Humic acids(HAs) are widely used as filtrate and viscosity reducers in drilling fluids. However, their practical utility is limited due to poor stability in salt resistance and high-temperature resistance. Hightemperature coal pitch(CP) is a by-product from coal pyrolysis above 650.C. The substance's molecular structure is characterized by a dense arrangement of aromatic hydrocarbon and alkyl substituents. This unique structure gives it unique chemical properties and excellent drilling performance, surpassing traditional humic acids in drilling operations. Potassium humate is prepared from CP(CP-HA-K) by thermal catalysis. A new type of high-quality humic acid temperature-resistant viscosity-reducer(Graft CP-HA-K polymer) is synthesized with CP-HA-K, hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile sodium salt(Na-HPAN),urea, formaldehyde, phenol and acrylamide(AAM) as raw materials. The experimental results demonstrate that the most favorable conditions for the catalytic preparation of CP-HA-K are 1 wt% catalyst dosage, 30 wt% KOH dosage, a reaction temperature of 250.C, and a reaction time of 2 h, resulting in a maximum yield of CP-HA-K of 39.58%. The temperature resistance of the Graft CP-HA-K polymer is measured to be 177.39.C, which is 55.39.C higher than that of commercial HA-K. This is due to the abundant presence of amide, hydroxyl, and amine functional groups in the Graft CP-HA-K polymer,which increase the length of the carbon chains, enhance the electrostatic repulsion on the surface of solid particles. After being aged to 120.C for a specified duration, the Graft CP-HA-K polymer demonstrates significantly higher viscosity reduction(42.12%) compared to commercial HA-K(C-HA-K). Furthermore,the Graft CP-HA-K polymer can tolerate a high salt concentration of 8000 mg.L-1, measured after the addition of optimum amount of 3 wt% Graft CP-HA-K polymer. Spin Resolved Zero-Line Modes in Minimally Twisted Bilayer Graphene from Exchange Field and Gate Voltage

The reliance on spin-orbit coupling or strong magnetic fields has always posed significant challenges for the mass production and even laboratory realization of most topological materials. Valley-based topological zero-line modes have attracted widespread attention due to their substantial advantage of being initially realizable with just an external electric field. However, the uncontrollable nature of electrode alignment and precise fabrication has greatly hindered the advancement in this field. By utilizing minimally twisted bilayer graphene and introducing exchange fields from magnetic substrates, we successfully realize a spin-resolved, electrode-free topological zeroline mode. Further integration of electrodes that do not require alignment considerations significantly enhances the tunability of the system's band structure. Our approach offers a promising new support for the dazzling potential of topological zero-line mode in the realm of low-energy-consumption electronics.

Structural regulation of coal-derived hard carbon anode for sodium-ion batteries via pre-oxidation

Hard carbon(HC)is broadly recognized as an exceptionally prospective candidate for the anodes of sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),but their practical implementation faces substantial limitations linked to precursor factors,such as reduced carbon yield and increased ***,a cost-effective approach is proposed to prepare a coal-derived HC anode with simple pre-oxidation followed by a post-carbonization process which effectively expands the d_(002)layer spacing,generates closed pores and increases defect *** these modifications,the resulting HC anode attains a delicate equilibrium between plateau capacity and sloping capacity,showcasing a remarkable reversible capacity of 306.3 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.03 A·g^(-1).Furthermore,the produ ced HC exhibits fast reaction kinetics and exceptional rate performance,achieving a capacity of 289 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1),equivalent to~94.5%of that at 0.03 A·g^(-1).When implemented in a full cell configuration,the impressive electrochemical performance is evident,with a notable energy density of 410.6 Wh·kg^(-1)(based on cathode mass).In short,we provide a straightforward yet efficient method for regulating coal-derived HC,which is crucial for the widespread use of SIBs anodes.

Aggregate-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens) have been widely used in biological imaging, chemical sensing, and disease treatments. The rational design and construction of AIEgens have received considerable research interests during the last few years. Herein, molecular docking-aided AIEgen design has been reasonably proposed and AIEgen TBQZY with excellent ~1O_(2) generation ability has been synthesized. The newly developed TBQZY could efficiently kill S. epidermidis and methicillinresistant S. epidermidis(MRSE) by tightly binding to bacteria and triggering the accumulation of ~1O_(2) in bacteria. TBQZY specifically regulated the immune system and polarized macrophages from M1 to M2 to accelerate the elimination of biofilm in vivo. In addition, healing acceleration was observed in chronic wounds treated with TBQZY, and side effects were ***, TBQZY had extraordinary potential for combating drug-resistant bacteria in the clinical setting. This research not only provided new concepts for the design of AIEgens, but also shed some lights on the discovery of drugs against drug-resistant bacteria.

Even-odd layer-dependent multiferroic in freestanding rare-earth orthorhombic perovskite

Freestanding oxide perovskites possess strong interlayer coupling between adjacent atomic layers,thus exerting a determinative effect on the magnetism and ferroelectricity of these atomic-scale ***,we propose an effective strategy to manipulate magnetism and ferroelectricity in freestanding rare-earth orthorhombic perovskite via modulation of layer *** performing first-principles calculations,an even-odd oscillation is demonstrated in few-layer GdAlO_(3)perovskite(GAP).Specifically,odd-layer systems with charged atomic layers are ferromagnetic polar metals,while even-layer systems are antiferromagnetic ferroelectric *** thickness-dependent magnetic phase transition originates from carrier doping,as rationalized by the Stoner ***,we demonstrate the promotion of in-plane ferroelectricity via the concurrent application of two distinct antiferrodistortive displacements,each driven by formation and breaking of *** multiferroic phases may emerge in other transition metal oxide perovskites supporting multiple valence states,e.g.,few-layer Gd MO_(3)(M=V,Cr,Mn,and Ni).This work puts forward a strategy for layer thickness engineering of magnetism and ferroelectricity in 2D oxide perovskite multiferroic materials.

Nowadays manufacturers are facing fierce *** from the products,providing customers with multiple maintenance options in the service contract becomes more popular,since it can help to improve customer satisfaction,and ultimately promote sales and maximize profit for the *** considering the combinations of corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance,totally three types of maintenance service contracts are ***,attractive incentive and penalty mechanisms are adopted in the *** this basis,Nash non-cooperative game is applied to analyze the revenue for both the manufacturer and customers,and so as to optimize the pricing mechanism of maintenance service contract and achieve a win-win *** experiments are *** results show that by taking into account the incentive and penalty mechanisms,the revenue can be improved for both the customers and ***,with the increase of repair rate and improvement factor in the preventive maintenance,the revenue will increase gradually for both the parties.
