Oil-paper insulation material is an essential component for oil-filled transformers,and polyimide(PI)insulation paper is a novel material in the field of *** improvement of insulation class for insulation paper has gained significant attention in recent *** this study,SiO_(2)nanoparticles were modified with a silane coupling agent(KH550),and the KH550-SiO_(2)was added to the fibre membrane through in situ *** chemical composition and microcosmic characteristics of the PI porous fibre membrane were characterised using FT-IR and SEM FT-IR and ***-quently,the dielectric constant of the composite paper was reduced to 2.3 upon adding 3 wt%of KH550-SiO_(2),and the dielectric strength reached its maximum value of 85 kV/*** results demonstrate that the insulation performance of the KH550-SiO_(2)/PI composite was significantly improved due to the incorporation of nano-SiO_(2).This establishes an efficient approach for achieving excellent electrical and thermal properties in practical applications using the KH550-SiO_(2)/PI fibre membrane.

Electrocatalytic reduction of nitrate(NO_(3)^(−))and nitride(NO_(2)^(−))to ammonia(NH3)is of wide interest as a promising alternative to the energy-intensive Haber-Bosch route for mitigating the vast energy consumption and the accompanied carbon dioxide emission,as well as benefiting for the relevant sewage ***,exploring an efficient and low-cost catalyst with high atomic utilization that can effectively facilitate the slow multi-electron transfer process remains a grand ***,we present an efficient hydrogenation of NO_(3)^(−)/NO_(2)^(−)species to NH3 in both alkaline and neutral environments over the Fe_(2)(MoO_(4))_(3)derived hybrid electrocatalyst with the metallic Fe site on FeMoO_(4)(Fe/FeMoO_(4)).The Mo ingredient can play a synergistically positive role in further promoting the NH3 production on *** a result,Fe/FeMoO_(4)behaves well in the electrochemical NH3 generation from NO_(2)^(−)with a maximum NH3 Faradaic efficiency(FE)of 96.53%and 87.68%in alkaline and neutral electrolyte,corresponding to the NH3 yield rate of 640.68 and 302.56 mg·h^(−1)·mgcat.^(−1),respectively,which outperforms the Fe and Mo counterpart and other similar catalyst,showing the robust catalytic capacity of each active site.

To the Editor:Current guidelines recommend that for patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT),preferably involving powerful P2Y_(12) receptor inhibitors,including ticagrelor or prasugrel,should be used for at least 12 months.^([1–3])However,there is a lack of relevant evidence regarding the feasibility of de-escalation treatment and specific DAPT treatment regimens for ACS patient populations with high ischemic risk.

Enhancing photosynthetic efficiency is a major goal for improving crop yields under agricultural field conditions and is associated with chloroplast biosynthesis and *** this study,we demonstrate that Golden2-like 1a(BnGLK1a)plays an important role in regulating chloroplast development and photosynthetic *** BnGLK1a resulted in significant increases in chlorophyll content,the number of thylakoid membrane layers and photosynthetic efficiency in Brassica napus,while knocking down BnGLK1a transcript levels through RNA interference(RNAi)had the opposite effects.A yeast two-hybrid screen revealed that BnGLK1a interacts with the abscisic acid receptor PYRABACTIN RESISTANCE 1-LIKE 1-2(BnPYL1-2)and CONSTITUTIVE PHOTOMORPHOGENIC 9 SIGNALOSOME 5A subunit(BnCSN5A),which play essential roles in regulating chloroplast development and *** with this,BnGLK1a-RNAi lines of *** display hypersensitivity to the abscisic acid(ABA)***,overexpression of BnGLK1a resulted in a 10%increase in thousand-seed weight,whereas seeds from BnGLK1a-RNAi lines were 16%lighter than wild *** propose that BnGLK1a could be a potential target in breeding for improving rapeseed *** results not only provide insights into the mechanisms of BnGLK1a function,but also offer a potential approach for improving the productivity of Brassica species.

智能化时代的战争中,无人作战能力愈发成为评判大国军事实力的重要指标,无人机在完成自主攻击任务时,需要对当前战场环境下敌对方空地军事目标的打击价值进行评估排序。根据战场态势下敌方空中目标及地面目标对己方的威胁程度,确定目标的打击价值,建立空地目标价值综合评估的指标体系,采用熵权法和层次分析法相结合的主客观综合赋权法对指标进行赋权,最后通过扇形雷达图法对空地目标价值综合评估排序,并通过实例仿真计算多个空中和地面目标的价值,得出了符合常规的目标价值排序。

探析生态系统服务价值的外部时空演化及内在影响机制,对理解区域生态系统问题和提升人类生态福祉具有重要意义.基于格网数据,利用当量因子法与归一化植被指数(NDVI)对黄河流域的生态系统服务价值进行测度,分析流域沿线城市生态系统服务价值的时空格局演变,并在利用地理探测器确定主要影响因素的基础上,构建地理加权回归(GWR)模型,探讨各影响因素的空间异质性.结果表明:①2000~2020年黄河流域生态系统服务价值先上升再下降最后上升,呈现“南部高于北部”和“下游低、上中游高”的空间分布格局,且调节服务对流域生态系统服务价值的贡献最大.②地理探测结果表明,各因素的影响程度存在差异,社会因素对黄河流域生态系统服务价值的解释作用最强,经济因素次之,自然因素的解释作用最弱,且上游的高值区主要与河流湖泊有关,中游的高值区主要与山地有关.③GWR模型结果表明,人口密度、土地垦殖率与生态系统服务价值呈负相关,年均降水量呈正相关,作用强度均由东向西递增;单位面积GDP与整体生态系统服务价值呈负相关,但在上游区域呈正相关.

Background The thirteen-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine(PCV13)is not included in the national immu-nization program and is administered voluntarily with informed consent in *** preparation for assessing the impact of pilot introduction in Hainan Province,we conducted a carriage study among children under 5 years of age from four locations in Hainan Province,*** From March to June 2022,nasopharyngeal(NP)swabs,collected from healthy children aged younger than 59 months who lived in the 4 different locations(Haikou,Wanning,Baisha and Qiongzhong)in Hainan Province,were tested for pneumococcus using conventional *** isolates were serotyped using the Quel-lung *** factors associated with pneumococcal colonization were assessed using univariate analysis and multivariable logistic regression adjusting for age,daycare attendance and other *** Pneumococcus was isolated in 710(30.4%)of the 2333 children *** 737 pneumococci,29 serotypes were identifed;60.9%were PCV13 serotypes;the most common vaccine serotypes were 6B(20.4%),19F(13.0%),6A(11.9%)and 23F(6.1%);and the most common nonvaccine serotypes were 23A(12.9%),34(6.1%)and nontypeable(NT)pneumococci(5.6%).Children vaccinated with PCV13 had lower carriage(17.7%vs 32.5%;P=0.0001)and fewer PCV13 serotypes(41.9%vs 62.7%;P=0.0017)compared to unimmunized *** adjustment,NP carriage Was higher among children attending daycare(aOR=2.3,95%CI:1.7-3.2),living in rural areas(aOR=1.4,95%CI:1.1-1.8),living with siblings(aOR=1.3,95%CI:1.0-1.6)and whose mothers had completed senior high/technical sec-ondary school(aOR=1.5,95%CI:1.1-2.0).In contrast,completion of 3-4 doses of PCV13 were associated with a lower carriage rate(aOR=0.6,95%CI:0.4-0.9).Conclusions We established the baseline of pneumococcal carriage,serotype distribution and PCV13 immuni-zation rates among healthy children under 5 years of age in Hainan Province,prior to the introduction of PCV13 into th
