The Late Paleozoic volcanic rocks are widespread in the Western Tianshan,and mainly consist of basalt,trachyte,trachy-andesite,andesite and rhyolite.However,the formation timing and tectonic implications of the volcanic rocks remain controversial.To obtain a comprehensive dataset with adequate spatial coverage,we collected the published zircon U-Pb age data of the Late Paleozoic volcanic rocks in the Western Tianshan,and mapped the temporal and spatial distribution of these volcanic rocks.Our compiled dataset indicates that the volcanic rocks in the Western Tianshan were formed in two major stages:Late Silurian-Early Carboniferous and Late Carboniferous-Middle Permian.The southward subduction of the Northern Tianshan Ocean formed a large number of Late Silurian-Early Carboniferous volcanic rocks.The flare-up of Late Carboniferous to Middle Permian magmatism in the NTOB was considered to be the response of the slab-roll back of the northern Tianshan Ocean.Therefore,arc magma assemblage and spatial-temporal distribution are of great significance to identify the dynamic mechanism transformation of subduction zone.

Late Silurian-early Devonian mafic--intermediate dykes occur in the Xiemisitai mountain of the northern West Junggar. However, their ages, petrogenesis and geodynamic process remain to be unraveled. We report firstly in situ zircon U–Pb and hornblende 40Ar-39Ar ages, geochemical and in situ zircon Hf isotopic data for the Xiemisitai dykes. The Xiemisitai dykes give zircon U–Pb ages of 416.7±2.1 Ma and 405.1±2.5 Ma and hornblende 40Ar-39Ar age of 405.9±4.9 Ma, respectively. They are characterized by high εHf(t)values(+11.9 to +15.5), suggesting a depleted mantle features. The Xiemisitai dykes show low Mg#(46–59) and low Cr(11.3–197 ppm) and Ni(19.9–102 ppm) abundances indicating that they have experienced significant fractional crystallization. These dykes contain hornblende and biotite and display negative Nb-Ta-Ti anomalies, enrichment of LREEs, LILEs and depletion of HREEs and HFSEs with high Ba/La ratios, similar with an origin from a depleted lithospheric mantle metasomatized by subducted slabderived fluids. In addition, the Xiemisitai dykes are plotted within melting trends with little to no garnet(Cpx:Grt=6:1) in their source. The La/Yb vs. Tb/Yb plot also indicates the presence of less than 1% residual garnet in the source region for the Xiemisitai dykes. Therefore, it can be inferred that the Xiemisitai dykes were generated at a correspondingly shallow depth, mostly within the spinel stability field. Finally, the Xiemisitai dykes were most probably generated by partial melting of metasomatized lithospheric mantle in relatively shallow level(<80 km). They could be possibly triggered by the asthenospheric upwelling as a result of the rollback of the subducted Irtysh-Zaysan oceanic lithosphere.

Federated learning is a distributed learning framework which trains global models by passing model parameters instead of raw data.However,the training mechanism for passing model parameters is still threatened by gradient inversion,inference attacks,etc.With a lightweight encryption overhead,function encryption is a viable secure aggregation technique in federation learning,which is often used in combination with differential privacy.The function encryption in federal learning still has the following problems:a)Traditional function encryption usually requires a trust third party(TTP)to assign the keys.If a TTP colludes with a server,the security aggregation mechanism can be compromised.b)When using differential privacy in combination with function encryption,the evaluation metrics of incentive mechanisms in the traditional federal learning become invisible.In this paper,we propose a hybrid privacy-preserving scheme for federated learning,called Fed-DFE.Specifically,we present a decentralized multi-client function encryption algorithm.It replaces the TTP in traditional function encryption with an interactive key generation algorithm,avoiding the problem of collusion.Then,an embedded incentive mechanism is designed for function encryption.It models the real parameters in federated learning and finds a balance between privacy preservation and model accuracy.Subsequently,we implemented a prototype of Fed-DFE and evaluated the performance of decentralized function encryption algorithm.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our scheme.

Fruit lignification is of significant economic importance because it affects the quality of fruit and the production of seed oil.The specified lignification pattern in Camellia chekiangoleosa fruits plays critical roles in its seed oil yield,but little is known about how this lignification process is regulated.Here,we report on a comprehensive tissue-specific transcriptomics analysis conducted for C.chekiangoleosa fruit.By mining the differentially expressed genes,we found that lignin biosynthesis and transcriptional regulation pathways were significantly enriched in the lignified tissues.The homolog of NST-like transcription factor,CcNST1,was highly expressed in lignified seed coat and endocarp tissues;transgenic analyses of CcNST1 in Arabidopsis and hybrid poplar revealed the enhanced lignification levels of various tissues.Gene expression analysis of the transgenic lines uncovered potential downstream genes involved in the regulation of lignin biosynthesis.This work provides a valuable gene expression resource and identified the pivotal role of CcNST1 in regulating the lignin biosynthesis underlying fruit lignification.
