shrimp(Penaeus vannamei)proteins have been shown an allergenic potential;however,little information is available on the sensitizing and eliciting capacity of shrimp protein digestion *** this study,a BALB/c mice model was used to explore the allergenicity of shrimp protein sample(sPs)and their gastric and gastrointestinal digestion products(GDs/GIDs).As compared with the sPs groups,the GDs/GIDs groups caused lower specific immunoglobulins(Ig E/Ig G1)levels(Ps,indicating that the digestion products sensitized the ***,spleen index,mouse mast cell protease-1(m MCP-1)concentration and proportion of degranulated mast cells were significantly reduced in the GDs/GIDs groups(Psimultaneously,allergic symptoms,vascular permeability and histopathological changes of tissues were ***,the allergenicity of digestion products cannot be eliminated and still cause systemic allergic reactions in *** study showed that the digestion products of shrimp still had high sensitizing and eliciting capacity.

Uncertainty is an essentially challenging for safe construction and long-term stability of geotechnical *** inverse analysis is commonly utilized to determine the physico-mechanical ***,conventional inverse analysis cannot deal with uncertainty in geotechnical and geological *** this study,a framework was developed to evaluate and quantify uncertainty in inverse analysis based on the reduced-order model(ROM)and probabilistic *** ROM was utilized to capture the mechanical and deformation properties of surrounding rock mass in geomechanical *** programming was employed to evaluate uncertainty during construction in geotechnical engineering.A circular tunnel was then used to illustrate the proposed framework using analytical and numerical *** results show that the geomechanical parameters and associated uncertainty can be properly obtained and the proposed framework can capture the mechanical behaviors under ***,a slope case was employed to demonstrate the performance of the developed *** results prove that the proposed framework provides a scientific,feasible,and effective tool to characterize the properties and physical mechanism of geomaterials under uncertainty in geotechnical engineering problems.

Analysis of China’s PM_(2.5)and ozone coordinated control strategy based on the observation data from 2015 to 2020

The coordinated control of PM_(2.5)and ozone has become the strategic goal of national air pollution *** the gradual decline in PM_(2.5)concentration and the aggravation of ozone pollution,a better understanding of the coordinated control of PM_(2.5)and ozone is urgently ***,we collected and sorted air pollutant data for 337 cities from 2015 to 2020 to explore the characteristics of PM_(2.5)and ozone pollution based on China’s five major air pollution *** results show that it is necessary to continue to strengthen the emission reduction in PM_(2.5)and ozone precursors,and control NO_(x) and VOCs while promoting a dramatic emission reduction in PM_(2.5).The primary method of curbing ozone pollution is to strengthen the emission control of VOCs,with a long-term strategy of achieving substantial emission reductions in NO_(x),because VOCs and NO_(x) are also precursors to PM_(2.5);hence,their reductions also contribute to the reduction in PM_(2.5).Therefore,the implementation of a multipollutant emission reduction control strategy aimed at the prevention and control of PM_(2.5)and ozone pollution is the only means to realize the coordinated control of PM_(2.5)and ozone.

Rice canopy temperature is affected by nitrogen fertilizer

Canopy temperature strongly influences crop yield formation and is closely related to plant physiological ***, the effects of nitrogen treatment on canopy temperature and rice growth have yet to be comprehensively examined. We conducted a two-year field experiment with three rice varieties(HD-5, NJ-9108, and yJ-805) and three nitrogen treatments(zero-N control(CK), 200 kg ha~(–1)(MN), and 300 kg ha~(–1)(HN)). We measured canopy temperature using a drone equipped with a high-precision camera at the six stages of the growth period. Generally,canopy temperature was significantly higher for CK than for MN and HN during the tillering, jointing, booting, and heading stages. The temperature was not significantly different among the nitrogen treatments between the milky and waxy stages. The canopy temperature of different rice varieties was found to follow the order: HD-5>NJ-9108>yJ-805, but the difference was not significant. The canopy temperature of rice was mainly related to plant traits, such as shoot fresh weight(correlation coefficient r=–0.895), plant water content(–0.912), net photosynthesis(–0.84), stomatal conductance(–0.91), transpiration rate(–0.90), and leaf stomatal area(–0.83). A structural equation model(sEM) showed that nitrogen fertilizer was an important factor affecting the rice canopy *** study revealed:(1) A suite of plant traits was associated with the nitrogen effects on canopy temperature,(2) the heading stage was the best time to observe rice canopy temperature, and(3) at that stage, canopy temperature was negatively correlated with rice yield, panicle number, and grain number per panicle. This study suggests that canopy temperature can be a convenient and accurate indicator of rice growth and yield prediction.

