BACKGROUND Autologous fat injection in facial reconstruction is a common cosmetic *** cerebral fat embolism(CFE)as a complication is rare,it carries serious health *** SUMMARY We present a case of a 29-year-old female patient who developed acute CFE following facial fat filling *** the surgery,the patient experienced symptoms including headache,nausea,vomiting,and difficulty breathing,which was followed by neurological symptoms such as slurred speech and left-sided *** physical examination and auxiliary investigations,including blood tests,head and neck computed tomography angiography,and cranial magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging,were performed upon *** clinical diagnosis was acute cerebral embolism following facial fat filling *** included measures to improve cerebral circulation,dehydration for intracranial pressure reduction,nutritional support,and rehabilitation therapy for left limb *** patient showed a significant improvement in symptoms after 2 weeks of *** recovered left limb muscle strength to grade 5,had clear speech,and experienced complete relief of *** Our case highlights the potential occurrence of severe complications in patients undergoing fat injection in facial *** prevent these complications,plastic surgeons should enhance their professional knowledge and skills.

Background:The type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)pharmacodynamic study of various parts of Schisandra sphenanthera was conducted in the previous stage,and it was found that dichloromethane extracted part(SDP)had a significant hypoglycemic ***,the components of SDP were analyzed,and the specific mechanism of its anti-T2DM was ***:We used a high-fat,high-sugar diet in combination with streptozotocin to induce a T2DM rat model,and the model rats were divided into two groups according to body weight and blood ***,oral glucose tolerance test,fasting blood glucose,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,superoxide dismutase,insulin,glycated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,nonesterified free fatty acids,alanine aminotransferase,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,aspartate aminotransferase,malondialdehyde,and glutathione peroxidase were measured,organ indices were calculated,and pathological sections of pancreas and liver were *** 16S rRNA V3–V4 region of intestinal flora was sequenced to explore the effect of SDP on biochemical indicators and intestinal *** on the above indicators,the anti-T2DM mechanism of SDP in Schisandra sphenanthera was ***:After six weeks of administration,the biochemical indices of diabetic rats were diminished compared to the control *** SDP could significantly increase the gut microbialα-diversity index,resulting in significant changes in the flora of T2DM rats,with increased richness and diversity,reduced harmful flora,and significantly back-regulated the levels of acetic acid,propionic acid,and butyric ***:SDP can improve the symptoms associated with elevated blood glucose,dyslipidemia,elevated fasting insulin levels,and damaged glucose tolerance in *** against T2DM may be through the control of intestinal flora to normalize and exert anti-diabetic effect;its main active components may be lignans and terpenoids.

Rare earth metal-organic frameworks (RE-MOFs) have drawn wide attention owing to diverse network structures and various application ***,due to the unpredictable formation of the nodes,it is still challenging to design novel RE-MOFs.A novel versatile strategy was developed employing a RE-acetate complex (RE2(CH3COO)6·4H2O) as a precursor to construct RE-MOFs.2D RE-MOFs (RE-DBP) and 3D RE-MOFs (RE-TCPP) could be obtained by using dicarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2DBP and tetracarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2TCPP,*** RE-MOFs were further synthesized to verify the universality of the *** crystalline RE-MOFs could also be prepared at room temperature via the developed strategy,which could significantly promote large-scale preparation and practical application of *** proof of the concept,the performance of porphyrin-based RE-MOFs was investigated in the photocatalytic cycloaddition of CO2with *** the RE-DBP(Co) MOFs,Tb-DBP(Co) exhibited the best photocatalytic performance,which was also greater than that of the corresponding 3D MOF Tb-TCPP(Co) due to the optimal 2D structure and thus the accelerated photogenerated charge separation and transfer *** work not only provides a novel versatile strategy to design and develop RE-MOFs,but also proposes a promising approach for the potential bulk production of RE-MOFs at room temperature.

As the Arctic Channel continues to be developed,collisions between polar navigation vessels and sea ice are inevitable,which will directly affect structural safety and vibration ***,the numerical analysis method of ship-ice collision-induced vibration is not perfect,and the effect of fluid coupling is not typically *** this paper,a simplified numerical analysis method for ship-ice collision-induced vibration is proposed,in which a reliable ice load is obtained by first performing ship-ice-water-air coupled collision calculations,followed by ship-ice-water coupled vibration calculations to obtain the vibration response of the *** addition,this paper investigates the full coupling method and the modeling ranges and meshing sizes involved in the analysis ship-ice collision-induced vibration,and the computational efficiencies of the traditional ALE algorithm and S-ALE algorithm are *** results indicate that the simplified simulation analysis method and gradient meshing model improve the calculation accuracy and efficiency in ship-ice collision and vibration response ***,the modeling range of the water and air models cannot be less than 6 times the ship width,2 times the ship length,and 1 times the ship depth,and the S-ALE algorithm saves 47.86%time compared to the ALE *** research results in this paper can provide a reference for the numerical simulation of ship-ice collision-induced vibration.

