Spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy is a neurodegenerative disease caused by extended CAG trinucleotide repeats in the androgen receptor gene,which encodes a ligand-dependent transcription facto *** mutant androgen receptor protein,characterized by polyglutamine expansion,is prone to misfolding and forms aggregates in both the nucleus and cytoplasm in the brain in spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy *** aggregates alter protein-protein interactions and compromise transcriptional *** this study,we reported that in both cultured N2a cells and mouse brain,mutant androgen receptor with polyglutamine expansion causes reduced expression of mesencephalic astrocyte-de rived neurotrophic *** n of mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor amelio rated the neurotoxicity of mutant androgen receptor through the inhibition of mutant androgen receptor *** down endogenous mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor in the mouse brain exacerbated neuronal damage and mutant androgen receptor *** findings suggest that inhibition of mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor expression by mutant androgen receptor is a potential mechanism underlying neurodegeneration in spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy.

The Cooling Storage Ring of the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL-CSR)was constructed to study nuclear physics,atomic physics,interdisciplinary science,and related *** External Target Facility(ETF)is located in the main ring of the *** gamma detector of the ETF is built to measure emitted gamma rays with energies below 5 MeV in the center-of-mass frame and is planned to measure light fragments with energies up to 300 *** readout electronics for the gamma detector were designed and *** readout electronics consist of thirty-two front-end cards,thirty-two readout control units(RCUs),one common readout unit,one synchronization&clock unit,and one sub-trigger *** using the real-time peak-detection algorithm implemented in the RCU,the data volume can be significantly *** addition,trigger logic selection algorithms are implemented to improve the selection of useful events and reduce the data *** test results show that the integral nonlinearity of the readout electronics is less than 1%,and the energy resolution for measuring the 60 Co source is better than 5.5%.This study discusses the design and performance of the readout electronics.

A Narrow Band Chandra X-ray Analysis of SNR 3C 391

We present narrow-band and equivalent width （EW） images of the thermal composite supernova remnant （SNR） 3C 391 in the X-ray emission lines of Mg, Si and S using the Chandra ACIS Observational data. The EW images reveal the spatial distribution of the emission of the metal species Mg, Si and S in the remnant. They have a clumpy structure similar to that seen in the broadband diffuse emission, suggesting that they are largely of interstellar origin. We find an interesting finger-like feature protruding outside the southwestern radio border of the remnant, somewhat similar to the jet-like Si structure found in the famous SNR Cas A. This feature may possibly be the debris of the jet of ejecta from an asymmetrical supernova explosion of a massive progenitor star.

Yield of long-lived fission product transmutation using proton-, deuteron-, and alpha particle-induced spallation

The transmutation of long-lived fission products through spallation induced by light nuclides was investi-gated for the purpose of determining the feasibility of this approach for long-lived fission products,in both economic and environmental *** cross-section data were obtained from the TALYS Evaluated Nuclear Data Library(TENDL).A thick target model was used to study the consumption of the target isotopes in the transmutation *** transmutation yield was calculated using the highest beam intensity available with the China initiative accelerator-driven *** was found that the light nuclide-induced spallation reaction can significantly reduce the radio toxicity of the investigated long-lived fission *** the transmutation target made of elemental LLFP and the proton beam with an intensity of 5 mA,the consumption of 90 Sr,93 Zr,107 Pd,or 137 Cs can reach approximately 500 g per year.

