Enhanced mechanical properties of molybdenum alloy originating from composite strengthening of Re and CeO_(2)

To enhance the mechanical properties of molybdenum alloys at both room and high temperatures,Mo-14Re-1CeO_(2)alloy was synthesized using the powder metallurgy method,and the corresponding microstructure and mechanical properties were *** results indicate that the ultimate tensile strength of Mo-14Re-1CeO_(2)reaches 657 MPa,with a total elongation of 35.2%,significantly higher than those of pure molybdenum(453 MPa,and 7.01%).Furthermore,the compression strength of Mo-14Re-1CeO_(2)at high temperature(1200℃)achieves 355 MPa,which is still larger than that of pure molybdenum(221 MPa).It is revealed that there is a coherent interface between CeO_(2)and the Mo-14Re matrix with CeO_(2)particles uniformly distributed in both intergranular and intragranular *** improvements in mechanical properties are primarily attributed to the formation of Mo-Re solid solution,grain refinement,and dispersion strengthening effect of CeO_(2).

Time-resolved Spectral Properties of Fermi-GBM Bright Long Gamma-Ray Bursts

The prompt emission mechanism of gamma-ray bursts(GRBs)is still unclear,and the time-resolved spectral analysis of GRBs is a powerful tool for studying their underlying physical *** performed a detailed time-resolved spectral analysis of 78 bright long GRB samples detected by Fermi/Gamma-ray Burst Monitor.A total of 1490 spectra were obtained and their properties were studied using a typical Band-shape ***,the parameter distributions of the time-resolved spectrum are given as follows:the low-energy spectral indexα~-0.72,high-energy spectral indexβ~2.42,the peak energy E_(p)~221.69 keV,and the energy flux F~7.49×10^(-6)erg cm^(-2)s^(-1).More than 80%of the bursts exhibit the hardest low-energy spectral indexα_(max),exceeding the synchrotron limit(-2/3).Second,the evolution patterns of a and E_(p)were statistically *** results show that for multi-pulse GRBs the intensity-tracking pattern is more common than the hard-to-soft pattern in the evolution of both E_(p)andα.The hard-to-soft pattern is generally shown in single-pulse GRBs or in the initial pulse of multi-pulse ***,we found a significant positive correlation between F and E_(p),with half of the samples exhibiting a positive correlation between F andα.We discussed the spectral evolution of different radiation *** diversity of spectral evolution patterns indicates that there may be more than one radiation mechanism occurring in the GRB radiation process,including photo spheric radiation and synchrotron ***,it may also involve only one radiation mechanism,but more complicated physical details need to be considered.

Relationship between preoperative psychological stress and shortterm prognosis in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

Objective: To investigate whether Naoxueshu Oral Liquid(NXS) could promote hematoma absorption in post-craniotomy hematoma(PCH) patients. Methods: This is an open-label, multicenter, and randomized controlled trial conducted at 9 hospitals in China. Patients aged 18–80 years with post-craniotomy supratentorial hematoma volume ranging from 10 to 30 mL or post-craniotomy infratentorial hematoma volume less than 10 mL, or intraventricular hemorrhage following cranial surgery were enrolled. They were randomly assigned at a 1:1 ratio to the NXS(10 m L thrice daily for 15 days) or control groups using a randomization code table. Standard medical care was administered in both groups. The primary outcome was the percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 15. The secondary outcomes included the percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 7, the absolute reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 7 and 15, and the change in neurological function from day 1 to day 7 and 15. The safety was closely monitored throughout the study. Moreover, subgroup analysis was performed based on age, gender, history of diabetes, and etiology of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Results: A total of 120 patients were enrolled and randomly assigned between March 30, 2018 and April 15, 2020. One patient was lost to follow-up in the control group. Finally, there were 119 patients(60 in the NXS group and 59 in the control group) included in the analysis. In the full analysis set(FAS) analysis, the NXS group had a greater percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 15 than the control group [median(Q1, Q3): 85%(71%, 97%) vs. 76%(53%, 93%), P0.05). Furthermore, no adverse events were reported during the study. In the FAS analysis, the NXS group exhibited a higher percentage reduction in hematoma volume on day 15 in the following subgroups:

