The cost of dairy manure treatment and bedding material purchase increases the operating cost of the dairy ***-covered aerobic fermentation system has been widely used for dealing with dairy manure and recycling the final product as bedding ***,the microbial safety in each processing step is still *** better understand the bacterial community dynamics during the whole bedding conversion process,a full-chain and large-scale experiment including 16-day membrane-covered aerobic fermentation and 11-day bedding material application was *** results showed that the pile temperatures in the fermentation stage rapidly increased to 80°C and maintained>50°C for more than 11 days and the use of fermentation product as bedding material provided cows with a stable and comfortable bedding *** Chao1 and Shannon index decreased at the end of the fermentation stage and remained stable in the application stage,indicating that membrane-covered aerobic fermentation effectively killed some pathogenic bacteria and guaranteed both the maturity and stability of the final *** dominant bacteria in the fermentation stage were Acinetobacter,Thermus,and Rhodothermus at genus *** common potential pathogens of mastitis(Staphylococcus,Enterococcus,Serratia,Pseudomonas,Corynebacterium,Mycobacterium,and Bacillus)were found at the end of fermentation stage but the relative abundance was low(0.0025%-0.2727%).The dominant bacteria in the application stage mainly included Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas,and Flavobacterium at the genus *** relative abundance of Pseudomonas increased in the application stage,which was a reminder to the dairy farm to pay attention to the disinfection and timely replacement of bedding material to prevent the occurrence of dairy *** results of this study contributed deep understanding of the microorganism-driven bedding conversion process and provide practical guidance and cautions for the bedding

Objective To investigate changes in the urinary metabolite profiles of children exposed to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)during critical brain development and explore their potential link with the intestinal *** Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine ten hydroxyl metabolites of PAHs(OH-PAHs)in 36-month-old ***,37 children were categorized into low-and high-exposure groups based on the sum of the ten ***-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry was used to identify non-targeted metabolites in the urine ***,fecal flora abundance was assessed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing using Illumina *** The concentrations of 21 metabolites were significantly higher in the high exposure group than in the low exposure group(variable importance for projection>1,Psure in young children affected metabolic homeostasis,particularly that of certain gut microbiota-derived *** investigation is needed to explore the potential influence of PAHs on the gut microbiota and their possible association with neurodevelopmental outcomes.

Prediction of Ground State Configurations and Electrochemical Properties of Li_(3)InCl_(6) Doped with F, Br, and Ga

Compared with conventional solid-state electrolytes, halide solid-state electrolytes have several advantages such as a wider electrochemical window, better compatibility with oxide cathode materials, improved air stability,and easier preparation conditions making them conductive to industrial production. We concentrate on a typical halide solid-state electrolyte, Li_(3)InCl_(6), predict the most stable structure after doping with Br, F, and Ga by using the Alloy Theoretic Automated Toolkit based on first-principles calculations, and verify the accuracy of the prediction model. To investigate the potential of three equivalently doped ground state configurations of Li_(3)InCl_(6) as solid-state electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries, their specific properties such as crystal structure,band gap, convex packing energy, electrochemical stability window, and lithium-ion conductivity are computationally analyzed using first-principles calculations. After a comprehensive evaluation, it is determined that the F-doped ground state configuration Li_(3)InCl_(2.5)F_(3.5) exhibits better thermal stability, wider electrochemical stability window, and better lithium ion conductivity(1.80 m S·cm^(-1) at room temperature). Therefore, Li_(3)InCl_(2.5)F_(3.5) has the potential to be used in the field of all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries as a new type of halide electrolyte.

电影连环画是中国电影特有的“伴生物”,它和中国电影一起建构集体记忆,是凝聚文化认同和铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要载体。哈布瓦赫提出的集体记忆相关理论,为解读早期电影连环画作为传播媒介和文化载体建构集体记忆提供了一个有效的思考范式。在传播框架下,早期电影连环画彰显了集体记忆的媒介功能,实现了个体记忆与集体记忆的融合。在文化框架下,早期电影连环画有效延伸了集体记忆的能动性内涵,实现了过去记忆与现在记忆的连接,形成了“共同体话语”,最终形塑了积极的民族认同和文化认同。

Ultrasomics in liver cancer: Developing a radiomics model for differentiating intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma from hepatocellular carcinoma using contrast-enhanced ultrasound

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)represent the predominant histological types of primary liver cancer,comprising over 99%of *** their differing biological behaviors,prognoses,and treatment strategies,accurately differentiating between HCC and ICC is crucial for effective clinical ***,an emerging image processing technology,can automatically extract various quantitative image features that may elude the human *** on the application of ultrasound(US)-based radiomics methods in distinguishing HCC from ICC are *** In our retrospective study,we included a total of 280 patients who were diagnosed with ICC(n=140)and HCC(n=140)between 1999 and *** patients were divided into training(n=224)and testing(n=56)groups for *** images and relevant clinical characteristics were *** utilized the XGBoost method to extract and select radiomics features and further employed a random forest algorithm to establish ultrasomics *** compared the diagnostic performances of these ultrasomics models with that of *** Four distinct ultrasomics models were constructed,with the number of selected features varying between models:13 features for the US model;15 for the contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)model;13 for the combined US+CEUS model;and 21 for the US+CEUS+clinical data *** US+CEUS+clinical data model yielded the highest area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)among all models,achieving an AUC of 0.973 in the validation cohort and 0.971 in the test *** performance exceeded even the most experienced radiologist(AUC=0.964).The AUC for the US+CEUS model(training cohort AUC=0.964,test cohort AUC=0.955)was significantly higher than that of the US model alone(training cohort AUC=0.822,test cohort AUC=0.816).This finding underscored the significant benefit of incorporating CEUS information in accurately distin-guishing ICC from HC

线上评论作为受众主动参与科学传播的方式,已经改变了传统科普形式的科学传播过程。研究发现,在原本的单向传播模式之外,线上评论使得科学传播过程还呈现出了多级传播的特点。作为新的传播节点,评论不仅可以通过补充额外科学内容,丰富科学传播过程中的科学内容总量,而且可以通过更正已有媒体内容和其他评论中可能存在的科学上的问题,对传播内容进行反馈。多级传播模式实现了受众与内容制作者和受众之间的双向交流,改变了传统科普形式在传播过程中的作用,在一定程度上提高了受众在传播过程中的地位。但受众的主动参与也可能带来威胁科学内容的准确性和传播有损健康言论等新风险。

提升全要素能源效率是攻克能源短缺与环境污染困境、实现生态环境保护与经济发展双赢的关键路径。经研究发现,在观察期内,绿色金融显著促进了企业全要素能源效率提升。异质性分析揭示,绿色金融在民营、外资及接受本土十大会计师事务所审计的企业,以及历史更悠久的企业中对全要素能源效率的促进作用更为显著。机制检验表明,绿色金融能够通过推动绿色管理创新、能源体现式技术进步以及资本体现式技术进步间接影响企业能源效率,且环境规制的存在对该效应起到强化作用。经进一步研究得出,国家绿色金融改革创新试验区政策有助于提高试点地区内企业的全要素能源效率,但该政策成效及持续性在区域间表现出显著差异。鉴于此,为提升企业全要素能源效率,应稳步推进绿色金融市场发展,建立支持企业开展绿色创新活动的长效激励机制,同时,政策制定需充分考虑企业和区域的特征差异,以增强绿色金融政策的靶向性。
