In this paper, we solve the output feedback control problem of stochastic high-order planar nonlinear systems with output constraint and stochastic integral input-to-state stability(SiISS) inverse dynamics. By employing a key coordinate transformation, a stochastic nonlinear system with output constraint and SiISS inverse dynamics is converted into an unconstrained system. By skillfully constructing an observer and adopting SiISS small-gain conditions, we develop a new output feedback control design and analysis method, and prove that all the closed-system signals are bounded almost surely, the output constraint is not violated almost surely, and the equilibrium point of the closed-loop system is stochastically asymptotically stable.

In this study, the fixed-time stabilization problem of stochastic high-order nonlinear systems with output constraint and high-order and low-order nonlinearities is addressed. A new coordinate transformation is employed to directly convert output-constrained stochastic systems into an equivalent unconstrained *** fully extracting the characteristics of system nonlinearities and using the stochastic fixed-time stability theorem, a new design and analysis method is constructed to guarantee that the trivial solution of the closed-loop system is stochastically fixed-time stable while fulfilling the output constraint.

The global trend towards new energy storage systems has stimulated the development of electrochemical energy storage *** these technologies,rechargeable aqueous zinc-ion batteries（AZIBs） have attracted considerable interest as a potential alternative to lithium-ion batteries（LIBs） due to their affordable cost,environmental compatibility and high safety *** this study,a high-quality electrode for AZIBs has been successfully developed using a dehydrated mixed-valence polyoxometalate-based three-dimensional（3D） inorganic framework material known as [H6Mn3VⅣ15V-Ⅴ4O46（H2O）12]（3D-MnVO）.This innovative 3D-MnVO material is built from the alternate connections of {V19O46} "sphere-shaped" clusters and μ2-{Mn（H2O）4} bridges,where each {V19O46} cluster is surrounded by three pairs of vertically distributed {Mn（H2O）4} units,thus resulting in the 3D interpenetrating grid-like network from the infinite [-{V19O46}-μ2-Mn（H2O）4-{V19O46}]∞chains in three mutually perpendicular *** 3D framework structure of 3D-MnVO possesses abundant oxygen vacancies,spacious and multi-level interconnected channels for ion transport,which facilitates the efficient intercalation/deintercalation of hydrated Zn2+into the pores of the primary structure via the intercalation capacitance *** a result,the 3D-MnVO electrode exhibits excellent diffusion rates and minimal interfacial *** a current density of 0.1 A·g-1,the 3D-MnVO cathode delivers a commendable discharge capacity of170.5 mAh·g-1with 81.6% capacity retention after100 charge/discharge ***,even at a high current density of 1.0 A·g-1,the 3D-MnVO electrode delivers a remarkable reversible capacity of198.9 mAh·*** research results provide valuable insights into the development of advanced polyoxometalate-based 3D inorganic framework electrode materials for high-performance rechargeable AZIBs.

Nanocarbon-based conductive membranes, especially carbon nanotube (CNT)-based membranes, have tremendous potential for wastewater treatment and water purification because of their excellent water permeability and selectivity, as well as their electrochemically enhanced performance (e.g., improved antifouling ability). However, it remains challenging to prepare CNT membranes with high structural stability and high electrical conductivity. In this study, a highly electroconductive and structurally stable polyphenylene/CNT (PP/CNT) composite membrane was prepared by electropolymerizing biphenyl on a CNT hollow fiber membrane. The PP/CNT membrane showed 3.4 and 5.0 times higher electrical conductivity than pure CNT and poly(vinyl alcohol)/CNT (PVA/CNT) membranes, respectively. The structural stability of the membrane was superior to that of the pure CNT membrane and comparable to that of the PVA/CNT membrane. The membrane fouling was significantly alleviated under an electrical assistance of −2.0 V, with a flux loss of only 11.7% after 5 h filtration of humic acid, which is significantly lower than those of PP/CNT membranes without electro-assistance (56.8%) and commercial polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes (64.1%). Additionally, the rejection of negatively charged pollutants (humic acid and sodium alginate) was improved by the enhanced electrostatic repulsion. After four consecutive filtration-cleaning cycle tests, the flux recovery rate after backwashing reached 97.2%, which was much higher than those of electricity-free PP/CNT membranes (67.0%) and commercial PVDF membranes (61.1%). This study offers insights into the preparation of stable conductive membranes for membrane fouling control in potential water treatment applications.

A comprehensive health risk assessment of PM_(2.5)is meaningful to understand the current status and directions regarding further improving air quality from the perspective of human *** this study,we evaluated the health risks of PM_(2.5)as well as highly toxic inorganic components,including heavy metals(HMs)and black carbon(BC)based on longterm observations in Beijing from 2019 to *** results showed that the relative risks of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,lung cancer,acute lower respiratory tract infection,ischemic heart disease,and stroke decreased by 4.07%-9.30%in 2020 and 2.12%-6.70%in2021 compared with ***,they were still at high levels ranging from 1.26 to 1.77,in particular,stroke showed the highest value in *** had the highest hazard quotient(HQ,from 2.18 to 2.56)for adults from 2019 to 2021,while Ni,Cr,Pb,As,and BC showed high carcinogenic risks(CR>1.0×10^(-6))for *** HQ values of Mn and As and the CR values of Pb and As showed constant or slight upwards trends during our observations,which is in contrast to the downward trends of other HMs and PM_(2.5).Mn,Cr,and BC are crucial toxicants in PM_(2.5).A significant shrink of southern region sourcesof HMs and BCshrank suggests the increased importance of local ***,dust,and biomass burning are the major contributors to the non-carcinogenic risks,while traffic emissions and industry are the dominant contributors to the carcinogenic risks in Beijing.
