Precautions against forest fires,a significant element in the prevention and reduction of natural disasters in China,are very important to the development of public emergency systems,as well as to the safety of forest resources,ecology,people’s lives and *** USA has extensive experience in forest fire management,which has been widely accepted and used by other *** precautions taken by China and the USA to prevent forest fires have been compared in a great number of previous ***,most of the studies have focused merely on fire extinguishing technologies and management methods;they have lacked a comparative study on the legal aspects of *** paper will consider five distinct aspects related to forest fire management between China and the USA and will analyze the similarities and differences as well as study other features to facilitate work related to precautions against forest fires in China.

We study the dynamics of a two-level trapped ion in a standing wave electromagnetic field in two-dimensional （2D） noncommutative spaces in the Lamb-Dicke regime under the rotating wave approximation. We obtain the explicit analytical expressions for the energy spectra, energy eigenstates, unitary time evolution operator, atomic inversion, and phonon number operators. The Rabi oscillations, the collapse, and revivals in the average atomic inversion and the average phonon number are explicitly shown to contain the information of the parameter of the space noncommutativity, which sheds light on proposing new schemes based on the dynamics of trapped ion to test the noncommutativity.

To optimize the hydrolysis conditions to prepare hydrolysates of jellyfish umbrella collagen with the highest hydroxyl radical scavenging activity, collagen extracted from jellyfish umbrella was hydrolyzed with trypsin, and response surface methodology （RSM） was applied. The optimum conditions obtained from experiments were pH 7.75, temperature （T） 48.77 ℃, and enzyme-to-substrate ratio （[E]/[S]） 3.50%. The analysis of variance in RSM showed that pH and [E]/[S] were important factors that significantly affected the process （P〈0.05 and P〈0.01, respectively）. The hydrolysates of jellyfish umbrella collagen were fractionated by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）, and three fractions （HF-1〉3000 Da, 1000 Da〈HF-2〈3000 Da, and HF-3〈1000 Da） were collected. The HF-2 fraction had the highest hydroxyl radical scavenging activity with the highest yield compared with the other two fractions. Furthermore, HF-2 also showed the strongest Cu^2＋-chelating ability and the best tyrosinase-inhibitory activity.

The management of acute ischemic stroke remains challenging due to its abrupt onset and the narrow treatment window,resulting in high rates of disability and *** therapy for neuroprotection and neurorepair strategies provided new hopes for subacute stroke *** we designed a multistage nanodelivery system that matches the unique microenvironment of the subacute phase of stroke,which utilizes calixarene as a building block to effectively load the neuroprotective drug *** calixarene is designed with glycosidic linkages targeting the glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1)on the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and azo bonds that are responsive to hypoxic ***,the decomposed calixarene molecules themselves possess intrinsic bio-activation to modulate inflammatory responses,achieving a multistage therapeutic approach that transitions from targeting to release and finally to *** approach combines anti-inflammation and neuroprotection,providing a multi-level treatment *** system was validated in a rat model of permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion (pMCAO),demonstrating that intravenous administration of the nanodelivery system repairs brain damage and improves motor function 24 h post-pMCAO *** work offers a precise and integrative strategy for stroke patients missing the acute therapy window to improve functional recovery and enhance the effect of comprehensive treatment.

In order to study the boundedness of some operators in general function spaces which include Lorentz spaces and Orlicz spaces as special examples,Lorentz introduced a new space called rearrangement invariant banach function spaces,denoted by *** is shown in this paper that variation operators of singular integrals and their commutators are bounded on RIBFS whenever the kernels satisfy the L~r-H?rmander ***,we obtain some quantitative weighted bounds in the quasi-banach spaces and modular inequalities for above variation operators and their commutators.

