In this work,we present the investigation of the quantum dot color filter(QDCF)micro-light emitting diode(micro-LED)display.Green and red quantum dot photoresist(QDPR)materials are patterned into a pixelated array and precisely bonded with an all-blue micro-light emitting diode(micro-LED)substrate,forming a red,green,and blue(RGB)full color display through color conversion.A few factors that influence the achievable color gamut are further investigated.The resulting 1.1-inch 228-pixels per inch(ppi)display demo shows the good performance.The findings in this paper pave a way to the future industrialization of the micro-LED display.

As a reinforcement technology that improves load-bearing ability and prevents injuries,assisted exoskeleton robots have extensive applications in freight transport and health care.The perception of gait information by such robots is vital for their control.This information is the basis for motion planning in assistive and collaborative functions.Here,a wearable gait recognition sensor system for exoskeleton robots is presented.Pressure sensor arrays based on laser-induced graphene are developed with flexibility and reliability.Multiple sensor units are integrated into an insole to detect real-time pressure at key plantar positions.In addition,the circuit hardware and the algorithm are designed to reinforce the sensor system with the capability of gait recognition.The experimental results show that the accuracy of gait recognition by the proposed system is 99.85%,and the effectiveness of the system is further verified through testing on an exoskeleton robot.

Rock macro-indentation plays a fundamental role in mechanical rock breaking for various rock engineering application,such as drilling,tunneling,cutting,and sawing.Over the past decades,extensive research has been conducted to understand the indentation mechanisms and responses through various approaches.This review aims to provide an overview of the current status and recent advancements in theories,experiments,numerical simulations,and applications of macro-indentation in rock engineering.It starts with elaborating on the mechanisms of macro-indentation,followed by a discussion of the merits and limitations of commonly used models.Influence factors and their effects on indentation test results are then summarized.Various numerical simulation methods for rock macro-indentation are highlighted,along with their advantages and disadvantages.Subsequently,the applications of indentation tests and indentation indices in characterizing rock properties are explored.It reveals that compression-tension,compression-shear,and composite models are widely employed in rock macroindentation.While the compression-tension model is straightforward to use,it may overlook the anisotropic properties of rocks.On the other hand,the composite model provides a more comprehensive description of rock indentation but requires complex calculations.Additionally,factors,such as indentation rate,indenter geometry,rock type,specimen size,and confining pressure,can significantly influence the indentation results.Simulation methods for macro-indentation encompass continuous medium,discontinuous medium,and continuous-discontinuous medium methods,with selection based on their differences in principle.Furthermore,rock macro-indentation can be practically applied to mining engineering,tunneling engineering,and petroleum drilling engineering.Indentation indices serve as valuable tools for characterizing rock strength,brittleness,and drillability.This review sheds light on the development of rock macro-indentation and its extensive application in enginee

Herein,we present a deep-learning technique for reconstructing the dark-matter density field from the redshift-space distribution of dark-matter halos.We built a UNet-architecture neural network and trained it using the COmoving Lagrangian Acceleration fast simulation,which is an approximation of the N-body simulation with 5123 particles in a box size of 500 h^(-1)Mpc.Further,we tested the resulting UNet model not only with training-like test samples but also with standard N-body simulations,such as the Jiutian simulation with 61443particles in a box size of 1000 h^(-1)Mpc and the ELUCID simulation,which has a different cosmology.The real-space dark-matter density fields in the three simulations can be reconstructed reliably with only a small reduction of the cross-correlation power spectrum at 1%and 10%levels at k=0.1 and 0.3 h Mpc-1,respectively.The reconstruction clearly helps to correct for redshift-space distortions and is unaffected by the different cosmologies between the training(Planck2018)and test samples(WMAP5).Furthermore,we tested the application of the UNet-reconstructed density field to obtain the velocity&tidal field and found that this approach provides better results compared with the traditional approach based on the linear bias model,showing a 12.2%improvement in the correlation slope and a 21.1%reduction in the scatter between the predicted and true velocities.Thus,our method is highly efficient and has excellent extrapolation reliability beyond the training set.This provides an ideal solution for determining the three-dimensional underlying density field from the plentiful galaxy survey data.

To explore the livelihood status and key influencing factors of rural households in the minority areas,we collected flat data from 284 rural households in 32 villages across 12 counties of Western Sichuan from 2021 to 2022.We conducted participatory household survey on the livelihood status of the rural households and try to identify the key factors to influence their livelihood vulnerability using multiple linear regression.The results showed that:the livelihood situation of the rural households is relatively vulnerable.The vulnerability varies significantly with the income levels,education levels,and income sources.The vulnerability of farm households,categorized from low to high livelihood types,follows the sequence:non-agricultural dominant households,non-agricultural households,agricultural dominant households,and pure agricultural households.The degree of damage to the natural environment,education costs,loan opportunities,the proportion of agricultural income to annual household income,and the presence of sick people in the household have significant positive effects on the livelihood vulnerability index(LVI)of rural households;while help from relatives and friends,net income per capita,household size,household education,agricultural land area,participation in industrial organizations,number of livestock,purchase of commercial houses,drinking water source,and self-supply of food have significant negative effects.Based on the findings,we believe that local rural households operate in a complex livelihood system and recommend continuous interventions targeting key influences to provide empirical research support for areas facing similar situations.

