蛋白质精氨酸甲基转移酶1(PRMT1)是蛋白质精氨酸甲基转移酶家族中的一员,通过将甲基从S-腺苷-L-甲硫氨酸转移到末端胍基氮原子以甲基化精氨酸残基,催化精氨酸残基的单甲基化和不对称二甲基化。研究发现,PRMT1位于细胞核和细胞质内,参与哺乳动物转录调节、信号转导和DNA损伤修复等过程,并通过多种方式影响肿瘤的增殖、凋亡、转移及耐药等生物学过程,在恶性肿瘤的发生过程中发挥着十分重要的作用。此外,PRMT1还是多种癌症预后不良的生物标志物,其抑制剂能够抑制部分肿瘤的生长。PRMT1与肿瘤的生物学特性密切相关,影响癌症患者的预后。本文主要就PRMT1在消化系统肿瘤中不同的作用靶点以及参与的信号通路做一综述,并简要概括PRMT1抑制剂联合治疗策略,以期为消化系统肿瘤的临床治疗及预后提供新思路。

目的比较罗沙司他与重组人促红细胞生成素治疗慢性肾性贫血的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析北部战区总医院自2020年6月1日至2022年12月31日收治的178例慢性肾病伴贫血患者的临床资料。根据治疗方法不同将患者分入促红素组(n=88)和罗沙司他组(n=90)。促红素组使用重组人促红细胞生成素注射液皮下注射;罗沙司他组口服罗沙司他胶囊。比较两组患者的基线资料,治疗前后的贫血相关指标,以及不良事件发生情况。结果两组患者基线资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前和治疗后贫血相关指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);促红素组患者治疗后的红细胞计数、红细胞压积较治疗前有升高趋势,罗沙司他组患者治疗后的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积较治疗前有升高趋势。根据临床实际情况,两组患者接受了14 d或15~28 d的治疗。两组患者治疗前和治疗14 d后贫血相关指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗14 d后的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积较治疗前均有升高趋势。两组患者治疗前和治疗15~28 d后的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);促红素组患者治疗15~28 d后的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积较治疗前有升高趋势;罗沙司他组患者治疗15~28 d后的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论罗沙司他和重组人促红素均可改善慢性肾性贫血患者的贫血,且罗沙司他治疗效果更优。

Alzheimer’s disease is characterized by two major neuropathological hallmarks—the extracellular β-amyloid plaques and intracellular neurofibrillary tangles consisting of aggregated and hyperphosphorylated Tau protein. Recent studies suggest that dysregulation of the microtubuleassociated protein Tau, especially specific proteolysis, could be a driving force for Alzheimer’s disease neurodegeneration. Tau physiologically promotes the assembly and stabilization of microtubules, whereas specific truncated fragments are sufficient to induce abnormal hyperphosphorylation and aggregate into toxic oligomers, resulting in them gaining prion-like characteristics. In addition, Tau truncations cause extensive impairments to neural and glial cell functions and animal cognition and behavior in a fragment-dependent manner. This review summarizes over 60 proteolytic cleavage sites and their corresponding truncated fragments, investigates the role of specific truncations in physiological and pathological states of Alzheimer’s disease, and summarizes the latest applications of strategies targeting Tau fragments in the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.

Aflatoxins produced primarily by two closely related fungi, Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus, are mutagenic and carcinogenic in animals and humans. Of many approaches investigated to manage aflatoxin contamination, bio-logical control method has shown great promise. Numerous organisms, including bacteria, yeasts and nontoxigenic fungal strains of A. flavus and A. parasiticus, have been tested for their ability in controlling aflatoxin contamination. Great successes in reducing aflatoxin contamination have been achieved by application of nontoxigenic strains of A. flavus and A. parasiticus in fields of cotton, peanut, maize and pistachio. The nontoxigenic strains applied to soil occupy the same niches as the natural occurring toxigenic strains. They, therefore, are capable of competing and displacing toxigenic strains. In this paper, we review recent development in biological control of aflatoxin contamination.

Biomass chitosan(CS)was used as a template,graphitic phase carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))with high nitrogen content and certain catalytic activity was used as a dopant,and nano-transition metal cobalt(Co)was used as a catalytic center *** carbon aerogel(C(CS)/g-C_(3)N_(4)/Co)with a three-dimensional network-like structure was prepared by assembling the three materials through experimental operations such as freeze-drying and high-temperature *** was demonstrated by scanning and transmission characterization that the CS in the carbon aerogel could provide more active sites for the cobalt nanoparticles,and the doping of graphite-phase carbon nitride as a template dispersed the cobalt nanoparticles and changed the conductivity of the *** investigate the catalytic effect of carbon aerogel on ammonium perchlorate(AP),it was investigated by differential thermal analyzer and TG thermal *** carbon aerogel was very effective in catalyzing AP,and the 10 wt% content of the catalyst reduced the AP pyrolysis peak from 703.9 to 595.5 *** to further investigate the synergistic effect of the three materials,further carbon aerogels such as C(CS)/Co,g-C_(3)N_(4)/Co were prepared and applied to catalyze AP,and the same ratio reduced the AP pyrolysis peak by 98.1℃ and 97.7℃.This result indicates a synergistic effect of the assembly of the three materials.

The Gerdjikov-Ivanov(GI)hierarchy is derived via recursion operator,in this article,we mainly investigate the third-order flow GI *** the framework of the Riemann-Hilbert method,the soliton matrices of the third-order flow GI equation with simple zeros and elementary high-order zeros of Riemann-Hilbert problem are constructed through the standard dressing *** advantage of this result,some properties and asymptotic analysis of single soliton solution and two soliton solution are discussed,and the simple elastic interaction of two soliton are *** with soliton solution of the classical second-order flow,we find that the higher-order dispersion term affects the propagation velocity,propagation direction and amplitude of the ***,by means of a certain limit technique,the high-order soliton solution matrix for the third-order flow GI equation is derived.
