Citrus Huanglongbing （HLB,yellow shoot disease） was first observed in the coastal Chaoshan Plain of Guangdong Province,China,in the late 19th century based on descriptions of yellow shoot symptoms. “Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus”has been considered as a putative pathogen associated with HLB since *** about the curent prevalence of this bacterium is important for HLB control in Guangdong and also provides useful reference for HLB study *** 2007,we collected HLB symptomatic citrus samples from 16 cultivars in 12 prefecture cities,mostly in the north and west regions of Guangdong,where major citrus fruits are currently *** the 359 samples collected,241 （67.1%） were positive for “***”,distributed in 15 out of the 16 cultivars from all 12 cities,indicating the widespread prevalence of “***” in Guangdong *** detection rates varied from 16.7 to 100% depending on location and *** detection rates were found in newer citrus cultivation cities among the previously less popular but now promoted *** reviewing the citrus management and pest control practice,we believe that infected nursery stocks play a key role in the current spread of “***”.

为促进莲藕早结藕、早收获,提高莲藕产量,探索莲藕催芽育苗移栽的可行性,筛选适宜的移栽时间,通过采用种藕催芽育苗移栽和直接移栽2种方式,在4个移栽时段开展试验,研究对莲藕生育期和产量性状的影响。结果表明,育苗移栽可使莲藕结藕期提前5~10 d;4月10日催芽育苗移栽获得的产量最高,且莲藕主藕长、节间直径和单支藕质量的表现均优于其他处理;相关性分析表明主藕长、节间直径和单支藕质量与莲藕产量呈极显著正相关;移栽方式和移栽期对莲藕产量、主藕长、节间直径存在显著交互作用。4月10日催芽育苗移栽是汉中莲藕早熟栽培的最佳方法。

【目的】研究兰州市黄壤土条件下不同滴灌方式对设施黄瓜生长发育及产量的影响。【方法】分别运用滴箭式膜下滴灌、内镶贴片式膜下滴灌、垄膜沟灌及水肥耦合处理方式对设施黄瓜理化性状、产量和品质的影响,采用三因素三水平正交试验,利用方差和回归分析得出三因素影响的最优组合方案。【结果】三因素对植株理化性状的影响不大,但对其果实的理化性状、产量、品质和水分利用率极显著,影响顺序为滴灌模式>灌水量>施肥量。三因素最优组合为滴箭式膜下滴灌:灌水量66.13 m 3/hm^(2),施肥量为25.2 kg/hm^(2),日光温室黄瓜的最高产量为256942.52 kg/hm^(2)。【结论】滴箭式膜下滴灌和内镶贴片式膜下滴灌均能在不影响设施黄瓜产量和品质的前提下,节水节肥节本,其中以滴箭式膜下滴灌效果最佳。

Crosslinking Kinetics of Polyethylene with Small Amount of Peroxide and Its Influence on the Subsequent Crystallization Behaviors

Crosslinking reactions of high density polyethylene with low peroxide concentrations ranging from 0.1 wt% to 1.0 wt% at temperatures of 170, 180 and 190 ℃ were monitored by rheological measurements. A critical gel forms at the peroxide concentration of 0.2 wt%, where the transition from long chain branching generation to crosslinking network formation could occur. Rheokinetics of crosslinking can be fitted well by Ding-Leonov＇s model. The curing rate k2 at the earlier stage exhibits about 3 times acceleration per 10 ~C with increasing temperature, while the equilibrium modulus G＇ at the fully cured stage is almost independent of temperature. Influences of crosslinking on the subsequent crystallization behaviors were detected by DSC measurements. Above the critical gel concentration, crystallization is largely retarded as evidenced by the lower crystallization temperature Tc and crystallinity Xc due to the network formation. The secondary crystallization valley located at the temperature near 80 ℃ can be observed above the critical concentration, which becomes more evident with the increasing peroxide concentration and curing temperature. This phenomenon provides another evidence of crystallization retardation by the crosslinking network.

为研究港口城市工业源VOCs排放特征及对二次污染物O_(3)和SOA的生成贡献,以青岛市为例,2018—2022年选取11个典型行业78家企业进行现场调研和产污环节106种VOCs采样.研究表明,青岛市工业源VOCs排放平均浓度为15.54 mg·m^(-3),OVOCs占比最高,达56.77%,超出排放总浓度的1/2;即墨区VOCs排放浓度最高,超出全市均值82.64%.VOCs排放浓度较高的行业为石油加工、橡胶和塑料制品、钢铁制造,浓度范围在20.87~31.21 mg·m^(-3)之间,以烷烃、OVOCs和芳香烃组分为主,且对O_(3)和SOA生成贡献均较高.从工艺过程来看,铁路和船舶制造的喷涂、石油加工的污水处理和催化裂化、钢铁制造的焦化环节对O_(3)和SOA生成贡献较大,应优先控制.

With the advancing of location-detection technologies and the increasing popularity of mobile phones and other location-aware devices,trajectory data is continuously *** large-scale trajectories provide opportunities for various applications,the locations in trajectories pose a threat to individual ***,there has been an interesting debate on the reidentifiability of individuals in the Science *** main finding of Sánchez et *** exactly opposite to that of De Montjoye et al.,which raises the first question:"what is the true situation of the privacy preservation for trajectories in terms of reidentification?''Furthermore,it is known that anonymization typically causes a decline of data utility,and anonymization mechanisms need to consider the trade-off between privacy and *** raises the second question:"what is the true situation of the utility of anonymized trajectories?''To answer these two questions,we conduct a systematic experimental study,using three real-life trajectory datasets,five existing anonymization mechanisms(i.e.,identifier anonymization,grid-based anonymization,dummy trajectories,k-anonymity andε-differential privacy),and two practical applications(i.e.,travel time estimation and window range queries).Our findings reveal the true situation of the privacy preservation for trajectories in terms of reidentification and the true situation of the utility of anonymized trajectories,and essentially close the debate between De Montjoye et *** Sánchez et *** the best of our knowledge,this study is among the first systematic evaluation and analysis of anonymized trajectories on the individual privacy in terms of unicity and on the utility in terms of practical applications.

