减小曲轴油封的摩擦力矩可以提高轻型车辆发动机的燃油效率。轻型车辆发动机的曲轴一般采用弹簧径向氟橡胶唇形油封,但是公交车和卡车发动机的曲轴广泛采用轴向硅橡胶唇形油封。轴向机油油封的主唇负荷小、力矩小、可靠性高。在曲轴转动时,轴向唇形油封可持久地保证油封唇和抛油环之间不受污染,因此使用寿命长。将轴向唇形油封应用于轻型车辆发动机,可以实现发动机的低摩擦和高可靠性。在曲轴高速转动时,传统轴向油封的抛油环会有轻微的机油泄漏。为解决该问题,开发了能防止机油泄漏的新型抛油环。实际观察了机油泄漏情况并评估了油封唇对抛油环的跟随性。评估证实,在曲轴高速转动时,油封唇和抛油环之间的间隙相对较小。新开发的轴向唇形油封的摩擦力矩比传统的径向唇形油封小60%。该开发适用于轻型车辆发动机的轴向唇形油封,并具有低摩擦和高可靠性的特点。

Development of the telencephalon relies upon several signaling centers-localized cellular populations that supply secreted factors to pattern the cortical *** such signaling center is the cortical hem,which arises during embryonic development at the telencephalic dorsal midline,adjacent to the choroid plexus and hippocampal primordium(Figure 1A).While the cortical hem has also been described in reptiles and birds,most of our knowledge about the developmental roles of the cortical hem is derived from the analysis in *** cortical hem produces several types of secreted molecules,including wingless-related integration site(Wnt)and bone morphogenetic(Bmp)*** cortical hem is particularly important for the development of the hippocampus,which is involved in learning and memory,and the neocortex,which is the most complex brain region that mediates multiple types of behavior and higher cognitive functions(Mangale et al.,2008;Dal-Valle-Anton and Borrell,2022).

A series of shake-table tests was conducted by inserting and replacing 4 different types of dampers,or by removing them in a full-scale 5-story steel frame building. The objective is to validate response-control technologies that are increasingly adopted for major Japanese buildings without being attested to-date by a major earthquake. Test results are briefly described,and good performance of the dampers and frame demonstrated. The concepts of the full-scale building tests and various contributions are discussed. The difficulty associated with full-scale dynamic testing is explained.

In this article,we explored the role of adipose tissue,especially mesenteric adipose tissue and creeping fat,and its association with the gut microbiota in the pathophysiology and progression of Crohn’s disease(CD).CD is a form of inflammatory bowel disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract,influenced by genetic predisposition,gut microbiota dysbiosis,and environmental *** microbiota plays a crucial role in modulating immune response and intestinal inflammation and is associated with the onset and progression of ***,visceral adipose tissue,particularly creeping fat,a mesenteric adipose tissue characterized by hypertrophy and fibrosis,has been implicated in CD pathogenesis,inflammation,and *** bacteria from the gut microbiota may translocate into mesenteric adipose tissue,contributing to the formation of creeping fat and influencing CD *** creeping fat may be a protective barrier against bacterial invasion,its expansion can damage adjacent tissues,leading to *** gut microbiota through interventions such as fecal microbiota transplantation,probiotics,and prebiotics has shown potential in managing ***,more research is needed to clarify the mechanisms linking gut dysbiosis,creeping fat,and CD progression and develop targeted therapies for microbiota modulation and fat-related complications in patients with CD.

Vaporization behavior of lead from the FeO-CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3 slag system

Vaporization behavior （1163-1463 K） of lead in the slag system of FeO-CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 with CaC% was examined. A thermodynamic estimation with the principle of Gibbs free energy minimization showed that the major vapor species from the sample of the FeO-CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 system＋PbO＋CaCl2 were metallic Pb, PbCl, PbCl2, and FeCl2, at the experimental temperature range. The experimental results show that the mole ratio of vaporized Cl in lead chlorides to vaporized Pb, simply expressed as Cl/Pb decreases with increasing temperature. The larger Cl/Pb means a larger ratio of gaseous PbCl2, since metallic Pb and PbCl vapors are formed in a similar reduction atmosphere. The evaporation is initially rapid and becomes steady after holding for 10 min. Gaseous PbCl2 is mainly formed during the heating period, and at the holding stage, it reacts with FeO to produce gaseous FeCl2 With regard to slag composition, FeO content and basicity significantly affect the evaporation of lead. High FeO content and high basicity promotes the formation of metallic Pb and PbCI, whereas, it prohibits PbCl2 evaporation.

Sodium-glucose cotransporter 2(SGLT2)inhibitors have gained momentum as the latest class of antidiabetic agents for improving glycemic ***-scale clinical trials have reported that SGLT2 inhibitors reduced cardiovascular outcomes,especially hospitalization for heart failure in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who have high risks of cardiovascular *** evidence has indicated that beneficial effects can be observed regardless of the presence or absence of type 2 diabetes ***,the Food and Drug Administration approved these agents specifically for treating patients with heart failure and a reduced ejection *** has been concluded that canagliflozin,dapagliflozin,empagliflozin,or ertugliflozin can be recommended for preventing hospitalization associated with heart failure in patients with type 2 diabetes and established cardiovascular disease or those at high cardiovascular *** the present review,we explore the available evidence on SGLT2 inhibitors in terms of the cardioprotective effects,potential mechanisms,and ongoing clinical trials that may further clarify the cardiovascular effects of the agents.