Size-classified daily aerosol mass concentrations and concentrations of water-soluble inorganic ions were measured in hefei,China,in four representative months between September 2012 and August *** annual average mass concentration of 169.09μg/m^3 for total suspended particulate（TSP）was measured using an Andersen Mark-II cascade *** seasonal average mass concentration was highest in winter（234.73μg/m^3）and lowest in summer（91.71μg/m^3）.Water-soluble ions accounted for 59.49%,32.90%,48.62%and 37.08%of the aerosol mass concentration in winter,spring,summer,and fall,respectively,which indicated that ionic species were the primary constituents of the atmospheric *** four most abundant ions were NO3^-,SO4^2-,Ca^2＋ and NH4^＋.With the exception of Ca^2＋,the mass concentrations of water-soluble ions were in an intermediate range compared with the levels for other Chinese ***,nitrate,and ammonium were the dominant fine-particle species,which were bimodally distributed in spring,summer and fall;however,the size distribution became unimodal in winter,with a peak at 1.1–2.1μ*** Ca^2＋ peak occurred at approximately 4.7–5.8μm in all *** cation to anion ratio was close to 1.4,which suggested that the aerosol particles were alkalescent in *** average NO3^-/SO4^2-mass ratio was 1.10 in hefei,which indicated that mobile source emissions were *** positive correlation coefficients between the concentrations of NH4^＋ and SO4^2-,NH4^＋ and NO3^-,SO4^2-and NO3^-,and Mg^2＋ and Ca^2＋ were also indicated,suggesting that aerosol particles may be present as（NH4）2SO4,NH4HSO4,and NH4NO3.

The Vignetting Effect of a LAMOST-Type Schmidt Telescope

Optical vignetting of a Schmidt reflector is caused mainly by the spherical primary mirror not being big enough and by the effective light-collecting area of the corrector, which depends on the direction of the star light. Calculations of the vignetting of LAMOST, a special reflecting Schmidt telescope, are made by ray-tracing methods. The results show various features due to LAMOST＇s structure and observing modes. The un-vignetted field is small compared with its field of view. In the outmost portions of the field vignetting in- creases rapidly with the distance to the field center. The vignetting at a general position within the field of view is a function of both its distance to the field center and its position angle. Vignetting varies when the telescope points at different declinations and during observations. There is difference in vignetting between direct imaging and multi-fiber spectroscopy. Vignetting distorts the relative intensity of celestial objects at different positions in a field and also affects accurate sky-estimation and sky-subtraction. The determined vignetting functions may be used to correct the vignetting effect; alternatively flat-fielding may be adopted for the calibration. The effective apertures, which affect the signal-to-noise ratio of the observations, depend on the different declinations the telescope is pointing at and also different positions within a field due to vignetting.

This study investigates the effects of displacement damage on the dark signal of a pinned photodiode CMOS image sensor(CIS)following irradiation with back-streaming white neutrons from white neutron sources at the China spallation neutron source(CSNS)and Xi'an pulsed reactor(XAPR).The mean dark signal,dark signal non-uniformity(DSNU),dark signal distribution,and hot pixels of the CIS were compared between the CSNS back-n and XAPR neutron *** nonionizing energy loss and energy distribution of primary knock-on atoms in silicon,induced by neutrons,were calculated using the open-source package *** analysis combining experimental and simulation results showed a noticeable proportionality between the increase in the mean dark signal and the displacement damage dose(DDD).Additionally,neutron energies influence DSNU,dark signal distribution,and hot *** neutron energies at the same DDD level may lead to pronounced dark signal non-uniformity and elevated hot pixel values.

To achieve stable rolling,the influence of a tension mechanism of a large diameter ratio roll system on the rolling process of a strip flatness electromagnetic control rolling mill is *** the analysis of the rolling deformation zone,the deformation zone composition form of a large diameter ratio roll system and a calculation formula of neutral angle under tension are *** analyze the effect of front and post tensions on the rolling characteristic and the strip flatness control characteristic,a three-dimensional rolling finite element(FE)model of a large diameter ratio roll system with the function of roll profile electromagnetic control is established by FE software and verified by a strip flatness electromagnetic control rolling *** on the model,the strip thickness characteristic,metal transverse flow,strip flatness state,and adjustment range of the loaded roll gap are analyzed for different front and post tensions setting *** results show that changing the front or post tension setting values can improve the single-pass reduction rate of a large diameter ratio roll system and have little effect on the flatness control ability of the strip flatness electromagnetic control rolling mill.

Logic flaws within web applications will allow malicious operations to be triggered towards back-end database. Existing approaches to identifying logic flaws of database accesses are strongly tied to structured query language （SQL） statement construction and cannot be applied to the new generation of web applications that use not only structured query language （NoSQL） databases as the storage tier. In this paper, we present Lom, a black-box approach for discovering many categories of logic flaws within MongoDB- based web applications. Our approach introduces a MongoDB operation model to support new features of MongoDB and models the application logic as a mealy finite state machine. During the testing phase, test inputs which emulate state violation attacks are constructed for identifying logic flaws at each application state. We apply Lom to several MongoDB-based web applications and demonstrate its effectiveness.