环评与排污许可“两证审批合一”是指环评批复与排污许可证同时申请、同时办理、同时办结的一种新型行政许可模式,其形式上表现为两项行政许可,而实质上是一项行政许可。基于实践面向考量,环评与排污许可“两证审批合一”立足于“放管服”政府职能转变背景,由地方先试先行,具有较强的环境政策导向性特点,是提高行政效率、优化营商环境的探索,也是对“放管服”改革与制度衔接需求的回应。但从法律实施角度分析,此项改革尚未纳入法治化轨道,受困于缺乏立法支撑、范围衔接脱节、内容于法无据且存在重效率轻法治等问题。因此,对于“两证审批合一”的改革是否应当继续应持必要的谨慎态度。

Fundamental groups, homology equivalences and one-sided h-cobordisms

We give a necessary and sufficient condition for the fundamental group homomorphism of a map between CW-complexes(manifolds) to induce partial homology equivalences. As applications, we obtain characterizations of fundamental groups of homology spheres and Moore manifolds. Moreover, a classification of one-sided h-cobordism of manifolds up to diffeomorphisms is obtained, based on Quillen's plus construction with Whitehead torsions.

Research and Design of Reconfigurable Matrix Multiplication over Finite Field in VLIW Processor

Matrix multiplication plays a pivotal role in the symmetric cipher algorithms, but it is one of the most complex and time consuming units, its performance directly affects the efficiency of cipher algorithms. Combined with the characteristics of VLIW processor and matrix multiplication of symmetric cipher algorithms, this paper extracted the reconfigurable elements and analyzed the principle of matrix multiplication, then designed the reconfigurable architecture of matrix multiplication of VLIW processor further, at last we put forward single instructions for matrix multiplication between 4×1 and 4×4 matrix or two 4×4 matrix over GF(2~8), through the instructions extension, the instructions could support larger dimension operations. The experiment shows that the instructions we designed supports different dimensions matrix multiplication and improves the processing speed of multiplication greatly.

目的探讨七走操训练在接受内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年8月至2022年8月南阳市中心医院接受ESD术的患者90例,抽签随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。两组均接受快速康复外科理念下的围手术期管理,对照组围手术期接受健康教育,观察组在以上基础上术前接受七走操训练。比较两组下床活动、首次肛门排气和排便及住院时间;比较两组患者入院及出院时焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分;比较两组患者出院准备度量表(RHDS)各项评分,包括身体状况、疾病知识、应对能力、预期社会支持等各项评分;比较两组入院时、出院后1个月的简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评分。结果观察组术后下床活动、首次肛门排气和排便及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组出院时SAS评分、SDS评分均低于同组入院时(P<0.05);观察组出院时SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组出院时(P<0.05)。观察组出院时身体状况、应对能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组出院后1个月健康状况、社会功能、情感职能、生理功能各项评分均高于同组入院时(P<0.05);观察组出院后1个月健康状况、社会功能、情感职能、生理功能各项评分均高于对照组出院后(P<0.05)。结论术前进行七走操训练,可有效促进ESD患者术后早期康复,减轻患者负性情绪,改善其生活质量。

The utilization of big Earth data has provided insights into the planet we inhabit in unprecedented dimensions and *** the concealed causal connections within intricate data holds paramount importance for attaining a profound comprehension of the Earth *** methods founded on correlation have predominated in Earth system science(ESS)for a long ***,correlation does not imply causation,especially when confronted with spurious correlations resulting from big ***,traditional correlation and regression methods are inadequate for addressing causation related problems in the Earth *** recent years,propelled by advancements in causal theory and inference methods,particularly the maturity of causal discovery and causal graphical models,causal inference has demonstrated vigorous vitality in various research directions in the Earth system,such as regularities revealing,processes understanding,hypothesis testing,and physical models *** paper commences by delving into the origins,connotations,and development of causality,subsequently outlining the principal frameworks of causal inference and the commonly used methods in ***,it reviews the applications of causal inference in the main branches of the Earth system and summarizes the challenges and development directions of causal inference in *** the big Earth data era,as an important method of big data analysis,causal inference,along with physical model and machine learning,can assist the paradigm transformation of ESS from a model-driven paradigm to a paradigm of integration of both mechanism and *** forward,the establishment of a meticulously structured and normalized causal theory can act as a foundational cornerstone for fostering causal cognition in ESS and propel the leap from fragmented research towards a comprehensive understanding of the Earth system.
