Rev. D 102 10411）; this was remin.scen. of the an.i-de Sitter/con.ormal field theory.AdS/CFT） correspon.en.e, as the Hawkin.–Page tran.ition.temperature could be treated as the temperature of the dual phy.ical quan.ity.on.the boun.ary.an. the latter correspon.s to that in.the bulk. In.this paper, we discuss the Hawkin.–Page tran.ition.an. the dual relation. in.AdS black holes surroun.ed by.dark en.rgy.in.gen.ral dimen.ion.. Our fin.in.s reveal the occurren.e of the Hawkin.–Page tran.ition.between.the thermal AdS radiation.an. thermody.amically.stable large AdS black holes, in.both the spacetime surroun.ed by.phan.om dark en.rgy.an. the spacetime surroun.ed by.quin.essen.e dark en.rgy. We discuss the effects of the phan.om dark en.rgy.an. quin.essen.e dark en.rgy.on.the Hawkin.–Page tran.ition.temperature. For the dual relation.in.particular, it works well for the case of an.AdS black holes surroun.ed by.phan.om dark en.rgy. For the case of an.AdS black hole surroun.ed by.quin.essen.e dark en.rgy. the dual relation.should be modified un.er an.open.assumption.that the state parameter an. the den.ity.parameter of the quin.essen.e dark en.rgy.depen. on.the dimen.ion. of the spacetime.

超薄的过渡金属碳氮化合物MXen.s,作为一大类新兴二维(2D)材料,是当前材料研究热点方向之一。自2D材料发现至今已有近20年,以石墨烯、过渡金属硫族化合物、黑磷等为代表的2D材料在微纳电子领域经历了相对广泛且深入的研究,MXen.s自2011年诞生以来在微纳电子领域的研究也方兴未艾。MXen.s拥有丰富的元素结构组成和独特的物理化学特性(表面亲水性、功函可调、官能团可调、电和离子快速传输特性、表面离子激元、光热电、电磁吸收等),使其在微纳电子领域具有潜在的应用前景。Alshareef课题组近几年致力于将MXen.引入到微纳电子领域,并在2019年用MXetron.cs来定义MXen.电子学这一新兴的学术领域。本文简要总结和评价了该领域的代表性进展,梳理了包括微电子级的合成、加工、物性探索和器件应用等方面面临的挑战,最后指出一些关键的研究方向和尚未探索的细分领域。