Comparative study on the hydrogen storage performance of as-milled MgRENi rapid quenched alloy catalyzed by metal sulfides

The composites of Mg20Pr1Sm3Y1Ni10as-quenched alloy and 3 wt.% M（M = CoS, CoS2, MoS2） catalyst were prepared by high-speed vibration ball mill. The effects of metal sulfides on the hydrogenation and dehydrogenation dynamics of alloys were compared. The results show that the as-milled composites contain a large number of amorphous embedded by a small amount of nanocrystals, and there are many point defects. After ball milling, the crystal grain size in the composites containing CoS is relatively larger, followed by CoS2and MoS2again. After hydrogenation, the amorphous phase is crystallized to form Mg2NiH4, YH3, Pr8H18.96, Sm3H7, Mg, Co or Mo phases, however,Mg2Ni, YH2, PrH2and Ni3Y phases appeared after dehydrogenation. The maximum hydrogenation capacity of the composites containing CoS, CoS2and MoS2are 3.939, 4.265 and 4.507 wt.%, respectively. The hydrogenation saturation ratio of composite containing MoS2is higher than that of the composites containing CoS and CoS2. The dehydrogenation activation energy of the composites containing CoS, CoS2and MoS2is 107.76, 68.43 and 63.28 kJ.mol-1.H2. On the improvement of hydrogen storage performance of Mg20Pr1Sm3Y1Ni10alloy, the catalytic effect of MoS2sulfide is better than that of CoS2sulfide, and which is better than CoS sulfide.

Electronic healthcare systems can offer convenience but face the risk of data forgery and information leakage.To solve these issues,we propose an identity-based searchable attribute signcryption in lattice for a blockchain-based medical system(BCMS-LIDSASC).BCMS-LIDSASC achieves decentralization and anti-quantum security in the blockchain environment,and provides fine-grained access control and searchability.Furthermore,smart contracts are used to replace traditional trusted third parties,and the interplanetary file system(IPFS)is used for ciphertext storage to alleviate storage pressure on the blockchain.Compared to other schemes,BCMS-LIDSASC requires smaller key size and less storage,and has lower computation cost.It contributes to secure and efficient management of medical data and can protect patient privacy and ensure the integrity of electronic healthcare systems.

The multiple metal catalyst as a promising nanomaterial has shown excellent activity in the peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation for pollutant degradation.However,the role of special sites and in-depth understanding of the PMS activation mechanism are not fully studied.In this study,a Cu-doped CoFe_(2)O_(4)nanocatalyst(0.5CCF)was synthesized by a sol-gel and calcination method,and used for PMS activation to remove Rhodamine B(RhB).The results showed that the Cu doping obviously enhanced the catalytic performance of CoFe_(2)O_(4),with 99.70%of RhB removed by 0.5CCF while 74.91%in the CoFe_(2)O_(4)within 15 min.Based on the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical analysis,this could be ascribed to the more low valence of Co and Fe species generated on the 0.5CCF and faster electron transfers occurred in the 0.5CCF due to the Cu doping.In addition,Cu doping could provide more reaction sites for the 0.5CCF to activate PMS for RhB removal.The metal species and the surface hydroxyl were the reaction sites of PMS activation,and the surface hydroxyl played an important role in surface-bound reactive species generation.During the PMS activation,the Cu not only activated PMS to produce reactive oxygen species(ROS),but also regenerated Co^(2+)and Fe^(2+)to accelerate the PMS activation.The non-radical of ^(1)O_(2)was the main ROS with a 99.35%of contribution rate,and the SO_(5)^(·–)self-reaction was its major source.This study provides a new insight to enhance the PMS activation performance of multiple metal catalysts by Cu doping in wastewater treatment.

OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy and safety of extracorporeal shockwave therapy(ESWT)combined with sodium hyaluronate(HA)for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).METHODS:PubM ed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database,China Science and Technology Journal Database,and SinoMed were searched from inception to July 2020.The quality of the randomized controlled trials was evaluated independently by two reviewers according to the criteria in the Cochrane Collaboration for Systematic Reviews.The identified articles were then screened individually using EndnoteX9 for eligibility in this Meta-analysis.The heterogeneity among the articles was evaluated using I2.RESULTS:A total of 17 studies,comprising 2000 individuals,were included in this Meta-analysis.The results showed that a significant improvement was observed in knee pain and function based on the clinical efficacy of ESWT combined with HA.Statistical analysis of clinical efficacy showed that[relative risk(RR)=1.21,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.12,1.30),P<0.01].Statistical analysis of visual analog scale showed that[standardized mean difference(SMD)=-2.84,95%CI(-4.01,-1.66),P<0.01].Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index statistical analysis showed that[SMD=-1.57,95%CI(-2.52,-0.61),P<0.01].Lysholm score statistical analysis showed that[SMD=1.71,95%CI(0.98,2.44),P<0.01].In addition,only minor side effects,such as redness and swelling of the skin,were observed.CONCLUSIONS:Medium to low quality evidence showed that ESWT combined with HA offers an inexpensive,welltolerated,safe,and effective method to improve pain and functionality in patients with KOA.However,tightly controlled,randomized,large multicenter trials are warranted to validate the current findings.
