BACKGROUND Inflammatory indices derived from complete blood tests have been reported to be associated with poor outcomes in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).The data about the relationship between inflammatory indices and left atrial appendage thrombus(LAAT)or dense spontaneous echo contrast(SEC)are *** To explore the value of inflammatory indices for predicting the presence of LAAT or dense SEC in nonvalvular AF *** A total of 406 patients with nonvalvular AF who underwent transesophageal echocardiography were included and divided into two groups based on the presence(study group)or absence(control group)of LAAT or dense *** indices,including the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet–tolymphocyte ratio(PLR),and lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio(LMR),were calculated from complete blood *** associations of inflammatory indices RESULTS LAAT and dense SEC were detected in 11(2.7%)and 42(10.3%)patients,*** PLR only showed an association with LAAT/dense SEC in the univariate *** NLR(odds ratio[OR]=1.48,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.11-1.98,P=0.007)and reduced LMR(OR=0.59,95%CI:0.41-0.83,P=0.003)were found to be independent risk factors for the presence of LAAT/dense *** areas under the NLR and LMR curves for predicting LAAT/dense SEC were 0.73(95%CI:0.66-0.80,P<0.001)and 0.73(95%CI:0.65-0.81,P<0.001),respectively,while the cutoff values were 2.8(sensitivity:69.8%;specificity:64.0%)and 2.4(sensitivity:71.7%;specificity:60.6%),*** Increased NLR and decreased LMR may predict LAAT/dense SEC in patients with nonvalvular AF.

相比刚性结合,柔性结合具有施力均匀、压力可无级调节等特点,更容易实现自动化作业。在火工品柔性结合作业中,柔性结合装置原理是通过中空无杆液压系统施加压力并对火工品部件结合收口。文章运用ANSYS Workbench对某火工品收口装置的柔性结合模具进行了静态性能分析,为柔性结合模具中橡胶环的选型提供了依据和参考,同时对油压压力和火工品分解力之间的关系进行了实验探索,得到了合格火工品所对应的油压实验数据,分析得出对应表达式,为相应型号的火工品柔性结合实验作业提供了可靠的数据参考。

在HG/T 4311—2012《工业氯化铬》滴定法测定三价铬含量的基础上,通过多步氧化法,将铁铬混合物中Cr^(3+)完全氧化成Cr^(6+),实现了较大浓度范围内Cr^(3+)含量的精确稳定测试,解决了铁离子干扰;同时,对影响测定结果准确度的主要条件(蒸馏水添加量、氢氧化钠溶液添加量和盐酸溶液添加量)进行了实验验证对比分析,优化了实验条件。测定步骤主要为:先在酸性环境中用过量的氯酸钠溶液把Fe2+氧化成Fe3+,然后加氢氧化钠溶液在碱性环境下用双氧水初步把Cr^(3+)氧化成Cr^(6+)。此时由于部分被铁络合物包裹的Cr^(3+)未被氧化,所以加盐酸溶液调节到合适的p H后,使被络合物包裹的Cr^(3+)完全释出,再用双氧水完全氧化成Cr^(6+),然后添加硫酸溶液和磷酸掩蔽铁离子,用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定。结果表明,测定的Cr^(3+)含量相对标准偏差为0.12%~0.51%,加标回收率为95.0%~99.2%,且测定结果与分光光度法测定结果基本一致,满足铁铬液流电池电解液中三价铬含量的测定要求。

a-Si/c-Si heterojunction solar cells on SiSiC ceramic substrates

Silicon thin-film solar cells are considered to be one of the most promising cells in the future for their potential advantages, such as low cost, high efficiency, great stability, simple processing, and none-pollution. In this paper, latest progress on poly-crystalline silicon solar cells on ceramic substrates achieved by our group was reported. Rapid thermal chemical vapor deposition (RTCVD) was used to deposited poly-crystalline silicon thin films, and the grains of as-grown film were enlarged by Zone-melting Recrystallization (ZMR). As a great change in cell′s structure, traditional diffused pn homojunction was replaced by a-Si/c-Si heterojunction, which lead is to distinct improvement in cell′s efficiency. A conversion efficiency of 3.42% has been achieved on 1 cm2 a-Si/c-Si heterojunction solar cell (Isc=16.93 mA, Voc=310.9 mV, FF=0.6493, AM=1.5 G, 24 ℃), while the cell with diffused homojunction only got an efficiency of 0.6%. It indicates that a-Si emitter formed at low temperature might be more suitable for thin film cell on ceramics.

