER）. Subject to the given FER target, our numerical and link level simulation results both show that our algorithm outperforms other existing adaptive algorithms.

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is a common type of digestive cancer with high morbidity and mortality rates *** effort has been expended in understanding the mechanism of GC development and *** current study therefore explores the involvement of microRNAs in the regulation of GC *** To explore the expression and function of miR-30e-3p in GC *** MiR-30e-3p was found to be downregulated in GC,with low levels thereof predicting poor outcomes among patients with ***,we revealed that miR-30e-3p suppressed cell growth and metastatic behaviors of GC *** analysis predicted that THO complex 2(THOC2)was a direct target of miR-30e-3p,and the interaction between miR-30e-3p and THOC2 was further validated by a luciferase reporter *** Our findings revealed that knockdown of THOC2 inhibited the growth and metastatic behaviors of GC *** investigating signaling pathways involved in miR-30e-3p regulation,we found that the miR-30e-3p/THOC2 axis regulated the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in *** Our findings suggest the novel functional axis miR-30e-3p/THOC2 is involved in GC development and *** miR-30e-3p/THOC2 axis could be utilized to develop new therapies against GC.

Synthesis of 2-Oxazolines from Ethyl α-Cyanocinnamate Derivatives with Acetamide and N-Bromosuccinimide

An efficient method for the one-pot synthesis of 2-oxazolines from ethyl a-cyanocinnamate derivatives with acetamide and N-bromosuccinimide（NBS） in the presence of K3PO4 was developed. The reaction was performed smoothly and cleanly to give 2-oxazolines in good to excellent yields（up to 95%） in acetone at room temperature. Thirteen examples were investigated and the results indicated that a large range of a-cyanocinnamate derivatives could be suitable for this method. Based on the outcomes of experiment, a possible consecutive nucleophilic addition- cyclization pathway was proposed.

Solid-state lithium metal batteries are one of the most promising options for next-generation batteries pursuing high-energy density and ***,the inevitable volatilization of lithium compounds during sintering leads to low relative density and low ionic conductivity of solid-state ***,the dynamic lithium-compensation mechanism is proposed to facilitate the densification of Ta-substituted garnet-type electrolyte(li_(6.5)La_(3)Zr_(1.5)Ta_(0.5)O_(12)(LLZT))through the reversible manipulating of li_(2)O ***_(2)ZrO_(3)is used as mother powder additive,which reacts with li_(2)O in sintering atmosphere and forms li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7).li_(2)ZrO_(3)/li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7)buffer pair manipulates the sintering li_(2)O atmosphere,which is vital for LLZT,within the li_(2)O partial pressure range corresponding to li_(2)ZrO_(3)and li_(6)Zr_(2)O_(7).Furthermore,the reversibility mechanism of buffer pair for li_(2)O absorption and release is *** obtained LLZT exhibits a relative density of over 96%and an ionic conductivity exceeding 7×10^(−4)S·cm^(−1)with no abnormal grain *** symmetric cell demonstrates an excellent lithium dendrite suppressing ability(stable cycling at a current density of 0.3 mA·cm^(−2)for over 1000 h).Such dynamic lithium-compensation strategy has been successfully applied in atmosphere manipulation of LLZT sintering process,which reduces the dependence of LLZT on the li_(2)O atmosphere,making it conducive to large-scale preparation of electrolyte ceramics.

We hypothesized that a chemically extracted acellular allogeneic nerve graft used in combination with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation would be an effective treatment for long-segment sciatic nerve *** test this,we established rabbit models of 30 mm sciatic nerve defects,and treated them using either an autograft or a chemically decellularized allogeneic nerve graft with or without simultaneous transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem *** compared the tensile properties,electrophysiological function and morphology of the damaged nerve in each *** nerves repaired by the allogeneic nerve graft combined with stem cell transplantation showed better recovery than those repaired by the acellular allogeneic nerve graft alone,and produced similar results to those observed with the *** findings confirm that a chemically extracted acellular allogeneic nerve graft combined with transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells is an effective method of repairing long-segment sciatic nerve defects.
