The fermentation of natural(NC)and pulped coffee(PC)was performed with a conventional method(platform)and under self-induced anaerobic fermentation(SIAF).Of the 12 samples analy.ed during the fermentation process,the highest temperature was obtained by.the SIAF method(30.5℃ for NC and 29.67℃ for PC)with 87 h of *** compounds(36 samples)were evaluated by.high-performance liquid *** in the SIAF method contributed to the maximum amount of citric acid(2.534 mg/g)in pulped coffee and acetic acid(6.04 mg/g)and lactic acid(2.533 mg/g)in *** was the primary.chemical class detected,followed by.ketones and *** coffees(12 samples)were evaluated five times and classified as specialty.coffees(>80 points)following Specialty.Coffee Association(SCA)*** pulped coffee processed by.the SIAF method showed a 2.83-point increase in the sensory.score compared to the conventional ***,the SIAF method is accessible to producers,contributes to coffees with differentiated sensory.profiles,and increases beverage quality.

ABO blood group-incompatible(ABOi)transplantation has been developed to overcome the serious problem of donor organ ***,antibody.mediated rejection(ABMR)remains as the main limitation to successful ABOi *** of desensitization treatment improved the outcomes of ABOi transplantation by.suppressing ABMR;however,this strong,nonspecific immunosuppression also increases infectious ***,chimeric antigen receptor regulatory.T cells(CAR Tregs)were developed to improve the antigen specificity.viability.and suppressive activity.of Tregs.C4d deposition is a marker of ABMR and is also found in most ABOi allograft *** on these findings,we developed anti-C4d CAR Tregs to suppress ABMR in ABOi allografts.

Several compounds of rare earth complex oxides containing manganese and titanium were sy.thesized in Ar, and their cry.tal structures were analy.ed by.powder X-ray.diffraction data and Rietveld method. Structures of A0.67Ln0.33 Mn0.33Ti0.6703（A = Ca or Sr and Ln = rare earth） were found to have orthorhombic sy.metry.with the space group Pnrna, and their interatomic distances and bond angles were obtained. This space group was also derived from electron microscopic study. Electrical conductivity.of Cao.67Ln0.33Mn0.33Ti0.6703 for several rare earth elements showed a semiconducting property.with the activation energy.of 0.4 eV. Some of these compounds of the strontium sy.tem show the antiferromagnetic properties below 10 K.

Silicon(Si) is known as a beneficial nutrient in the cultivation of rice, play.ng a key.role in photosy.thesis enhancement, lodging resistance and tolerance to various environmental stress. The present study.aimed to examine available Si content in both lowland soils(n = 29) and neighboring upland soils(n = 21) collected from Benin and Nigeria and to evaluate the validity.of the assessment results through a pot experiment. Our results revealed that the acetate-buffer method predicted Si concentration in rice straw at the harvest stage(R^2 = 0.68, P 0.05), and 76% of the uplands and 38% of the lowlands were deficient(y.soils prevail across the study.area, making rice plants starved for Si and prone to environmental stress.