Detection of serum TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with hepatitis B

AIM To assess the possible roles of cytokines (TNF α, IFN γ, IL 6 and IL 8) in liver damage of hepatitis B. METHODS The serum TNF α, IFN γ, IL 6 and IL 8 were detected by ELISA in 66 patients with hepatitis B and 20 healthy blood donors. RESULTS TNF α and IL 6 in all types of clinical hepatitis B were significantly higher than those in healthy blood donors ( P <0 05); meanwhile the levels of TNF α, IFN γ, IL 6 and IL 8 in the patients with fulminant hepatitis B were much higher than those in the patients with acute hepatitis B ( P <0 05); the level of TNF α was positively correlated with the levels of IFN γ, Il 6 and IL 8 in all types of hepatitis B ( r IFN =0 24, r IL 6 =0 35, r IL 8 =0 44) and the TNF α, IFN γ, IL 6 and IL 8 were positively correlated with serum bilirubin ( P <0 05). Dynamic changes of these cytokines were observed in the course of acute and fulminant hepatitis. The level of IFN γ peaked in the initial period of acute hepatitis and early stage of hepatic coma in fulminant hepatitis; TNF α, IL 6 and IL 8 increased with exacerbation, and reached a peak when the liver damage was most serious, then decreased when patient conditions were improved. CONCLUSION The increased cytokines were related to the inflammation of liver cells and multiple factors may play certain roles in liver damage.

Molecular Clone, Expression, and Prediction of Construction and Function to Key Genes of Interleukin Family of Porcine

This research was to clone, express, and analyze the structure and function of major molecules of porcine interleukin family. Genes of porcine interleukin family were cloned by RT-PCR from stimulated porcine PBMC by LPS and PHA, and then expressed in E. coli, and the structure and function of these molecules were predicted by ExPASY. The results showed that genes of IL-4, IL-6, and IL-18 were successfully cloned and expressed. Furthermore, the expression products of recombinant IL-4 and IL-6 both have multiple biological activities. By analyzing these genes with the NCBI/GenBank data, the homologies of the nucleotide acid sequence are 99.25, 99.21, and 100%, respectively, and have great species differences when compared with other animal species. The results of the prediction showed that all these molecules contain several phosphorylation, glycosylation, protein kinase, and signal transduction bonding sites in secondary structure, and all are compact globularity protein in space configuration. These characteristics of structure are the basis for their multiple biological functions. The genes, structure and function of key molecular of porcine interleukin family were successfully cloned, expressed, and analyzed in this paper.

To investigate the adjuvant potential of porcine IL-4 and IFN-γ in mice and pigs, the genes of porcine IL-4 and IFN-γ were cloned and the recombinant mammalian expression plasmids were constructed for in vivo expression of the cytokines. Adjuvant effects of recombinant expression plasmids of IL-4 and IFN-γ （pcDNA-IL-4, pcDNA-IFN-γ） co-administrated with Cysticercus cellulosae crude antigen or TSOL18 recombinant protein antigen have been carried out in mice and pigs, respectively. We have demonstrated that recombinant plasmids of the cytokines as an adjuvant could induce stronger immune response in mice and pigs. With the C. cellulosae parasite antigen, porcine pcDNA-IL-4 induced higher specific antibody of immunized mice than pcDNA-IFN-γ. But pcDNA-IFN-γ is significantly stronger than that of no adjuvant or empty plasmids with the antigen control group. For the TSOL18 recombinant protein antigen vaccine, pcDNA-IL-4 still had a stronger ability to enhance specific antibody in swine than pcDNA-IFN-γ （P 〈 0.01）, but the immune protective rate was lower in challenged pigs （only 68.7%）. Although pcDNA-IFN-γ showed lower specific antibody, the protection rate was very high （91%） than other group （P 〈 0.01）. This study indicated that the recombinant expression plasmids of porcine IL-4 and IFN-γ display stronger adjuvant effects to C. cellulosae vaccine, further research should be carried out for understanding of the interaction mechanism.

Molecular epidemiology of serotype 19A Streptococcus pneumoniae isolated from children in Beijing, 1997-2006

Background Despite the prevalence of Streptococcus pneumoniae serotype 19A, the molecular characteristics of this serotype are yet to be fully elucidated. The aim of this study was therefore to determine the homology of the serotype 19A in China. Methods Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis and multilocus sequence typing were done to these forty-nine serotype 19A isolates to investigate the relationship between the strains prevalent in Beijing and other regions. Results From 1997 to 2006, the percentage of serotype 19A isolates increased. The susceptibility rate to penicillin and amoxicillin decreased and the resistance rate to cefuroxime increased. ST320 was the most prevalent ST, followed by ST3546. There were six new STs identified in our study. The serotype 19A strains were classified into six different pulsed-field gel electrophoresis （PFGE） patterns. ST320, which was associated with two different PFGE patterns （A and D）, accounted for 32 isolates, and ST3546, which was associated with two PFGE patterns （B and E）, accounted for eight isolates. Conclusions From 2003 onwards, ST320 was the most common ST and the rate of resistance to cefuroxime increased significantly. Further long-term surveys of Streptococcus pneumoniae serotype 19A are required to monitor ST prevalence and antimicrobial resistance, in this important human pathogen.
