We investigate an optimal portfolio and consumption choice problem with a defaultable security. Under the goal of maximizing the expected discounted utility of the average past consumption, a dynamic programming principle is applied to derive a pair of second-order parabolic Hamilton-Jacobi- Bellman （HJB） equations with gradient constraints. We explore these HJB equations by a viscosity solution approach and characterize the post-default and pre-default value functions as a unique pair of constrained viscosity solutions to the HJB equations.

目的:探究淫羊藿素对骨癌痛(bone cancer pain,BCP)小鼠的镇痛效应,以及淫羊藿素与吗啡联合用药的镇痛效应;确定半效剂量淫羊藿素与吗啡联合用药,在达到吗啡最大镇痛效应时所减少的吗啡用量。方法:使用雄性C57BL/6J小鼠及路易斯(Lewis)肺癌细胞建立BCP小鼠模型。通过测定机械刺激缩足反射阈值(mechanical withdrawal threshold,MWT),冷刺激缩足潜伏期(paw withdrawal latency,PWL)以及自发抬足次数和抬足保护时间以评估小鼠疼痛敏感度。结果:自造模后第7~14天起,BCP小鼠左侧(荷瘤侧)后爪MWT和PWL明显降低,自发抬足次数和抬足保护时间明显上升,并持续存在(P<0.05)。造模后第7~14天给予淫羊藿素,自第10~14天起淫羊藿素明显增加BCP小鼠左侧后爪的MWT和PWL,并减少自发抬足次数和抬足保护时间,停药后效应持续至造模后第18天(即停药后第4天)(P<0.05)。应用2倍EC50剂量淫羊藿素(200 mg/kg)与吗啡联合用药可明显延长停药后镇痛效应,停药后镇痛效应持续至造模后第21天(即停药后第7天)(P<0.05)。应用半效剂量淫羊藿素(100 mg/kg)与吗啡联合用药,达到吗啡最佳镇痛效应时最多可减少60%吗啡用量。结论:淫羊藿素对BCP小鼠有明显的镇痛效应,当与吗啡联合用药时,不仅明显延长了停药后的镇痛效应,还能够减少高达60%的吗啡用量。

Lanthanides(Ln^(3+))doped luminescent materials play critical roles in lighting and display *** increasing experimental and theoretical research have been carried out on aluminate-based phosphors for white light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)over the past decades,most investigation was mainly focused on their luminescent properties;therefore,the local structure of the light emission center remains ***,doping-induced local composition and structure modification around the luminescent centers have yet to be *** this study,we use advanced electron microscopy techniques including electron diffraction(ED),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM),in combination with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)and electron energy loss spectroscopy(EELS),to reveal atomically resolved crystalline and chemical structure of Ce^(3+)doped *** microscopic results prove substantial microstructural and compositional inhomogeneities in Ce^(3+)doped CaYAlO_(4),especially the appearance of Ce dopant clustering and Ce^(3+)/Ce^(4+)valence *** research provides a new understanding the structure of Ln^(3+)doped luminescent materials and will facilitate the materials design for next-generation WLEDs luminescent materials.

由于网络服务种类繁多,用户需求复杂多变,因此在处理面向用户需求的多目标服务组合任务时,根据用户需求偏好对多目标QoS属性进行加权处理得到的初始化目标函数,在子目标的权值处理上会产生一定的偏差,这可能使多目标优化算法在求解服务组合问题时得到的解集不准确,出现不满足用户实际需求的情况。所以本文提出了一种面向用户需求的多目标自适应权值服务组合方法。该方法根据迭代过程中子目标均值与目标期待值之间的相对偏差值,动态修正加权系数。通过权值的修正使构建的目标函数更符合用户需求偏好,同时避免子目标陷入局部最优的困境。仿真结果表明,改进后的算法在帕累托前沿上有明显的优势,避免了局部最优,且时间复杂度远低于其他算法。随着迭代过程中权值的修正,目标函数均值也逐步贴近期待值,有效地满足了用户的需求。

