In addition to being used for pattern transfer,the negative photoresist SU-8 iswidely used as a structural material in microelectromechanical systems(mEmS).Due to its good photopatternability,SU-8 has lower manufacturing costs than many other materials,but its mechanical properties are relatively weak to some extent,which limits its *** mechanical properties of epoxy-like SU-8 can be enhanced by addingmicro-or nano-fillers such as carbon nanotube,clay,and SiC nanowire,which have superior elastic *** this study,SiC nanowires were used to improve the mechanical properties of SU-8 while the SU-8 retains its *** SiC nanowires were uniformly dispersed in SU-8 by stirring and ***-8 materials with different SiC nanowire contents were fabricated into dog bone samples by *** elastic modulus,storage modulus,and damping factor of the samples were measured by the Dynamic mechanical analysis(DmA)*** experiment result shows that the rigidity and toughness increased,and the damping *** 2 wt%SiC nanowires-reinforced SU-8 had a 73.88%increase in elastic modulus and a 103.4%increase in elongation at ***,a spring component made by SiC-doped SU-8 could withstand greater *** SiC nanowires-reinforced SU-8 has the potential tomeet higher requirements in the design andmanufacture of mEmS and greatly reduce the manufacturing costs of mEmS devices.

Exploring the native defects of zeolites is highly important for understanding the properties of zeolites, such as catalysis and optics. Here, ITQ-16 films were prepared via the secondary growth method in the presence of Ge atoms. Various intrinsic defects of ITQ-16 films were fully studied through photoluminescence and FTIR characterizations. It was found that both the as-synthesized and calcined ITQ-16 films displayed multicolor photolumines- cence including ultraviolet, blue, green and red emissions by exciting upon appropriate wavelengths. The results in- dicate that Si--OH and non-bridging oxygen hole centers（NBOHCs） are responsible for the origin of green and red emissions at 540--800 nm, while according to a variety of emission bands of calcined ITQ-16 film, blue emission bands at around 446 and 462 nm are attributed to peroxy free radicals（≡SiO2＊）, ultraviolet emissions ranging from 250 nm to 450 nm are suggested originating from a singlet-to-triplet transition of two-fold-coordinated Si and Ge, respectively.

Fast and accurate prediction of urban flood is of considerable practical importance to mitigate the effects of frequent flood disasters in *** improve urban flood prediction efficiency and accuracy,we proposed a framework for fast mapping of urban flood:a coupled model based on physical mechanisms was first constructed,a rainfall-inundation database was generated,and a hybrid flood mapping model was finally proposed using the multi-objective random forest(mORF)*** results show that the coupled model had good reliability in modelling urban flood,and 48 rainfall-inundation scenarios were then *** proposed hybrid mORF model in the framework also demonstrated good performance in predicting inundated depth under the observed and scenario rainfall *** spatial inundated depths predicted by the mORF model were close to those of the coupled model,with differences typically less than 0.1 m and an average correlation coefficient reaching *** mORF model,however,achieved a computational speed of 200 times faster than the coupled *** overall prediction performance of the mORF model was also better than that of the k-nearest neighbor *** research provides a novel approach to rapid urban flood mapping and flood early warning.
