Ti3SiC2-reintbrced Ag-maJxix composites are expected to serve as eleclrical contacts. In this study, the wettability of Ag on a Ti3SiC2 subslxate was measured by the sessile drop melkod. The Ag-Ti3SiC2 composites were prepared from Ag mad Ti3SiC2 powder mix- tures by pressureless sintering. The effects of compacting pressure （100-800 MPa）, sintering temperature （850-950~C）, mad soaking time （0.5-2 h） on the microslxucture mad properties of the Ag-Ti3SiC2 composites were investigated. The experimental results indicated that Ti3SiC2 paxticulates were uniformly distxibuted in flae Ag matrix, wiflaout reactions at the interthces between flae two phases. The prepared Ag-10wt%Ti3SiC2 had a relative density of 95% mad an electrical resistivity of 2.76 x 10 3 m~）＇cm when compacted at 800 MPa mad sintered at 950~C for 1 h. The incorporation of Ti3SiC2 into Ag was found to improve its hardness without substantially compromising its electrical conductivity; INs behavior was attxibuted to the combination of ceramic and metallic properties of the Ti3SiC2 reinforcement, suggesting its potential application in electrical contacts.

This study was designed to evaluate the thermal performance and mechanical properties of coatings with different gradations of TiO2 pigments. The solar reflectance, cooling performance, wash resistance, and film adhesion strength of the coatings were investigated. The influence of TiO2 powder gradation on the final properties of the coatings was studed. The solar reflectance and the thermal insulation were observed to increase with increasing content of nanosized TiO2. The mechanical properties of the coatings, such as their wash resistance and film adhesion strength, were observed to increase with increased incorporation of nanosized TiO2. Such improvements in the properties of the coatings were attributed to the greater specific surface area and lower thermal conductivity of nanosized TiO2 particles compared to normal TiO2 particles.

Waste shell stacking with odor and toxicity is a serious hazard to our living environment. To make effective use of the natural resources, the shell powder was applied as a filler of outdoor thermal insulation coatings. Sodium stearate(SS) was used to modify the properties of shell powder to reduce its agglomeration and to increase its compatibility with the emulsion. The oil absorption rate and the spectrum reflectance of the shell powder show that the optimized content of SS as a modifier is 1.5wt%. The total spectrum reflectance of the coating made with the shell powder that is modified at this optimum SS content is 9.33% higher than that without any modification. At the optimum SS content of 1.5wt%, the thermal insulation of the coatings is improved by 1.0℃ for the cement mortar board and 1.6℃ for the steel plate, respectively. The scouring resistance of the coating with the 1.5wt% SS-modified shell powder is three times that of the coating without modification.

Objective:To explore whether the ethanol extract of Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall(EHC),a Xizang medicinal plant traditionally used for treating liver diseases,can improve imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like skin ***:Immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining were used to determine the effects of topical EHC use in vivo on the skin pathology of imiquimod-induced psoriasis in *** protein levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a),and interleukin-17A(IL-17A)in mouse skin samples were examined using immunohistochemical *** vitro,IFN-γ-induced HaCaT cells with or without EHC treatment were used to evaluate the expression of keratinocyte-derived intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and chemokine CXC ligand 9(CXCL9)using Western blotting and reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain *** protein synthesis inhibitor cycloheximide and proteasome inhibitor MG132 were utilized to validate the EHC-mediated mechanism underlying degradation of ICAM-1 and ***:EHC improved inflammation in the imiquimod-induced psoriasis mouse model and reduced the levels of IFN-γ,TNF-a,and IL-17A in psoriatic *** with EHC also suppressed ICAM-1 and CXCL9 in epidermal *** mechanistic studies revealed that EHC suppressed keratinocyte-derived ICAM-1 and CXCL9 by promoting ubiquitin–proteasome-mediated protein degradation rather than transcriptional *** primary compounds including ehletianol C,dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol,herpetrione,herpetin,herpetotriol,herpetetrone and herpetetrol were identified from the EHC using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight-mass ***:Topical application of EHC ameliorates psoriasis-like skin symptoms and improves the inflammation at the lesion sites.

A novel polyketide pigment （1） with the 4＇,10-coupled linkage between 1-naphthalenol and 1,4-anthraquinone, named rufoolivacin B together with the known analog rufoolivacin （2）, has been isolated from the fruiting bodies of the Chinese toadstool Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus （basidiomycetes）. Their structures were characterized by means of analysis of spectroscopic methods, including 2D-NMR experiments and HR-ESI-MS.

The SARG04 quantum key distribution protocol can offer greater robustness against photon number splitting attacks than the BB84 protocol that is implemented with weak *** this paper,we propose a tight key analysis for the SARG04 protocol,by considering the one-decoy method and investigating its performance under the influence of a detector *** results demonstrate that an increase in block size leads to a slight increase in both the secure key rate and the maximum transmission ***,the detector afterpulse plays a crucial role in practical applications and has a more pronounced effect on the SARG04 protocol compared to the BB84 protocol.

Objective: To explore the value of serum procalcitonin content in severe acute pancreatitis for evaluating the infection degree and intestinal mucosal barrier function. Methods: A total of 68 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital between January 2015 and September 2017 were selected as pancreatitis group, and 50 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as normal control group. The differences in serum levels of PCT, inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal barrier function indexes were compared between the two groups, and Pearson test was used to evaluate the correlation between PCT content and severe acute pancreatitis. Results: Serum PCT content of pancreatitis group was higher than that of control group;serum IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α contents were higher than those of control group;serum D-Lactate, DAO and Endotoxin contents were higher than those of control group. Pearson test showed that the serum PCT content of patients with severe acute pancreatitis was directly correlated with the degree of infection and intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction. Conclusion:Serum PCT content abnormally increases in severe acute pancreatitis, and the specific content is directly correlated with the degree of infection and intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction.

Citrinsorbicillin A(1),a novel homotrimeric sorbicillinoid,along with two new monomers citrinsor-bicillins B(2)and C(3),were isolated from the Coptis chinensis endophyte Trichoderma citrinoviride HT-9 by liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer(LC-MS)-guided strategy.1 was the first trimeric-example from terrestrial fungi,which possessed a unique carbon skeleton with two bicyclo[2.2.2]octanedione ring connected through an enolated carbon forming by[4+2]*** structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and X-ray diffraction.1 exhibited moderate cytotoxicity against human colon cancer HT29 cells,and it induced significant cell cycle arrest by reducing the protein expression of cyclin D1.
