We propose a scheme for realizing the long-term continuous output of an atom *** this scheme the cold atoms in several subsidiary Bose-Einstein condensates(BEC)will be coupled one by one in turn into one main BEC which serves for the continuous output of a coherent atomic *** discuss the process of the phase unification of the newly entered BEC atoms with the remaining atoms in the main BEC *** ideal dynamical equilibrium can be established when the transition rate of the uncondensed atoms transforming into the condensate and the decay rate of coupling output satisfy some *** coupling method from the subsidiary BEC to the main BEC and the time rates of all different processes are considered.

We have trapped a cold sample of cesium atoms in a magneto-optical *** damped harmonic force of magneto-optical trap was used to capture and trap the cesium atoms directly from a room temperature *** 1.5×10^(7) cesium atoms with a density of 3×10^(9) atoms/cm^(3) formed a 4mm^(3) cesium atomic cloud with temperature below 500μK.

Based on the realization of magneto-optical trap for cesium atom in China,great improvement is achieved on its *** the new experimental setup,a laser battery in stepwise injection-locking scheme is developed as laser source,which has more output power and better beam quality than the previous *** the optimum working condition,cesium atoms of more than 10^(9) with the density of 10^(11) atoms/cm^(3) are trapped to form an atomic cloud with the diameter of *** with previous results,both the number of trapped atoms and the density of atomic cloud are increased in two orders of magnitude.

Based on an improved optical system,which consists of six laser diodes with two injection locking stages and control set-ups of the intensity and frequency of the laser,we have achieved the first optical molasses in *** time-of-flight(TOF)signal of the cloud of Cs atoms has been obtained,and an analytical-formula for measuring the temperature of the atomic cloud from its TOF signal is *** lowest temperature of the cloud of Cs atoms is measured to be 10μK.

Based on the geographic information system (GIS) technology, ArcInfo software was adopted to collect, process andanalyze spatial data of Guangdong Province for an evaluation of soil resource quality. The overlay analysis method wasused in combining evaluation factors of Guangdong soil resource quality to determine the evaluation units. Because ofits favorable convergent speed and its ability to search solutions, the immune algorithm was applied to the soil resourcequality evaluation model. At the same time, the evaluation results of this newly proposed method were compared to twoother methods: sum of index and fuzzy synthetic. The results indicated that the immune algorithm reflected the actualcondition of soil resource quality more exactly.

Background：Bisdemethoxycurcumin （BDMC） is an active component of curcumin and a chemotherapeutic agent,which has been suggested to inhibit tumor growth,invasion and metastasis in multiple *** its contribution and mechanism of action in invasion and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） are not very ***,we tried to study the effects of BDMC on regulation of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition （EMT）,which is closely linked to tumor cell invasion and ***：In this study,we first induced transforming growth factor-βl （TGF-β1） mediated EMT in highly metastatic lung cancer 95D ***,we studied the effects of BDMC on invasion and migration of 95D *** addition,EMT markers expressions were also analyzed by western blot and immunofluorescence *** contribution of Wnt inhibitory factor-1 （WIF-1） in regulating BDMC effects on TGF-β1 induced EMT were further analyzed by its overexpression and small interfering RNA knockdown ***：It was observed that BDMC inhibited the TGF-β1 induced EMT in 95D ***,it also inhibited the Wnt signaling pathway by upregulating WIF-1 protein *** addition,WIF-1 manipulation studies further revealed that WIF-1 is a central molecule mediating BDMC response towards TGF-β1 induced EMT by regulating cell invasion and ***：Our study concluded that BDMC effects on TGF-β1 induced EMT in NSCLC are mediated through WIF-1 and elucidated a novel mechanism of EMT regulation by BDMC.

Analytic expressions have been derived of the alternating current(ac)Zeeman and ac Stark effect in an atomic beam magnetic resonance method using Ramsey separated oscillating *** interesting feature which will affect the normal Ramsey pattern is that an interference fringe is superimposed on the dispersion lineshapes of the normal ac Zeeman or ac Stark *** point out that this new character of ac Zeeman(ac Stark)effect generally exists in all kinds of Ramsey method,for example,in the optical Ramsey atomic interferometer and atomic beam frequency *** important implication is that,particularly in an atomic beam frequency standard using Ramsey method,this effect has an influence on the evaluation of the second-order Doppler frequency shift.

Drop-drop coalescence is important in electric dehydrators used for oil-water separation in the oil *** deformation degree,angle between the electric field and the center line of two drops,effects of intensities and frequencies of the electric field have been studied by analyzing droplet ***,seldom have people investigated the movement and the relative velocity in the process of dropdrop *** this paper forces acting on a single droplet and horizontal water droplets in an AC electric field were analyzed,and experiments were carried out to investigate the deformation,movement and coalescence characteristics of droplets with white oil and *** a micro high-speed camera system and image processing technology,the droplet images were collected and *** results indicate that the deformation is mainly affected by the electric field intensity,frequency,droplet diameter and the oil *** field strength and large diameter facilitate deformation of drops in the electric *** effect of frequency and oil viscosity is not *** frequency and higher oil viscosity will lead to smaller oscillation *** effect of electric field intensity and droplet diameter on oscillation amplitude is not *** the center-to-center distance between droplets is large,the forces acting on droplets in the horizontal direction are mainly dipole-dipole attraction and drag *** is also the film-thinning force when droplets get *** forces are simplified and *** on force analysis and Newton＇s second law,the relative movement is analyzed in different parts,and the relationship of center-to-center distance and time is in accordance with an explinear function at different *** to experimental data,the movement of 145 μm double droplets before coalescence can be fitted well with an explinear function at two *** addition,the whole movement process is investigated and can be estimated with
