集群中小企业协同新创平台的资源行动机制——构建数字产业集群的路径探索

以往研究较多关注企业借助大型平台赋能推进数字化转型,而对集群中小企业与新创平台的协同共创过程关注不足,在产业集群数字化转型情境下,集群中小企业与新创平台犹如“难兄难弟”,共同面对资源困境。为此,通过对宁波模具集群企业与创元信息模具工业互联网平台共创案例的研究,发现集群中小企业协同新创平台开展数字化转型,是以共同资源焦点驱动的资源行动演进。在资源探索阶段,集群中小企业可以协同新创平台采用“启发式拼凑”,回应“资源盘活”焦点,但难以解决资源池不足的问题;在资源构建阶段,集群中小企业协同新创平台开展“启发式拼凑”和“模仿式编排”的互动,回应“资源匹配”焦点,缓解了资源获取张力,但如何将资源转换成数字化转型能力仍存在诸多挑战;在资源能力化阶段,集群中小企业协同新创平台可以在“启发式拼凑”和“模仿式编排”互动的基础上引入“渐进式协奏”,并开展循环迭代,回应“资源系统”焦点,缓解资源转换张力。基于“相对对称”赋能情境的研究结论对我国加快产业集群数字化转型具有启示意义。

The presence of horizontal layered rocks in tunnel engineering significantly impacts the stability and strength of the surrounding rock mass,leading to floor heave in the *** study focused on preparing layered specimens of rock-like material with varying thickness to investigate the failure behaviors of tunnel *** results indicate that thin-layered rock mass exhibits weak interlayer bonding,causing rock layers near the surface to buckle and break upwards when subjected to horizontal *** an increase in the layer thickness,a transition in failure mode occurs from upward buckling to shear failure along the plane,leading to a noticeable reduction in floor heave *** primary cause of significant deformation in floor heave is upward buckling *** address this issue,the study proposes the installation of a partition wall in the middle of the floor to mitigate heave deformation of the rock *** results demonstrate that the partition wall has a considerable stabilizing effect on the floor,reducing the zone of buckling failure and minimizing floor heave *** is crucial for the partition wall to be sufficiently high to prevent buckling failure and ensure *** simulation calculations on an engineering example,it is confirmed that implementing a partition wall can effectively reduce floor heave and enhance the stability of tunnel floor.

A warming-wetting climate trend has led to increased runoff in most watersheds in the Tian Shan Mountains over the past few ***,it remains unclear how runoff components,that is,rainfall runoff(Rrain),snowmelt runoff(Rsnow),and glacier meltwater(Rglacier),responded to historical climate change and how they will evolve under future climate change ***,we used a modified Hydrologiska Byrans Vattenbalansavdelning(HBV)model and a detrending method to quantify the impact of precipitation and temperature changes on runoff components in the largest river(Manas River)on the northern slope of the Tian Shan Mountains from 1982 to 2015.A multivariate calibration strategy,including snow cover,glacier area,and runoff was implemented to constrain model parameters associated with runoff *** downscaled outputs of 12 general circulation models(GCMs)from the Sixth Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP6)were also used to force the modified HBV model to project the response of runoff and its components to future(2016-2100)climate change under three common socio-economic pathways(SSP126,SSP245,and SSP585).The results indicate that Rrain dominates mean annual runoff with a proportion of 42%,followed by Rsnow(37%)and Rglacier(21%).In terms of inter-annual variation,Rrain and Rsnow show increasing trends(0.93(p0.05)mm per year),while Rglacier exhibits an insignificant(p>0.05)decreasing trend(-0.12 mm per year),leading to an increasing trend in total runoff(1.12 mm per year,p>0.05).The attribution analysis indicates that changes in precipitation and temperature contribute 8.16 and 10.37 mm,respectively,to the increase in runoff at the mean annual *** wetting(increased precipitation)increases Rrain(5.03 mm)and Rsnow(3.19 mm)but has a limited effect on Rglacier(-0.06 mm),while warming increases Rrain(10.69 mm)and Rglacier(5.79 mm)but decreases Rsnow(-6.12 mm).The negative effect of glacier shrinkage on Rglacier has outweighed the

Plenty of gold deposits related to Late Mesozoic craton destruction are widely distributed in eastern North China Craton. However, significant differences in research degrees, ore-forming characteristics, and proven reserves exist among different regions in the North China Craton. The Liaodong Peninsula has similar regional geological characteristics to those of the Jiaodong Peninsula, with both experiencing craton destruction during Late Mesozoic, but the two areas have substantial differences in terms of gold mineralization and the proven gold resources. Based on regional geology, Mesozoic magmatictectonic evolution and ore geology, combined with integrated geophysical exploration and big data AI resource prediction, in this paper, we propose that the ore-forming materials of Late Mesozoic gold deposits in Liaodong were mainly originated from mantle-derived melts and/or fluids induced by craton destruction. The gold deposits were primarily controlled by NE-NNEtrending faults, mainly classified as fracture-controlled altered rock-type and sulfide-bearing quartz vein-type. Moreover, our study predicts that the Yalu River fault zone and its related secondary faults, as well as the periphery and deeper parts of known goldfields, are the important regions for future gold resource exploration. The Yalu River metallogenic belt has an enormous potential for gold resources, and the Liaodong Peninsula has a potential to add thousands of tons of gold resources.

The appropriate terminal attitude of missile is important to improve the damage effectiveness of fragmentation warhead against aircraft *** this paper,three missile terminal attitude selection methods are proposed to solve the problem of terminal attitude selection in different situations according to their respective evaluation *** MVE-based method uses the damage probability of each detonation point around the aircraft at a given attitude of missile to calculate the Mean Volume of Effectiveness(MVE)at the corresponding attitude,and then uses the MVE for different attitudes to select the terminal strike *** detonation position-based method addresses the case where the missile detonation position can be assessed in *** the effects of missile guidance errors and fuze activation position errors,Monte Carlo simulations are used to calculate the damage probability of aircraft with different strike attitudes,from which the terminal strike attitude is *** BP-ANN model-based method uses the constructed Back Propagation Artificial Neural Network(BP-ANN)model instead of simulation to calculate the evaluation indexes in the corresponding cases of MVE-based method and Detonation position-based method,which can improve the efficiency of attitude *** are conducted for different scenarios to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

The formation control of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(multi-UAVs)has always been a research *** on the straight line trajectory,a multi-UAVs target point assignment algorithm based on the assignment probability is proposed to achieve the shortest overall formation path of multi-UAVs with low complexity and reduce the energy *** order to avoid the collision between UAVs in the formation process,the concept of safety ball is introduced,and the collision detection based on continuous motion of two time slots and the lane occupation detection after motion is proposed to avoid collision between *** on the idea of game theory,a method of UAV motion form setting based on the maximization of interests is proposed,including the maximization of self-interest and the maximization of formation interest is proposed,so that multi-UAVs can complete the formation task quickly and reasonably with the linear trajectory assigned in ***,through simulation verification,the multi-UAVs target assignment algorithm based on the assignment probability proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the total path length,and the UAV motion selection method based on the maximization interests can effectively complete the task formation.

In this work,we present the investigation of the quantum dot color filter(QDCF)micro-light emitting diode(micro-LED)*** and red quantum dot photoresist(QDPR)materials are patterned into a pixelated array and precisely bonded with an all-blue micro-light emitting diode(micro-LED)substrate,forming a red,green,and blue(RGB)full color display through color conversion.A few factors that influence the achievable color gamut are further *** resulting 1.1-inch 228-pixels per inch(ppi)display demo shows the good *** findings in this paper pave a way to the future industrialization of the micro-LED display.