目的探讨应用聚乙醇酸(polyglycolic acid,PGA)与羟丙基甲基纤维素(hydroxypropyl methylcellulose,HPMC)复合材料在远端胰腺切除术后缝合中的有效性和安全性。方法选用36只健康成年比格犬,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组各18只行远端胰腺切除手术。观察组实验犬使用PGA+HPMC复合材料进行切口加固;对照组实验犬使用NEOVEIL进行切口加固。术前、术后3 d及解剖前,分别对各组实验犬进行血常规检测。设置2周、4周、8周观察周期,每个观察点各6只动物进行心肝脾肺肾组织学检查、硬组织切片病理诊断等评估,并进行安全性评价。结果观察组和对照组实验犬在术前血常规检测比较差异无统计学意义。重复测量方差分析结果显示,不同时间点的白细胞计数(WBC)(F=14.875,P=0.001)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)(F=5.049,P=0.009)、中性粒细胞百分比(Neu%)(F=4.794,P=0.011)、红细胞计数(RBC)(F=6.591,P=0.002)、血红蛋白(HGB)(F=8.154,P=0.001)、红细胞比容(HCT)(F=5.281,P=0.007)、血小板计数(PLT)(F=6.560,P=0.014)、红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)(F=33.950,P=0.039)、淋巴细胞百分比(Lym%)(F=3.299,P=0.043)均值存在差异,但观察组和对照组组间无统计学差异,且时间与组别交互作用对其无显著影响,表明两组实验犬均出现了炎症反应或手术应激。两组实验犬在术后8周的硬组织病理切片评分中,观察组和对照组实验犬的炎症与坏死相关评分、纤维化、修复等相关评分和总分方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组实验犬在术后8周的解剖中,均未发现心肝脾肺肾等器官有明显的损伤,也未发现缝合材料残留、胰液渗漏或胰瘘等情况,表明两组缝合材料均已完全被吸收代谢,且切口愈合良好不会对内脏器官造成不良影响。结论PGA与HPMC是一种有效和安全的术后缝合材料,具有良好的生物可降解性、生物相容性、缝合强度和创面愈合质量,可以在远端胰腺切除术后缝合中与传统的可吸收性加固材料相媲美,为其在临床上的应用提供了科学依据。

Predatory fungi possess intricate signal transduction systems that regulate their development and support successful infection of the ***,we characterized three components of the cell wall integrity-controlling pathway,namely protein kinase C(Ao PKC),SLT2-MAPK(Ao SLT2),and SWI6(Ao SWI6),in a representative nematode-trapping fungus Arthrobotrys oligospora,using gene disruption and multi-omics *** phenotypic traits(such as mycelia development,conidiation,stress response,and trap morphogenesis) and metabolic profiles of ΔAopkc and ΔAoswi6 mutants were similar but differed from those of the ΔAoslt2 *** analysis indicated that the genes differentially expressed in the absence of Aoswi6 were involved in DNA replication,repair,and recombination during trap ***,the yeast two-hybrid assay showed that Ao PKC interacted with Ao SWI6,suggesting that in ***,PKC can directly regulate SWI6,bypassing the SLT2signaling ***,our findings deepen our understanding of the regulatory mechanism of asexual development and lifestyle switching in nematode-trapping fungi.

BACKGROUND ; Phycecyanin can anti-oxidize and clear free radial. Whether its protective effect on brain is related to Caspase-3, the promoter and operator of apoptosis, is highly concerned. OBJECTIVE： To observe phycocyanin for protecting nerve function and reducing the size of cerebral infarction of rats with brain ischemia-reperfusion and its effect on the expression of Cespese-3 mRNA. DESIGN ： A randomized controlled experiment. SETTING ： Institute of Cerebrovascular Disease, Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Qingdao University MATERIALS： Totally 84 adult healthy female Wistar rats, weighing 210 to 250 g, of clean grade, were provided by the Animal Experimental Center of Shandong University. Phycocyanin （Institute of Oceanography of Chinese Academy of Sciences） was used. METHODS： This experiment was carried out in the Key Laboratory for Prevention and Treatment of Brain Diseases during May to December 2005. ① The rats were randomized into sham-operation group （n=4）, control group （n=-40） and phycocyanin-treated group （n=-40）. Middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion （MACO/R） models were created on the rats of control and phycocyanin-treated groups with suture-occluded method by inserting a thread into left side extemal-internal carotid artery. In the sham-operatien group, inserting suture was omitted. After ischemia for 1 hour and reperfusion for 2 hours, suspension of phycocyanin was intragastdcaUy administrated into the rats of the phycocyanin-treated group at 100 mg/kg , and the same volume of normal saline was isochrenously administrated into the rats of control group as the same. ② Six rats were chosen respectively from the control group and phycocyanin-treated group, then neurologic impairment degrees of rats were evaluated according to Bederson＇s grading. ③ Six rats were chosen respectively from the control and phycocyanin-treated groups.
