为探究不同盐度对奥利亚罗非鱼(Oreochromis aureus)幼鱼的鳃、肾和肝脏组织结构变化的影响,本研究以奥利亚罗非鱼幼鱼为研究对象,设置0‰、3‰、5‰、7‰、9‰和11‰等6个盐度梯度组,进行为期60 d的养殖。通过组织学比较分析不同盐度条件下幼鱼的鳃、肾和肝脏组织结构变化特征。结果显示:0‰组幼鱼鳃丝结构完整,泌氯细胞较少,鳃小片细长。随着盐度的升高,各组鳃丝间隔差异不明显,但鳃丝细胞出现萎缩,泌氯细胞增多,鳃小片变短,其中11‰组最短,与0‰差异显著;鳃小片宽度随着盐度的增加表现为先升后降趋势,7‰组宽度最大,并与0‰组差异显著,而且11‰组鳃丝出现不同程度的组织分离和细胞脱落现象。0‰组幼鱼的肾小球发达,大多数较为饱满。随着盐度增加,肾小管和肾小球逐渐萎缩,肾小囊的囊腔变大。0‰组幼鱼肝细胞界限明显,细胞核清晰,肝细胞结构比较完整。从3‰组开始幼鱼的肝血窦丰富,肝细胞出现少量空泡现象,但细胞核和细胞界限仍较为明显。5‰~11‰组随着盐度增加幼鱼的肝细胞空泡化、核偏移逐渐严重,并且血管和肝血窦数量相对于对照组有所提高。综上,长期盐度养殖奥利亚罗非鱼建议将盐度水平控制在5‰内较为合适。

Recent movement changes of main fault zones in the Sichuan-Yunnan region and their relevance to seismic activity

The Wenchuan earthquake occurred near the "triple junction" linking the Bayan Har block, the South China block, and the Sichuan-Yunnan rhombic block, and its influences on the surrounding blocks and the main fault zones in the Sichuan-Yunnan region, i.e., the block boundary zone, cannot be ignored. In this paper, changes of movement and stress of the fault zones before and after a strong earthquake were simulated based on the GPS repetition survey results recently obtained during 1999–2007, 2009–2011, and 2011–2013 with a two-dimensional finite-element contact model and the "block- loading" method. The results show that, before the Wenchuan earthquake, the movement of the Longmenshan fault zone was very slow and its compressive stress accumulated rapidly; after the Wenchuan earthquake, movements toward the E-SSE direction of the Bayan Har, southwestern Yunnan, and rhombic blocks were enhanced, and the dextral and horizontal compressive speeds and annual accumulative compressive stress of the Longmenshan fault zone increased markedly by factors of 4.5, 2.1, and 2.5, respectively. The southern Xianshuihe, Anninghe, Zemuhe, Daliangshan, and Lijiang-Xiaojinhe fault zones accumulated compressive stress rapidly, forming enhanced compressive stress zones along a NE strike crossing the central part of the Sichuan-Yunnan region. The tensional movement of the Xianshuihe fault zone was enhanced and the slip movement in the central part of the zone was reversed in a short time. The changes are tightly related to the medium-intensity earthquakes that occurred during the same period in this region, revealing that the spatial migration of seismic activity is related to changes of movement of the blocks.

