In this paper, the authors consider the positive solutions of the system of the evolution p-Laplacian equationswith nonlinear boundary conditionsand the initial data （u0, v0）, where Ω is a bounded domain in Rn with smooth boundary δΩ, p 〉 2, h（·,·） and s（·,· ） are positive C1 functions, nondecreasing in each variable. The authors find conditions on the functions f, g, h, s that prove the global existence or finite time blow-up of positive solutions for every （u0, v0）.

AIM： To investigate the biological function of F protein by yeast two-hybrid system. METHODS： We constructed F protein bait plasmid by cloning the gene of F protein into pGBKT7, then recombinant plasmid DNA was transformed into yeast AH109 （a type）. The transformed yeast AH109 was mated with yeast Y187 （α type） containing liver cDNA library plasmid in 2×YPDA medium. Diploid yeast was plated on synthetic dropout nutrient medium （SD/-Trp-Leu-HisAde） containing X-α-gal for selection and screening. After extracting and sequencing plasmids from positive （blue） colonies, we underwent sequence analysis by bioinformatics. RESULTS： Thirty-six colonies were selected and sequenced. Among them, 11 colonies were zymogen granule protein, 5 colonies were zinc finger protein, 4 colonies were zinc-α-2-glycoprotein, 1 colony was sialyltransferase, 1 colony was complement control protein factor I, 1 colony was vitronectin, and 2 colonies were new genes with unknown function. CONCLUSION： The yeast two-hybrid system is an effective method for identifying hepatocyte proteins interacting with F protein of hepatitis C virus. AIM： To investigate the biological function of p7 protein and to look for proteins interacting with p7 protein in hepatocytes. METHODS： We constructed p7 protein bait plasmid by cloning the gene of p7 protein into pGBKTT, then transformed it into yeast AH109 （a type）. The transformed yeast was mated with yeast Y187 （α type） containing liver cDNA library plasmid, pACT2 in 2×YPDA medium. Diploid yeast was plated on synthetic dropout nutrient medium （SD/- Trp-Leu-His-Ade） containing x-α-gal for selection and screening. After extracting and sequencing of plasmids from blue colonies, we performed sequence analysis by bioinformatics. RESULTS： Fifty colonies were selected and sequenced. Among them, one colony was Homo sapiens signal sequence receptor, seven colonies were Homo sapiens H19, seven colonies were immunoglobulin superfamily containing leucine-rich repeat, three colonies were spermatid peri-nuclear RNA binding proteins, two colonies were membrane-spanning 4-domains, 24 colonies were cancer-associated antigens, four colonies were nudeoporin 214 ku and two colonies were CLL-associated antigens. CONCLUSION： The successful cloning of gene of protein interacting with p7 protein paves a way for the study of the physiological function of p7 protein and its assodated protein.

An efficient quantum proactive incremental learning algorithm

In scenarios where a large amount of data needs to be learned, incremental learning can make full use of old knowledge, significantly reduce the computational cost of the overall learning process, and maintain high performance. In this paper, taking the MaxCut problem as our example, we introduce the idea of incremental learning into quantum computing, and propose a Quantum Proactive Incremental Learning algorithm(QPIL). Instead of a one-off training of quantum circuit, QPIL contains a multi-phase training on gradually-increased subgraphs of all vertices, proactively reducing large-scale problems to smaller ones to solve in steps, providing an efficient solution for MaxCut. Specifically, some vertices and corresponding edges are randomly selected for training to obtain optimized parameters of the quantum circuit at first. Then, in each incremental phase, the remaining vertices and corresponding edges are gradually added and the parameters obtained from the previous phase are reused in the parameter initialization of the current phase. We perform experiments on 120 different small-scale graphs, and it shows that QPIL performs superior to prevalent quantum and classical baselines in terms of approximation ratio(AR), time cost, anti-forgetting, and solving stability. In particular, QPIL's AR surpasses 20% of mainstream quantum baselines, and the time cost is less than 1/5 of them. The idea of QPIL is expected to inspire efficient and high-quality solutions in large-scale Max Cut and other combinatorial optimization problems.