Covert communication can conceal the existence of wireless transmission and thus has the ability to address information security transfer issue in many applications of the booming Internet of Things(IoT).However,the proliferation of sensing devices has generated massive amounts of data,which has increased the burden of covert *** the spatiotemporal correlation of data collection causing redundancy between data,eliminating duplicate data before transmission is beneficial for shortening transmission time,reducing the average received signal power of warden,and ultimately realizing covert *** this paper,we propose to apply delta compression technology in the gateway to reduce the amount of data generated by IoT devices,and then sent it to the cloud *** this end,a cost model and evaluation method that is closer to the actual storage mode of computer systems is been *** on which,the delta version sequence obtained by existing delta compression algorithms is no longer compact,manifested by the still high *** this situation,we designed the correction scheme based on instructions merging(CsIM)correction to save costs by merging ***,the delta version sequence is divided into five categories and corresponding merge rules were ***,for any COPy/ADD class delta compression algorithm,merge according to strict to relaxed to selection rules while generating ***,a more cost-effective delta version sequence can be *** experimental results on random data show that the delta version sequences output by the CsIM corrected 1.5-pass and greedy algorithms have better performance in cost reducing.

Tree radial growth can have significantly differ-ent responses to climate change depending on the *** elucidate the effects of climate on radial growth and stable carbon isotope(δ^(13)C)fractionation of Qing-hai spruce(Picea crassifolia),a widely distributed native conifer in northwestern China in different environments,we developed chronologies for tree-ring widths and δ^(13)C in trees on the southern and northern slopes of the Qilian Mountains,and analysed the relationship between these tree-ring variables and major climatic ***-ring widths were strongly influenced by climatic factors early in the growing season,and the radial growth in trees on the northern slopes was more sensitive to climate than in trees on the ***-ring δ^(13)C was more sensitive to climate than radial growth.δ^(13)C fractionation was mainly influenced by summer temperature and precipitation early in the growing *** conductance more strongly limited stable carbon isotope fractionation in tree rings than photosynthetic rate *** response between tree rings and climate in mountains gradually weakened as climate *** in radial growth and stable carbon isotope fractionation of *** in response to climate in the Qilian Mountains may be further complicated by continued climate change.

The two-spotted spider mite,Tetranychus urticae Koch,is one of the most harmful pests in many agroecosystems *** effectively manage this pest,there is an urgent need to develop novel bio-active acaricides that support integrated pest management strategies targeting *** this study,we explored the acaricidal effects of xenocoumacin 1 (Xcn1) on *** and its predator Neoseiulus californicus using the highly puri?ed ***1 was extracted and purified from the cell-free supernatant of the Xenorhabdus nematophila CB6 mutant constructed by the easy promoter activated compound identi?cation (easyPACId) *** the concentration of Xcn1 exceeded 100μg mL~(–1),the survival rate of spider mite adults declined to below 40%and the fecundity was decreased by 80%at six days *** concentrations of 25 and 50μg mL~(–1),Xcn1 signi?cantly impeded spider mite development by inhibiting the ***,neither concentration had any adverse effects on the survival or reproduction of the predatory mite *** results from laboratory and semi-?eld experiments consistently demonstrated the effectiveness of the antimicrobial metabolite Xcn1 in controlling pest mites at both the molecular and physiological *** study offers a promising possibility that combines the compatible biocontrol agents of Xcn1 and predatory mites for integrated pest mite control.
