针对装配式建筑施工安全投入问题,以实际工程项目为例,对装配式建筑施工风险因素进行了二级分解;基于数学规划理论建立了非线性规划模型,并引入3种函数关系进行拟合;采用自适应变异粒子群算法在Matlab中进行求解,得到了相对较优方案。结果表明:在安全风险主要因素中,物的风险因素对安全投入最为敏感;在二级风险因素中,预制构件吊装器具的选择最为敏感,该结论可为日后施工安全投入的方向提供参考依据。

以河北省黄骅地区海水工厂化和池塘养殖凡纳滨对虾尾水为研究对象,检测这两种养殖模式下不同养殖阶段所排放的养殖尾水中化学需氧量(COD)、无机氮(DIN)及活性磷酸盐(DIP)等指标的变化,利用单因子污染指数(P i)和内梅罗综合指数(P)对养殖尾水状况进行了评价。结果表明,尾水的主要污染因子为DIN与DIP;主要污染物浓度均值工厂化养殖模式高于池塘养殖模式,且工厂化养殖尾水主要污染物均超过《河北省海水养殖尾水污染物排放标准》一级排放限值;养殖尾水主要污染物浓度均随养殖时间的延长而增加;两种模式下养殖尾水的内梅罗综合指数P值均处于严重污染状等级。

Atomic thickness thin films are critical functional materials and structures in atomic and close-to-atomic scale manufacturing.However,fast,facile,and highly sensitive precision measurement of atomic film thickness remains challenging.The reflected light has a dramatic phase change and extreme reflectivity considering the Brewster angle,indicating the high sensitivity of the optical signal to film thickness near this angle.Hence,the precision polarization measurement method focusing on Brewster angle is vital for the ultrahigh precision characterization of thin films.A precision polarization measurement method based on a liquid crystal variable retarder(LCVR)is proposed in this paper,and a measurement system with a high angular resolution is established.A comprehensive measurement system calibration scheme is also introduced to accommodate ultrahigh precision film thickness measurement.Repeatable measurement accuracy to the subnanometer level is achieved.Standard silicon oxide film samples of different thicknesses were measured around Brewster angle using the self-developed system and compared with a commercial ellipsometer to verify the measurement accuracy.The consistency of the thickness measurement results demonstrates the feasibility and robustness of the measurement method and calibration scheme.This study also demonstrates the remarkable potential of the LCVR-based polarization method for atomic film thickness measurement in ultraprecision manufacturing.

An ultrasensitive and selective sandwich-type fluorescent immunosensor based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) between CdSe/ZnS quantum dots(QDs) and Au nanorods(AuNRs) was developed for the rapid detection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV).Modified CdSe/ZnS QDs and AuNRs were bioconjugated with primary antibodies M and GP5,respectively.When the target antigen was present,a well-known sandwich-type form CdSe/ZnS QDs-M antibody-antigen-GP5 antibody-AuNRs was produced,and thus reducing the distance between the QDs and NRs.As a result,FRET occurred and the fluorescence intensity of CdSe/ZnS QDs decreased,and this decrease was used to determine the antigen concentration.Ultrasensitive detection of PRRSV at low concentrations in swine serum was achieved with a limit of detection of 0.55 TCID50/mL and a linear detection range of 10~1-3.5 × 10~4 TCID50/mL.Therefore,the fluorescent immunosensor is selective and highly sensitive;specifically,it can detect PRRSV at low concentrations in swine serum over a large concentration range.This proposed detection method can facilitate the development of high-performance fluorescent immunosensors for the detection of PRRSV and other antigens.

This work develops an equilibrium model for finding the optimal distribution strategy to maximize performance of key predistribution protocols in terms of cost, resilience, connectivity, and lifetime. As an essential attribute of wireless sensor networks, heterogeneity and its impacts on random key predistribution protocols are first discussed. Using supernetworks theory, the optimal node deployment model is proposed and illustrated. In order to find the equilibrium performance of our model, all optimal performance functions are changed into variational inequalities so that this optimization problem can be solved. A small-scale example is presented to illustrate the applicability of our model.

The scratch behaviors of two high speed steels （HSS） for hot rolls were studied by a Micro-combi Tester, and the emphasis was placed on researching the relations between the microstructure and the scratch resistance property of different HSS. The experimental results indicate that during the scratch process, the carbides are embedded into the matrix, the penetration depth of different HSS is closely related with the matrix hardness, i.e., the higher the matrix hardness, the better the scratch resistance property; and in the matrix, the fine, dispersive carbides are beneficial to form steady friction between the indenter and the scratched materials, but the coarser carbides are easier to fall into pieces.

In opportunistic networks, most existing buffer management policies including scheduling and passive dropping policies are mainly for routing protocols. In this paper, we proposed a Utility-based Buffer Management strategy(UBM) for data dissemination in opportunistic networks. In UBM, we first design a method of computing the utility values of caching messages according to the interest of nodes and the delivery probability of messages, and then propose an overall buffer management policy based on the utility. UBM driven by receivers completely implements not only caching policies, passive and proactive dropping policies, but also scheduling policies of senders. Simulation results show that, compared with some classical dropping strategies, UBM can obtain higher delivery ratio and lower delay latency by using smaller network cost.

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has spread globally.Although mixed liver impairment has been reported in COVID-19 patients,the association of liver injury caused by specific subtype especially chronic hepatitis B(CHB)with COVID-19 has not been elucidated.In this multi-center,retrospective,and observational cohort study,109 CHB and 327 non-CHB patients with COVID-19 were propensity score matched at an approximate ratio of 3:1 on the basis of age,sex,and comorbidities.Demographic characteristics,laboratory examinations,disease severity,and clinical outcomes were compared.Furthermore,univariable and multivariable logistic and Cox regression models were used to explore the risk factors for disease severity and mortality,respectively.A higher proportion of CHB patients(30 of 109(27.52%))developed into severe status than non-CHB patients(17 of 327(5.20%)).In addition to previously reported liver impairment markers,such as alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and total bilirubin,we identified several novel risk factors including elevated lactate dehydrogenase(≥245 U/L,hazard ratio(HR)=8.639,95%confidence interval(CI)=2.528–29.523;P<0.001)and coagulation-related biomarker D-dimer(≥0.5μg/mL,HR=4.321,95%CI=1.443–12.939;P=0.009)and decreased albumin(<35 g/L,HR=0.131,95%CI=0.048–0.361;P<0.001)and albumin/globulin ratio(<1.5,HR=0.123,95%CI=0.017–0.918;P=0.041).In conclusion,COVID-19 patients with CHB were more likely to develop into severe illness and die.The risk factors that we identified may be helpful for early clinical surveillance of critical progression.

新奥科技发展有限公司(新奥能源研究院)将原有紧凑型聚变研究装置EXL-50升级为EXL-50U,装置仍然是常温托卡马克,其磁场电源系统包括环向场TF(Toroidal Field)电源、中心螺线管CS(Center Solenoid)电源、PF1-10(Poloidal Field)极向场电源,共12套电源,所有电源均由交流脉冲发电机供电,使用相控整流方案。本文主要设计满足EXL-50U高参数需求的磁场电源,设计重点是提升电源能力,制定高参数工况下的保护策略,内容包括控制与保护系统、交流脉冲发电机的供电方案,变压器与变流器设计,最后给出了实际测试获得的各电源实际波形图,展示在中心螺线管击穿的条件下形成等离子体电流的电源工作波形,以验证设计电源的可靠性与可控性。
