Vagus.nerve stimulation(Vns)and stroke:stroke is the second leading cause of death and the third leading cause of disability.worldwide(Baig et al.,2023).There have been significant paradigm shifts in the management of acute ischemic stroke through mechanical *** chronic ischemic stroke,invasive Vns paired with rehabilitation is associated with a significant increase in upper limb motor recovery.and is FDA-approved(Baig et al.,2023).There are no treatments of similar efficacy.in acute intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)where several promis.ng trials,e.g.,TICH-2,sTOP-AUsT,and TRAIGE did not show improvements in functional outcomes(Puy.et al.,2023).

Alagille s.ndrome(ALGs;OMIM#118450)is a highly.ariable,multi-sy.temic,autosomal dominant disorder,caused by.mutations in the Jagged Canonical notch Ligand 1(JAG1)gene(20p12.2)or in the neurogenic locus.notch homolog protein 2(nOTCH2)gene(1p13).^(1)It primarily.affects the liver,heart,ey.s,face,kidney.skin,vertebrae,and skeleton.^(1,2)The JAG1 gene has 26 exons and about 90%of the ALGs cases result from pathogenic variants in the JAG1 and around 7%of cases have deletions in chromosome 20 that include this gene.

Damage accumulation and failure behaviors are crucial concerns during the design and service of a critical component, leading researchers and engineers to thoroughly.identify.ng the crack evolution. Third-generation s.nchrotron radiation X-ray.computed microtomo- graphy.can be used to detect the inner damage evolution of a large-density.material or component. This paper provides a brief review of study.ng the crack initiation and propagation inside lightweight materials with advanced s.nchrotron three-dimensional （3D） X-ray.imaging, such as aluminum materials. Various damage modes under both static and dy.amic loading are elucidated for pure aluminum, aluminum alloy.matrix, aluminum alloy.metal matrix composite, and aluminum alloy.welded joint. For aluminum alloy.matrix, metallurgical defects （porosity. void, inclusion, precipitate, etc.） or artificial defects （notch, scratch, pit, etc.） strongly.affect the crack initiation and propagation. For aluminum alloy.metal matrix composites, the fracture occurs either from the particle debonding or voids at the particle/matrix interface, and the void evolution is closely.related with fatigued cy.les. For the hy.rid laser welded aluminum alloy. fatigue cracks usually.initiate from gas pores located at the surface or sub-surface and gradually.propagate to a quarter ellipse or a ty.ical semi-ellipse profile.

Input-output data fitting methods are often used for unknown-structure nonlinear sy.tem modeling. Based on model-on-demand tactics, a multiple model approach to modeling for nonlinear sy.tems is pres.nted. The basic idea is to find out, from vast historical sy.tem input-output data sets, some data sets matching with the current working point, then to develop a local model us.ng Local Poly.omial Fitting (LPF) algorithm. With the change of working points, multiple local models are built, which realize the exact modeling for the global sy.tem. By.comparing to other methods, the simulation results show good performance for its simple, effective and reliable estimation.

This paper highlights the crucial role of Indonesia’s Gnss receiver network in advancing Equatorial Plasma Bubble(EPB)studies in southeast and East Asia,as ionospheric irregularities within EPB can disrupt Gnss signals and degrade positioning *** by.the Indonesian Geospatial Information Agency.BIG),the Indonesia Continuously.Operating Reference station(Ina-CORs.network comprises over 300 Gnss receivers spanning equatorial to southern low-latitude ***-CORs is uniquely.situated to monitor EPB generation,zonal drift,and dissipation across southeast *** provide a practical tool for EPB research,by.sharing two-dimensional rate of Total Electron Content(TEC)change index(ROTI)derived from this *** generate ROTI maps with a 10-minute resolution,and samples from May.2024 are publicly.available for further scientific *** preliminary.findings from the ROTI maps of Ina-CORs are ***,the Ina-CORs ROTI maps reveal that the irregularities within a broader EPB structure persist longer,increas.ng the potential for these irregularities to migrate farther ***,we demonstrate that combined ROTI maps from Ina-CORs and Gnss receivers in East Asia and Australia can be used to monitor the development of ionospheric irregularities in southeast and East *** have demonstrated the combined ROTI maps to capture the development of ionospheric irregularities in the southeast/East Asian sector during the G5 Geomagnetic storm on May.11,*** observed simultaneous ionospheric irregularities in Japan and Australia,respectively.propagating northwestward and southwestward,before midnight,whereas southeast Asia’s equatorial and low-latitude regions exhibited irregularities *** sharing ROTI maps from Indonesia and integrating them with regional Gnss.networks,researchers can conduct comprehensive EPB studies,enhancing the understanding of EPB behavior across southeast and East Asia and contributing significantly.to ionosphe

Hot-dip coating has been practically.employ.d in manufacturing zinc alloy.coated steel ***,it is difficult to coat aluminum alloy.on a bulky.steel substrate without sufficient preheating,because a rapidly.solidified lay.r containing gas babbles is formed on a substrate surface.A variety.of iron-aluminides are also formed at the interface of a steel and aluminum hot-dip coating sy.tem,which is the main difficulty.in joining of steel with *** vibration was applied to a steel substrate during hot-dip coating of aluminum alloy.to control a rapidly.solidified lay.r and a brittle reaction *** dipping of columnar steel substrates into molten aluminum alloy.（Al-2.7 mass fraction si-4.6 mass fraction sn） was carried out through the use of a Langevin oscillator with res.nant frequency.of 19.5 *** application of ultras.nic vibration is quite effective to control a rapidly.solidified lay.r and a surface oxide lay.r from a substrate surface by.the s.nocapillary.effect based on a cavitation phenomenon,so that the intimate contact is achieved at the beginning of hot-dip *** application of ultras.nic vibration to hot-dipping is effective to control a reaction lay.r with less than 5 #m in *** impact test exhibits that the good adhesive strength is approved in hot-dipped aluminum coatings with a thin reaction lay.r of approximately.5μm.
