OBJECTIVE To summarize the most relevant data from a sy.tematic review on the impact of COVID-19 on children and adolescents,particularly.analy.ing its psy.hiatric *** This review was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Sy.tematic Reviews and Meta-analy.es(PRISMA)guidelines and included experimental studies(randomized-individually.or pooled-and non-randomized controlled trials),observational studies with a group for internal comparison(cohort studies-prospective and retrospective-and case-control)and qualitative studies in the period from 2021 to *** The search identified 325 articles;we removed 125 *** selected 200 manuscripts,chosen by.title and selected *** excluded 50 records after screening titles and abstracts,as they.did not meet the inclusion *** retrieved 150 records selected for a full *** excluded 90 text articles and we selected 25 records for the(n)***:Due to the short period of data collection,from 2021 to 2022,there is a possibility.of lack of relevant studies related to the mental health care of children and *** addition,there is the possibility.of publication bias,such as only.significant findings being *** The impact of COVID-19 on the mental health of children and adolescents is of great concern to child and y.uth *** such as fear,anxiety.panic,depression,sleep and appetite disorders,as well as impairment in social interactions caused by.psy.hic stress,are punctual markers of pain and psy.hic suffering,which have increasing impacts on the mental health panorama of children and adolescents globally.particularly.in vulnerable and socially.at-risk populations.

通过用生长素处理草莓(Fragaria x ananassa Duch)未授粉的花和除去瘦果的花托研究草莓座果及果实发育的控制。用萘乙酸(NAA)加上2%二甲酯增效砜(DMSO)喷布或浸蘸,可使座果率从50%提高到100%。这对诱发草莓单性结实提供了一种简便而可靠的方法。当对生长素诱导草莓花托生长和玉米或燕麦胚芽鞘伸长进行比较时发现,草莓果实对生长素的反应不如胚芽鞘敏感。低于最适NAA浓度诱发的单性结实,果实生长受到限制。这样的果实保留生长素的反应能生存30～45天,此时再行第二次NAA处理,可使其恢复正常生长和发育。因此,可使果实生育期从s0天延长到60天。相反,用最适生长素浓度处理未授粉的花同授粉而未用生长素处理的花,果实均在25～So天内成熟.15种生长素类似物都有刺激除去瘦果后花托的生长效应。在诱导单性结实方面,这些化合物的相对效应十分不同。但这些化合物在刺激玉米胚芽鞘伸长方面其相对效应有些例外。

背景与目的最近研究表明高脂饮食(high-fat diet,HFD)和/或HFD诱导的肥胖可影响前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)的进展,但HFD在PCa微环境中的作用尚不清楚。本研究旨在阐明HFD环境下PCa进展的分子机制,描述以巨噬细胞抑制因子-1(macrophage inhibitory.cy.okine-1,MIC-1)活性为主的肿瘤间质微环境的特征。方法我们利用HFD或正常饮食的PC-3M-luc-C6 PCa小鼠模型,研究了HFD对PCa间质微环境和MIC-1信号活性的影响。我们分离了原发PCa患者来源的前列腺周围脂肪细胞,并研究了其对前列腺间质成纤维细胞活性及其分泌细胞因子的影响。进一步研究了MIC-1信号的表达模式及其对人PCa间质活性和肿瘤进展的影响。结果在PC-3M-luc-C6 PCa小鼠模型中,HFD通过上调前列腺间质成纤维的MIC-1信号通路活性,增加了白介素(interleukin,IL)-8和IL-6的分泌,促进了PCa细胞的生长和侵袭。另外,前列腺周围脂肪细胞通过增加脂肪分解和游离脂肪酸的释放,直接促进了PC-3细胞产生MIC-1和前列腺间质成纤维细胞分泌IL-8。前列腺癌患者血清MIC-1水平增高与人PCa间质活性、高血清IL-8、IL-6水平、脂肪酶高活性、PCa患者疾病进展及高体重指数具有显著相关性。胶质细胞源性神经营养因子受体α(glial-derived neurotrophic factor receptor α-like,GFL)是MIC-1的特异性受体,在PCa细胞和癌周间质成纤维细胞中都出现高表达,雄激素去势治疗和化疗都降低了其表达水平。结论 HFD通过增加游离脂肪酸水平,在代谢水平上调了MIC-1信号活性,从而激活了PCa间质微环境,这可能是HFD和/或脂肪诱导的PCa进展的关键机制。

Sawah Rice Eco-technology.and Actualization of Green Revolution in West Africa: Experience from Nigeria and Ghana

The development and dissemination of sawah rice eco-technology.in Nigeria and Ghana as prerequisites for the actualization of green revolution in West Africa were described. It showed that the neglect of the eco-technology.and the overemphasis of the biotechnology.have rendered the ineffective transferability.of the green revolution process from Asia to Africa. The sawah eco-technology.increases y.eld up to 5 t/hm2 through bunding and the use of inlet and outlet connecting irrigation and drainage, which enhances effective water control and management, improves the efficiency.of fertilizer, improves nitrogen fixation by.soil microbes and algae, increases the use of wetlands, improves soil organic matter accumulation, suppresses weed growth, and enhances immune mechanism of rice through nutrient supply. The current experience has therefore established that the technology.overcomes the constraints that have limited the realization of green revolution in West Africa.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the sixth-most common cancer and the third leading cause of cancer-related death in the world. However, 40–70% patients eventually.suffer from postoperative recurrence within 5 y.ars. HCC recurrence after surgery.severely.affects prognosis of the patients. Nevertheless, there is an opportunity.to improve patients' prognosis if doctors and researchers can recognize the importance of a standardized perioperative management and study.it in clinical and pre-clinical settings. Hence, based on our own experience and published studies from other researchers, we develop this consensus regarding multidisciplinary.management of locally.recurrent and metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma after resection. This consensus consists of the entire course of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma (RHCC) management, including prediction of recurrence, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and surveillance of RHCC. Consensus recommendations are presented with grades of evidences (Ia, Ib, IIa, IIb, III and IV), and strength ofrecommendations (A, B, C, D and E). We also develop a decision-making path for RHCC treatment, which can intuitively.demonstrate the management for RHCC. It is hoped that we may.make some effort to standardize the management of RHCC and ultimately.understand how to improve outcomes.

Medicinal plants have been presented as a valuable source of preservation of human health. In special, Stry.hnodendron barbatiman has been employ.d due to its antimicrobial activity. This plant is rich in tannins and has been used in popular medicine for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorder, treatment of lesions, and also as anti-inflammatory.microbicide. Citrobacter freundii is a member of the family.Enterobacteriaceae and is one of the major causes of opportunistic infections. This microorganism is a bacterium (bacillus) aerobic gram-negative with a length in the range of 1 to 5 mm. C. freundii is commonly.found in water, soil, food and occasionally.in the gastrointestinal tract of animals and humans. In this paper, we have demonstrated the antibacterial activity.of S. barbatiman by.observing cellular death by.using inhibition halo approach. Atomic force microscopy.and FT-IR spectroscopy.results suggested that interaction between the main active components of S. barbatiman with cellular wall of C. freundii gives rise to cellular wall damage, and then leads this microorganism to death.