为探究珠江流域广西境内中华圆田螺(Cipangopaludina cathayensis)种群的遗传多样性特征,本研究采用12对微卫星引物对广西地区中华圆田螺10个地理种群的遗传多样性和遗传分化进行分析。结果显示:12个微卫星位点共检测到140个等位基因,多态信息含量(PIC)为0.373-0.923,其中有9个为高度多态性位点,有3个为中度多态性位点。10个地理种群的香农信息指数(I)为0.415-1.226,观测杂合度(Ho)为0.231-0.540,期望杂合度(He)为0.239-0.608,说明这些种群具有较高的遗传多样性。分子方差分析(AMOVA)结果显示,种群内的遗传变异占75%,种群间的遗传变异占25%,遗传分化指数(Fst)为0.248,种群间的遗传分化程度较高。基因流(Nm)为0.391-21.807,除河池都安(HCDA)种群和百色那坡(BSNP)种群外,其余8个种群间的基因交流频繁(Nm>1.000)。种群结构分析发现,BSNP种群与玉林陆川(YLLC)种群的遗传距离较远(D=0.047),遗传分化程度较高(Fst=0.277)。聚类分析和主坐标分析(PCoA)结果显示,HCDA种群和BSNP种群单独为一支,表明这两个种群与其他种群亲缘关系较远。Mantel分析发现,地理距离不是影响各种群间遗传距离大小的主要原因。综上,广西地区中华圆田螺种质资源良好,其中HCDA种群和BSNP种群仍保持着较好的野生资源,具有潜在的开发利用价值。

This study is to utilize the heat-absorbing and releasing capabilities of phase change materials(PCM)to regulate the surface temperature fluctuations of batteries during charging and *** goal is to keep the battery within the optimal operating temperature *** impact of PCM thickness and phase change temperature on battery temperature is investigated by encircling a cylindrical battery with a PCM *** improve the thermal conductivity of PCM,expanded graphite(EG) is added to make a composite phase change material(CPCM),and the effects of various EG mass ratios on battery surface temperature and CPCM utilization level are *** findings indicate that increasing PCM thickness effectively extends temperature control time,but its impact is *** difference in phase change temperature of PCM controls the battery temperature in different temperature *** phase change temperatures are unsuitable for controlling battery temperature in high temperature *** addition of EG enhances the thermal conductivity of PCM,leading to further control of battery *** results show that the addition of 6%(mass ratio) EG to CPCM extends the effective temperature control time by 11 min and improves by 28% compared to a single *** CPCM utilization is also more satisfactory and achieved a balance between heat storage and thermal conductivity in a battery thermal management system(BTMS) based on PCM.

Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T-cell therapy has demonstrated clinical response in treating both hematologic malignancies and solid *** instances of rapid tumor remissions have been observed in animal models and clinical trials,tumor relapses occur with multiple therapeutic resistance ***,while the mechanisms underlying the long-term therapeutic resistance are well-known,short-term adaptation remains less ***,more views shed light on short-term adaptation and hold that it provides an opportunity window for long-term *** this study,we explore a previously unreported mechanism in which tumor cells employ trogocytosis to acquire CAR molecules from CAR-T cells,a reversal of previously documented *** mechanism results in the depletion of CAR molecules and subsequent CAR-T cell dysfunction,also leading to short-term antigen loss and antigen *** type of intercellular communication is independent of CAR downstream signaling,CAR-T cell condition,target antigen,and tumor cell ***,it is mainly dependent on antigen density and CAR sensitivity,and is associated with tumor cell cholesterol *** mitigation of this trogocytosis-induced CAR molecule transfer can be achieved by adaptively administering CAR-T cells with antigen density-individualized CAR ***,our study reveals a dynamic process of CAR molecule transfer and refining the framework of clinical CAR-T therapy for solid tumors.

Deviation model is an important model for through-flow analysis in axial *** analysis in classical deviation models is developed under the assumption of onedimensional flow,which is controlled by the continuity *** consider three-dimensional characteristics in transonic flow,this study proposes an improved theoretical analysis method combining force analysis of the blade-to-blade flow with conventional analysis of the continuity *** of shock structures on transverse force,streamwise velocity and streamline curvature in the blade-to-blade flow are analyzed,and support the analytical modelling of density flow ratio between inlet and outlet ***,a novel deviation model for transonic stages in axial compressors is proposed in this *** empirical coefficients are corrected based on the experimental data of a linear cascade,and the prediction accuracy is validated with the experimental data of a three-stage transonic *** novel model provides accurate predictions for meridional flow fields at the design point and performance curves at design speed,and shows obvious improvements on classical models by Carter and C¸etin.
