Butanol is a new kind of very potential *** hydrolysis of corn stalk was utilized in this study to produce butanol by Clostridium acetobutylicum CICC ***-Burman (P-B) design and Central Composite Design (CCD) were adopted to screen crucial factors during fermentation as well as the optimization of experimental *** result demonstrated that among the seven factors,namely,Yeast extract,(NH 4) 2 SO 4,KH 2 PO 4,MgSO 4,FeSO 4,CuSO 4 and CaCO 3,only CaCO 3 was selected as the most critical *** optimization experiment results for CaCO 3 usage,temperature and reaction time by CCD were determined to be 5.04 g/L,35°C and 70 h,respectively.A corresponding mathematical model was established to predict the fermentation experiment and maximum butanol yield of 6.57 g/L was *** result of verification experiment under the optimum conditions showed that 6.20 g/L was the maximum butanol *** demonstrated that statistical method was a powerful tool for the optimization of butanol production from enzymatic hydrolysis of corn stalk.

Composting plants are regarded as one of the important sources of environmental ***,limitations in the size distribution of airborne bacteria have prevented our comprehensive understanding of their risk to human health and their dispersal *** this study,different sizes of airborne bacteria were collected using an eight-stage impactor from a full-scale composting ***-related abundance and communities of airborne bacteria as well as human pathogenic bacteria(HPB)were investigated using 16S rRNA gene sequencing coupled with droplet digital *** results indicate that the bacterial concentrations from the eight stages were approximately 10^(4)-105copies/m^(3).Although no statistical correlation was detected between the particle size and the Shannon index,the influence of size on bacterial lineages was observed in both composting and packaging *** airborne bacteria from different stages,the dominant phyla were Firmicutes,Proteobacteria,and Actinobacteria,and the dominant genera was *** out of eight HPB with a small geometric mean aerodynamic diameter had a high concentration in composting *** on diameters of 2.42 to 5.09μm,most HPB in the composting areas were expected to be deposited on the bronchus and secondary ***,in the packaging areas,the deposition of HPB(diameters 3.70 to 8.96μm)occurred in the upper part of the respiratory *** results on the size distribution,abundance,and diversity of these bacteria offer important information for the systematic evaluation of bacterial pathogenicity and the potential health impacts on workers in composting plants and the surrounding residents.

Aiming at solving the problem of harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation, the traditional method is to use reactive power compensation and active power filter. This paper has promoted a new type of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) rectifier that has the function of harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation which also describes the control method in detail. The paper attempts to bring up instantaneous reactive power ip-iq theory and reactive detection algorithm on the basis of the PWM rectifier. At the same time, it proposes voltage-current dual closed-loop control system using fuzzy PI hybrid control to regulate the DC bus voltage. Thus, not only does the PWM rectifier have the function of rectifying effect, but also achieve the harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation in the power grid. At last analyze the energy flow process and uses the PSIM software simulation to verify functional effects. The simulation results show that PWM rectifier improves the output current waveform and doesn’t need additional compensation device.

Lesion mmic mutants(LMMs)are plants that spontaneously form lesions without pathogeninfection or external stimulus and exhibit resistance to ***,a rice LMM was created by ethylmethane sulfonate mutagenesis,named as hpil(hydrogen peroxide induced lesion).Diaminobenzidineand trypan blue staining showed that large amounts of H_(2)O_(2) were produced and cell death was occurredat and around the parts of lesion mimic in the rice *** phenotype of hpil is controlled by a singlerecessive gene,localized at a 2 Mb interval on chromosome *** data suggested that hpil is a novelLMM with enhanced bacterial and fungal disease resistance,and multiple pathogenesis-related proteins(PRs)were *** proteomes of leaves at three positions(different degrees of lesion mimicseverity)were characterized in hpil compared with its wild type *** expressed proteinswere detected by two dimensional difference gel electrophoresis and 274 proteins were identified byMALDITOF/*** proteins were related to metabolic process,cellular process and response tostimulus,with mostly down-regulated in hpil *** of these proteins were related to the Calvincycle,photosynthetic electron transport chain,glycolysis/gluconeogenesis and phosphonates *** resistance-related proteins including 14-3-3 proteins,OsPR10 and antioxidases such asperoxidase,superoxide dismutase and ascorbate peroxidase were up-regulated in leaves with *** results provide the foundation for cloning of the target gene and shed light on themechanism involved in autaimmunity of rice.

In China,brucellosis has spread from the northern provinces to the southern coastal area,and Brucella melitensis has become the overwhelmingly dominant species *** human Brucellosis cases have been reported in many parts of Hainan Province,investigations into the source of infection have been *** this case,we have used the techniques of bacteriology,genome sequencing,and WGS-SNP to investigate the source of infection on a patient with a traveling history between Hainan and Inner Mongolia autonomous *** collected a 5mL blood sample under sterile conditions from this suspected case of Brucellosis infection and incubated it in a culture bottle.A week later,Brucella colonies were purified and identified under the standard bacteriology procedures to show that the strain appeared as *** ***,a draft genome sequencing of this strain was ***-SNP comparison analysis of Chinese *** selected(n=36)fromGenBank revealed that the strain in this studywas more similar to the strains isolated from China's northern parts,especially those from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous *** data indicated that the source of infection of the patient was in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,but the actual location where this patient became infected was *** suggest that travelers from the southern part of China be cautious when visiting the traditional endemic areas of Brucellosis.

延安时期的美术创作在对“洋”形式的选择上面临着内在困境:既承担着革命运动自身具有的“国际”属性,同时又面对着革命理论“中国化”与革命实际需求的选择。“马蒂斯之争”作为发生在“延安文艺座谈会”期间的美术论争,包含诸多重要的问题。比如,此次论争的历史文献存在许多关联性问题:一方面,涉及西方艺术运动及其“现代精神”;另一方面,包含“五四”新文化运动、左翼文艺运动、延安文艺运动以来“革命”与“美术”之间的关系转换。回到历史语境,此次论争的发生逻辑,“马蒂斯”在鲁艺美术教学活动中的呈现,以及“马蒂斯之争”与座谈会的关系等关键问题仍需考证。