With the proportion of intelligent services in the industrial internet of things(IIoT)rising rapidly,its data dependency and decomposability increase the difficulty of scheduling computing *** this paper,we propose an intelligent service computing *** the framework,we take the long-term rewards of its important participants,edge service providers,as the optimization goal,which is related to service delay and computing *** the different update frequencies of data deployment and service offloading,double-timescale reinforcement learning is utilized in the *** the small-scale strategy,the frequent concurrency of services and the difference in service time lead to the fuzzy relationship between reward and *** solve the fuzzy reward problem,a reward mapping-based reinforcement learning(RMRL)algorithm is proposed,which enables the agent to learn the relationship between reward and action more *** large time scale strategy adopts the improved Monte Carlo tree search(MCTS)algorithm to improve the learning *** simulation results show that the strategy is superior to popular reinforcement learning algorithms such as double Q-learning(DDQN)and dueling Q-learning(dueling-DQN)in learning speed,and the reward is also increased by 14%.

baCKGROUND Streptococcus suis(***)is an anthropozoonotic pathogen that shows clinical manifestations of meningitis,septicemia,and arthritis in infected *** is another type of anthropozoonotic bacteria,with clinical manifestations of skin,lung,and brain abscesses in infected *** intracranial infections caused by *** or Nocardia have been *** the best of our knowledge,no study has reported a patient with simultaneous intracranial infection by *** and *** SUMMARY A 66-year-old male presented at Liaocheng People’s Hospital(Liaocheng,Shandong Province,China)reporting dizziness with nausea and *** next-generation sequencing(m NGS)was performed on cerebrospinal fluid for examination,and the patient was diagnosed with suppurative meningitis caused by *** *** received anti-infection treatment with penicillin sodium and *** patient’s condition initially improved but then *** m NGS of cerebrospinal fluid revealed both *** and *** examination revealed a brain ***,a mixed infection of *** and Nocardia was detected in the patient’s central nervous *** patient was treated with antibiotics and *** was discharged after his condition *** This case shows that the disease can be recurrent in patients with intracranial infection of a rare *** possibility of mixed infection should also be considered,especially in patients treated with immunosuppressive agents.m NGS of cerebrospinal fluid is a supplement to conventional microbial pathogen identification *** with unknown pathogen diagnosis,early extensive use of antibiotics and infection with rare pathogens can be diagnosed by the combination of conventional methods and m NGS of cerebrospinal fluid.

Infiltration by monocytes of the central nervous system and its role in multiple sclerosis: reflections on therapeutic strategies

Mononuclear macrophage infiltration in the central nervous system is a prominent feature of neuroinflammation. Recent studies on the pathogenesis and progression of multiple sclerosis have highlighted the multiple roles of mononuclear macrophages in the neuroinflammatory process. Monocytes play a significant role in neuroinflammation, and managing neuroinflammation by manipulating peripheral monocytes stands out as an effective strategy for the treatment of multiple sclerosis, leading to improved patient outcomes. This review outlines the steps involved in the entry of myeloid monocytes into the central nervous system that are targets for effective intervention: the activation of bone marrow hematopoiesis, migration of monocytes in the blood, and penetration of the blood–brain barrier by monocytes. Finally, we summarize the different monocyte subpopulations and their effects on the central nervous system based on phenotypic differences. As activated microglia resemble monocyte-derived macrophages, it is important to accurately identify the role of monocyte-derived macrophages in disease. Depending on the roles played by monocyte-derived macrophages at different stages of the disease, several of these processes can be interrupted to limit neuroinflammation and improve patient prognosis. Here, we discuss possible strategies to target monocytes in neurological diseases, focusing on three key aspects of monocyte infiltration into the central nervous system, to provide new ideas for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.

The development of efficient processes allowing rapid access to complex chiral molecules from easily available alkenes is a long-term pursuit in the synthetic chemistry community. Transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric functionalization of allylic C–H bond represents a unique alternative toward this goal. However, enantioselective dehydrogenative transformation of olefins to value-added optically enriched molecules remains yet to be discovered. Here, we report a highly enantioselective dehydrogenative dienylation of imines with unactivated α-alkenes driven by the synergistic action of palladium complex and carboxylic acid. Chiral phosphoramidite ligands turned out to be superior in modulating the performance of palladium autotandem catalysis and allowed a broad range of α-alkenes and imines to be transformed into chiral dienylamines. Mechanistic studies suggest that the dienes could be in situ generated from α-alkenes through a palladium(0)-mediated dehydrogenative process in the presence of excess benzoquinone oxidants, and then participated in the Pd-chiral phosphoramidite-catalyzed intermolecular vinylogous-type addition to the imines activated by the carboxylic acid co-catalyst. Notably, the second β-H elimination occurring in the dienylation event might be the turnover-limiting step.