In spinless systems,growing attention has recently been attracted to synthetic gauge fields,which redefine the fundamental crystal symmetries by utilizing the projective algebraic ***,synthetic gauge fields have been commonly investigated in single orbital systems,and explorations on hybrid orbitals remain elusive in ***,we report the experimental observation of hybrid topological phases induced by hybrid synthetic gauge flux,which is formed by the interaction between p and d orbitals embedded in acoustic *** breaking the translation symmetries of Lxand/or Ly,we unambiguously demonstrate the first-order M?bius edge states and higher-order corner *** work establishes a platform for seeking exotic topological phases induced by hybrid-orbitals interactions and initializing the framework of hybrid-orbitalsrelated topological *** applications can be anticipated in scenarios such as high-quality sensing and robust wave trapping due to the stepwise energy distribution of the hybrid topological phase.

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A), the most prevalent and conserved RNA modification in eukaryotic cells, profoundly influences virtually all aspects of mRNA metabolism. mRNA plays crucial roles in neural stem cell genesis and neural regeneration, where it is highly concentrated and actively involved in these processes. Changes in m^(6)A modification levels and the expression levels of related enzymatic proteins can lead to neurological dysfunction and contribute to the development of neurological diseases. Furthermore, the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, as well as nerve regeneration, are intimately linked to memory function and neurodegenerative diseases. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, as well as its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases. m^(6)A has demonstrated divergent effects on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. These observed contradictions may arise from the time-specific nature of m^(6)A and its differential impact on neural stem cells across various stages of development. Similarly, the diverse effects of m^(6)A on distinct types of memory could be attributed to the involvement of specific brain regions in memory formation and recall. Inconsistencies in m^(6)A levels across different models of neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, suggest that these disparities are linked to variations in the affected brain regions. Notably, the opposing changes in m^(6)A levels observed in Parkinson's disease models exposed to manganese compared to normal Parkinson's disease models further underscore the complexity of m^(6)A's role in neurodegenerative processes. The roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, and its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases, appear contradictory. Patients with complete spinal cord injury retain the potential for volitional muscle activity in muscles located below the spinal injury ***,because of prolonged inactivity,initial attempts to activate these muscles may not effectively engage any of the remaining neurons in the descending pathway.A previous study unexpectedly found that a brief clinical round of passive activity significantly increased volitional muscle activation,as measured by surface *** this study,we further explored the effect of passive activity on surface electromyographic signals during volitional control tasks among individuals with complete spinal cord *** patients with chronic complete thoracic spinal cord injury were *** electromyography data from eight major leg muscles were acquired and compared before and after the passive activity *** results indicated that the passive activity led to an increased number of activated volitional muscles and an increased frequency of *** the cumulative root mean square of surface electromyography amplitude for volitional control of movement showed a slight increase after passive activity,the difference was not statistically *** findings suggest that brief passive activity may enhance the ability to initiate volitional muscle activity during surface electromyography tasks and underscore the potential of passive activity for improving residual motor control among patients with motor complete spinal cord injury.

Global warming has become a shared issue for humanity. At the 26th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in 2021, participating countries reached climate pledges aimed at making more proactive contributions to limit the global average temperature rise within 1.5°C by 2100. Land system changes are significant responses of land to climate change. As one of the contracting parties, China has proposed climate targets such as carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals in recent years to support the global pledges of limiting global warming to1.5°C, which will profoundly impact China's future land system changes. This study focuses on China as the study area,produces data with a thematic resolution of 27 types of land systems, integrates the output of various land types by the Global Change Assessment Model(GCAM) into four categories of land service demand, and combines these with the improved CLUMondo model to simulate China's land system changes in 2100 under a 1.5°C global warming scenario and a reference scenario without updated emission reduction measures. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) The method of integrating the GCAM and improved CLUMondo model demonstrates high validation accuracy in simulating China's land system changes, effectively predicting the changes.(2) Under the 1.5°C global warming scenario, the quality of ecosystems related to mountains, water, forests, farmland, lakes, and grasslands in China improved. The areas of shrubland, wetland, and forest are projected to increase by 185%, 79%, and 33%, respectively, with low-density shrubland, high-density wetland, and high-density forest showing the most significant increases.(3) Compared with the reference scenario, the 1.5°C climate pledges drive greater changes in future land systems, with wetland and forest area growth levels exceeding those of the reference scenario by 20% and 10%, respectively.