Recurrent medullary thyroid carcinoma treated with percutaneous ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation:A case report

BACKGROUND Treatment for neck lymph node metastases after adequate initial surgery in medullary thyroid carcinoma(MTC)has been ***(US)-guided radiofrequency ablation(RFA)has been widely used in recurrent welldifferentiated thyroid ***,we report for the first time the use of RFA in a patient with recurrent *** SUMMARY We report the case of a 56-year-old woman with cervical lymph node metastases of *** years previously,she had undergone a total thyroidectomy and neck lymph node dissection.A neck US revealed many enlarged nodes during the follow-up ***,the serum calcitonin jumped to 198.17 pg/mL,which strongly indicated the recurrence of ***,two metastatic lymph nodes were confirmed by US-guided fine-needle aspiration-cytology and fineneedle aspiration-calcitonin,and then the patient was treated with *** months later,the neck US and a contrast-enhanced US showed obvious shrinkage in the ablation zones,and the serum calcitonin dropped to 11.80 pg/*** This case suggests that RFA may be an effective and safe treatment for local recurrent MTC.

目的分析不同性别健康体检人群握力提升与身体成分及代谢紊乱改善的相关性。方法本研究为回顾性队列研究,连续选取2018年1月至2022年11月于北京大学第三医院体检中心先后完成≥2次健康体检和握力测试的600例受检者,收集其一般资料、体格检查、生化指标、身体成分及握力结果。第1次体检进行握力测试后根据个人测评结果给予运动建议进行适当抗阻力量练习,举行1次健康讲座,每星期通过微信公众号推送健康运动相关信息,第2次体检同时完成握力测试,计算前后2次测试结果的差值变化,采用广义估计方程分析不同性别健康体检人群握力提升与身体成分及代谢紊乱改善的相关性。结果男性及女性第2次体重指数[(25.50±3.66)比(25.33±3.74)kg/m^(2)、(22.41±3.55)比(22.25±3.46)kg/m^(2)]、握力[(42.71±7.30)比(41.77±7.36)kg、(25.28±5.30)比(23.98±4.87)kg]均显著高于第1次,舒张压[(72.79±10.30)比(74.47±9.85)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)、(66.93±8.90)比(68.92±9.42)mmHg]、同型半胱氨酸[(17.96±14.09)比(19.27±14.26)μmol/L、(9.47±3.91)比(10.26±3.90)μmol/L]均显著低于第1次(均P<0.05);男性第2次低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著低于第1次[(2.94±0.78)比(3.00±0.69)mmol/L],女性第2次收缩压、尿酸显著低于第1次[(109.34±12.85)比(110.54±12.32)mmHg、(276.91±62.46)比(287.16±68.78)μmol/L],腰臀比显著高于第1次(85.8%±5.1%比85.4%±5.0%)(均P<0.05)。男性天冬氨酸氨基转移酶下降(OR=0.932,95%CI:0.888~0.978)、骨骼肌指数升高(OR=75.370,95%CI:29.012~195.806)均与握力提升呈正相关(均P<0.05);女性同型半胱氨酸下降(OR=0.876,95%CI:0.782~0.982)、糖化血红蛋白下降(OR=0.423,95%CI:0.222~0.805)、骨骼肌指数升高(OR=22.918,95%CI:11.114~47.256)均与握力提升呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论不同性别健康体检人群握力提升与身体成分及代谢紊乱改善趋势呈正相关。