十字花科植物CYP86MF同源基因的克隆及特征分析

用保守的特异引物进行PCR扩增,并结合RACE技术,从大白菜(BrassicacampestrisL.)品种黄芽14,萝卜(RaphanussativusL.)品种圆白和诸葛菜(Orychophrogmusviolaceus)3个材料中扩增到3个完整的cDNA全长,分别命名为Bc-CYP86MF,RsCYP86MF和OvCYP86MF,它们的cDNA全长分别为1854,1818和1876bp,分别编码524,526和534个氨基酸残基。将所推导的氨基酸序列与数据库中已知基因进行排序,发现它们与拟南芥CYP86家族所有成员的氨基酸相似性都大于38%,可将它们归为细胞色素CYP86基因家族。BcCYP86MF和RsCYP86MF与CYP86C4亚家族氨基酸同源性均大于55%,则可归为CYP86C4亚家族,而OvCYP86MF与CYP86C3的同源性最高,为86.5%,应归为CYP86C3亚家族。根据氨基酸序列的排序结果构建的系统树表明,CYP450基因的氨基酸序列进化程度与物种的亲缘关系的远近相吻合。对蛋白二级结构预测结果发现,它们都具有细胞色素P450典型的保守结构域FNAGPRLCIG,而且氨基酸组成也很相似。

Lithium Isotope Analytical Methods and Implications for Rare-Metal Mineralization in Granite-Pegmatite Systems: An Overview

The origin of highly-fractionated granite-pegmatite systems and their associated rare metal mineralization has been widely studied， but there is still ongoing debate. Prevailing hypotheses suggest that pegmatite formation and the associated rare metal mineralization are closely related to aqueous fluid processes. Lithium (Li) isotope analysis has been widely applied to trace granite-pegmatite evolution. This is because lithium is widely present in various minerals (e.g.， mica， tourmaline) that record the melt and fluid compositions， and lithium isotopes are sensitive to magmatic-hydrothermal processes. We briefly review the methodology of Li isotope analyses， the mechanisms of Li isotopic fractionation， and， in particular， Li isotope fractionation in granite-pegmatite system based on Li isotope data we have collected and the latest developments in Li isotope geochemistry. With the development of analytical technology， high-precision measurement of the Li content and isotopic compositions have facilitated a series of scientific breakthroughs in understanding the magmatic-hydrothermal evolution of rare-element ore deposits. Li isotope analysis on bulk mineral separates show ability to trace various hydrothermal processes (e.g. exotic or exsolved fluids). In situ Li isotope analysis methods has been enhanced by the development of new， homogeneous mineral reference materials. In situ SIMS and LA-MC-ICP-MS Li isotope measurements on minerals (e.g.， tourmaline) will likely become more important in studying the fluid–rock interactions in magmatic， metamorphic， and hydrothermal processes， as well as on pegmatite petrogenesis and rare-metal mineralization.

An interphase migration and enrichment model of lead and zinc during molten copper slag depletion was *** occurrence of various components in copper slag was predicted using sulfur-oxygen potential calculations and confirmed through high-temperature *** recovery rate of copper can reach 90.13%under the optimal conditions of 1200°C,an iron to silicon mass ratio of 1.0,3 wt.%ferrous sulfide,and a duration of 45 ***(54.07 wt.%)and zinc(17.42 wt.%)are found in the flue dust as lead sulfate,lead sulfide,and zinc oxide,while copper matte contains lead(14.44 wt.%)and zinc sulfide(1.29 wt.%).The remaining lead and zinc are encapsulated as oxides within the fayalite phase.
